In this paper, we propose Ca[Mg3SiN4]Ce3+ Phosphor as a new material solution for improving the optical properties in terms of CRI, CQS. D-CCT, LO of the 5600K remote-packaging white LEDs (RP-WLEDs). In the first stage, we built and investigated the 5600K RP-WLEDs by adding the red phosphor to the phosphor layer. Then, the scattering processes inside the phosphor layer are investigated by Mat Lab software. From the research results, we discovered that the concentration of the adding phosphor significantly improved the optical properties of the5600K RP-WLEDs. All the results are convinced by Light Tools and Mat Lab software

Hybrid protocol for wireless EH network over weibull fading channel: performance analysis

    Get PDF
In this paper, the hybrid TSR-PSR protocol for wireless energy harvesting (EH) relaying network over the Weibull fading channel is investigated. The system network is working in half-duplex (HD) mode. For evaluating the system performance, the closed-form and integral-form expressions of the outage probability (OP) are investigated and derived. After that, numerical results convinced that our derived analytical results are the same with the simulation results by using Monte Carlo simulation. This paper provides a novel recommendation for the wireless EH relaying network

Nowadays, harvesting energy (EH) from green environmental sources and converting this energy into the electrical energy used in purpose to supply the communication network devices is considered the main research direction. In this research, we investigate the hybrid TSR-PSR Nonlinear Energy Harvesting (EH) Half-duplex (HD) Relaying network in terms of the Success Probability (SP). For this purpose, we derive the integral-form of the system SP. In addition, we use the Monte Carlo simulation for verifying the correctness of the analytical expression. We can see in the research results that all the simulation and analytical values are the same in connection with all primary system parameters

Energy harvesting half-duplex AF power splitting protocol relay network over rician channel in case of maximizing capacity

    Get PDF
In this letter, we propose a novel power splitting protocol for energy harvesting half-duplex AF relaying communication systems. In our proposed system, the relay harvests energy from the source transmissions, by employing adaptive PS protocol, for powering the retransmissions to the destination. The proposed model system is investigated in cases maximize and non-maximize ergodic capacity. Firstly, we perform the analytical mathematical analysis for deriving the integral closed-form expression of the outage probability and the ergodic capacity. Then, the analytical analysis of the system performance can be convinced by Monte-Carlo simulation with helping Mat Lab software. Finally, the numerical analysis provides practical insights into the effect of various system parameters on the system performance of the proposed system. This paper can be considered as a recommendation for the energy harvesting communication network

In this paper, we investigate the inverted pendulum system by using real interpolation method (RIM) algorithm. In the first stage, the mathematical model of the inverted pendulum system and the RIM algorithm are presented. After that, the identification of the inverted pendulum system by using the RIM algorithm is proposed. Finally, the comparison of the linear analytical model, RIM model, and nonlinear model is carried out. From the results, it is found that the inverted pendulum system by using RIM algorithm has simplicity, low computer source requirement, high accuracy and adaptiveness in the advantages

Toward An IoT-based Expert System for Heart Disease Diagnosis

IoT technology has been recently adopted in the healthcare system to collect Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals for heart disease diagnosis and prediction. However, noises in collected ECG signals make the diagnosis and prediction system unreliable and imprecise. In this work, we have proposed a new lightweight approach to removing noises in collected ECG signals to perform precise diagnosis and prediction. First, we have used a revised Sequential Recursive (SR) algorithm to transform the signals into digital format. Then, the digital data is proceeded using a revised Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) algorithm to detect peaks in the data to remove noises. Finally, we extract some key features from the data to perform diagnosis and prediction based on a feature dataset. Redundant features are removed by using Fishers Linear Discriminant (FLD). We have used an ECG dataset from MIT-BIH (PhisioNet) to build a knowledge-base diagnosis features. We have implemented a proof-of concept system that collects and processes real ECG signals to perform heart disease diagnosis and prediction based on the built knowledge base

Influence of Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ phosphor particle size on optical properties of the 6000K CPW-LEDs

In this paper, we consider the red phosphor Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ as the novel recommendation for improving the optical properties of the 6000K conformal packaging WLEDs (CPW-LEDs). For this purpose, we investigate the influence of the Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ particle size on the optical properties in terms of CCT, CQS, CRI, and LO using the Light Tools and Mat Lab software. From the research results, it can be observed that the optical properties of the 6000K CPW-LEDs are significantly influenced by the size of the Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ particle. The CRI and CQS increase from 65 to 67 and 64 to 68 while the size of the Ba[Mg2Al2N4]Eu2+ particle varies from 1 μm to 10 μm, respectively. This research can provide a novel recommendation for LEDs industry at this time

Physical security with power beacon assisted in half-duplex relaying networks over Rayleigh fading channel: performance analysis

    Get PDF
In this research, we proposed and investigated physical security with power beacon assisted in half-duplex relaying networks over a Rayleigh fading channel. In this model, the source (S) node communicates with the destination (D) node via the helping of the intermediate relay (R) node. The D and R nodes harvest energy from the power beacon (PB) node in the presence of a passive eavesdropper (E) node. Then we derived the integral form of the system outage probability (OP) and closed form of the intercept probability (IP). The correctness of the analytical of the OP and IP is verified by the Monte Carlo simulation. The influence of the main system parameters on the OP and IP also is investigated. The research results indicated that the analytical results are the same as the simulation ones

In this paper, we propose a new recommendation for improving lumen output (LO) and CCT deviation (D-CCT) of the 7700 K RPW-LEDs by K2SiF6:Mn4+ red phosphor. Based on Light Tool and Mat Lab simulation software, we can see that the D-CCT and LO can be improved significantly, but the CQS and CRI have a slight decrease with increasing the concentration of the red phosphor. Besides, the analytical and simulation results agree well with each other
