Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice částečné nezaměstnanosti, která je v dnešní době stále častější u mnoha zaměstnavatelů. Zabývá se procesem úbytku zakázek u zaměstnavatele, možnostmi řešení a povinnostmi s tím souvisejícími. Dále obsahuje návrhy na řešení situace nadbytku zaměstnanců při trvalém úbytku zakázek u konkrétního zaměstnavatele, u kterého dochází k omezení poptávky po jím poskytovaných službách (tzv. částečná nezaměstnanost).This bachelor work deals with questions of partial unemployment, which is nowadays getting more common in a lot of companies. It deals with the process of job orders decrease at the employer, solution possibilities and duties related to this. Furthermore, it contains suggestions to solving the situation of employee redundance when there is an excessive decrease of job orders at a specific employer, who experiences limited demand for the services he provides (so-called partial unemployment).

Strategy of Small Family - Owned Company Development Proposal

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem strategie rozvoje malého rodinného podniku. Je snahou práce navrhnout takové změny, které by vedly k odstranění slabých stránek firmy, eliminovaly hrozby a zefektivnily hospodaření firmy. K tomu práce využívá teoretické poznatky z jednotlivých analýz a pomocí nich hodnotí současný stav firmy. Z těchto analýz poté vychází navrhované změny. Práce obsahuje návrhy v oblasti marketingu, financí a lidských zdrojů.This thesis deals with the development strategy of a small family business. The work is an attempt to propose such changes to be taken to eliminate weaknesses in the company, eliminate threats and streamline the management of the company. To do this, the work uses theoretical knowledge from the individual analysis and uses it to evaluate the current state of the company. The proposed changes are then based on these analysis. The work includes projects in the field of marketing, finance and human resources.

Study of Reactionary Mechanism of Self-Hardening Furan Mixtures

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv furanových pojiv na technologické vlastnosti ST – směsí. Teoretická část se zabývá přehledem organických pojiv. Další část je věnovaná reakcím furanu. Dále pak zahrnuje popis ST – směsi a vlivy, které ovlivňují pevnost a plynatost formovací směsi. Praktická část se zabývá nalezením optimálního složení směsi. Pevnostní zkoušky jsou stanoveny za různých klimatických podmínek při různé vytvrzovací době. V poslední praktické části je proveden vývin plynů.This diploma thesis is focused on infuence of furan binders on technological performances ST – mixtures. Theoretical part aim is to introduce overview organic binders. Next part consists informations about reactions of furan. This part also consists description of ST – mixtures and their influence on strength and flatness of forming mixtures. The practical part is focused on finding optimal consistence of mixture. Práce také popisuje vznik a historii baletu. V praktické části je popsán jednotlivý postup, od výroby modelu až po odlití a opracování uměleckého odlitku. Ve výsledné práci, je zhotovena soška baletky.The bachelor thesis focuses on the view of impressionism and its development throughout the years. The thesis includes the life of the painter Edgar Degas who dealt with the paintings of dancers. It also describes the birth of ballet and its history. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concept is focused on understanding and managing the impacts a company has on the world around it, and doing so as a part of core business activities. CSR contains three parts: Profit (economical part), People (social aspects - employees and stakeholders) and Planet (environment). The papers deal with basic features, objectives and outputs of CSR concept in practical life of Czech enterprises. The main aim of the research was to define if organizations referring themselves as socially responsible do implement activities of all the three pillars equally and integrate them into their day-to-day activities
