Additive singular spectral model of a dendrochronological signal
Relevance. Allocation of structural components in a dendrochronological signal of annual rings of coniferous trees expands the possibilities of the bioindication method and allows obtaining information about changes in environmental conditions in the past for extended territories. Aim. Creation of an additive singular spectral model based on the frequency trigonometric components of the dendrochronological signal; reconstruction of changes in the total ozone content in the atmosphere in the past, affecting the level of ultraviolet radiation in the B range radiation. Objects. Time series of total ozone content in the atmosphere (data from 1932), width and density of annual rings (data from 1686–2004) on the example of the territory near the observatory in Arosa, Switzerland, time series of stable oxygen isotopes δ18Oc, France. Methods. Time series analysis (decomposition of a time series, identification of model parameters, prediction of a time series), statistical analysis (F-criterion, χ2 – Pearson criterion), experimental measurements of the percentage components of the wood of annual rings, correlation analysis, spectral singular analysis. Results. Decomposition of the dendrochronological signal of individual chronologies into trigonometric components in the Caterpillar program. Correlation analysis of the sensitivity of trees to atmospheric effects. Reconstruction of the ozone level in the stratosphere using the first trigonometric component of the dendrochronological signal. In cellulose, the first low-frequency component of the signal and the structural component of wood, a reliable response of trees to long-period fluctuations in the total ozone content is recorded. This allows assessment of the impact of the stress factor on conditions of exploitation of forest resources. The use of data on the width of the annual rings allows you to expand the territorial boundaries of the method
Project activity in the formation of subject competencies
The project-based learning has long established itself as one of the most stimulating methods of mastering the educational program. However, to study in depth of mathematical disciplines, project tasks must be specifically formulated for the topic being studied. The purpose of this work is to study the methodological relationship between the declared projects and the studied topic of mathematics, as well as a comparative analysis of the results of the development of three mathematical disciplines using the project method and without it. The work on the projects has been carried out for three years at our university and it is aimed at activating the independent cognitive activity of students. In 2018-2019, these were applied and educational projects, the topics for which were selected by teachers. In 2019-2020, students were given the right to independently choose a project topic based on their scientific interests and develop it. In one experimental group, students had the opportunity to consult with the teacher to find a solution to the project problem, in the other such an opportunity was not available. The results of both groups were roughly the same. The conclusion that we came to as a result of this work: project activity increases the horizons of students and allows us to see interdisciplinary connections. Project activity is more effective only if the student works closely with the teacher
The Role of the Energy Sector in the Iranian Economy
This paper is devoted to analyzing the processes that took place in the energy sector of Iran for the period from 2004 to 2021. It is emphasized that for the sustainable development of the country's economy, a reliable, long-term, and economically acceptable supply of various types of energy in their optimal combination is necessary. Despite the territory of Iran having an extremely high potential for the development of non-traditional energy, the analysis shows that the development of the Iranian economy is mainly based on oil revenues. In the context of the growing crisis in the global economy, an increase in demand for oil and oil products, oil accents in energy diplomacy began to intensify, which allows us to speak about the actualization of the problems of developing the oil and gas sector of Iran and shifting the focus towards traditional energy sources. Nevertheless, to achieve sustainable development, along with the possession of a resource base, the availability of modern equipment and technologies, and dominance in the market for products that foreign partners are interested in acquiring are necessary. It is concluded that Iran is vulnerable to geo-economic risks in the current conditions of the development of the world economy
Poster: project-based learning in the mathematics course for first year students at a technical university
Project activity is a form of educational and cognitive activity of students, which consists in motivational achievement of a consciously set goal. Project-based learning is increasingly being used in the various academic disciplines around the world. However, the question of when to start using this method effectively remains open. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to study the possibility of using project-based learning in the study of mathematics in the first semester in the first year at a technical University. To study the effectiveness of this method, we conducted a statistical test of the hypothesis of equality of average scores in the intermediate testing, scored by students who studied using the project method and the traditional one. The result of a survey of students about their knowledge of the project method before using it in a mathematics course at the University is presented. It is established that the use of the project-based learning can increase the interest of students in the learning process. The project-based learning has increased the average score of students at the end of the semester by 16.19% compared to the control group
Poster: Technology "The flipped classroom" in the study of mathematics at the technical university
Currently, modern educational technologies are actively used in the educational environment. However, the main method of training remains the traditional method. Therefore, we described and investigated the innovative technology of the flipped classroom in the study of mathematics and compared its effectiveness with traditional learning. As the subject of the research, strategies for using this technology for teaching second-year students mathematics are presented. The subject of study determined the purpose of the study, which is to describe implementation technology of the flipped classroom, focused on the study of the theory of functions of a complex variable. A pedagogical experiment was held at TPU, during which students who studied using the technology of the flipped classroom before a lecture on a specific topic made a summary of this lecture, the material of which was placed in the LMS MOODLE as a PDF file. Students were proposed to take notes of the lecture (if necessary, make notes about what was not clear, so that they could discuss it in class). At the same time, they should have left space in the notebook for proving theorems or for solving examples that demonstrate the use of theoretical material. A pedagogical experiment demonstrated that the use of technology of the flipped classroom improved student achievement. This technology allowed us to present the theoretical material in full. The flipped classroom technology allows you to spend as much time studying a topic as you need to understand it

The motivation for this study is to increase the student learning process effectiveness. Therefore, the objectives of the study are: to study the possibility of screencasting in the student learning process organization, to study the possibility of using this technology during studying a computer science course, to find out how effectively this method allows to master knowledge in the relevant discipline. The results of study using this technology and the traditional method are analyzed. It is shown that the use of screencasting allows to improve the test results in comparison with the group trained by the traditional method
The new meaning of hybrid learning during the pandemic
The pandemic sought the international educational community with a choice: to stop the educational process until better times or to find alternative approaches to the educational process. We offer one of the variants of the educational process, which we call the hybrid form, putting a new meaning into this concept. We are considering combining on-line students with face-to-face students. Of course, the new form found can not do without the support of e-learning. Here we offer a new approach that develops computational skills, supported by STACK simulators. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to discuss a new form of the educational process and a comparative analysis of the rating results of teaching mathematics in the classical approach and using STACK simulators
