    EFISIENSI RELATIF PENGGUNAAN DANA DAERAH DALAM RANGKA MENINGKATKAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI WILAYAH SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN TAHUN 2004-2006

    The purpose of this study were (1). Analyze the level of relative efficience of using local funds each regency/city in the region in 2004-2006 SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN. (2). Providing solutions and reference for the districts and municipalities in the region SUBOSUKAWONOSRATEN in the year 2004-2006 which is still less or not efficient in the allocation of funds in order to achieve maximum efficiency. In accordance with the purpose of this study, the analytical technique used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Based on the research that has been done, the conclusions that can be taken in this study were (1). In 2004 the level of maximum efficiency can be achieved by the city of Surakarta, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, and Klaten Districts with 100% efficiency level. While Boyolali with relative efficiency level of 98.48%, Wonogiri with relative efficiency of 65.65%, and Sragen with relative efficiency of 65.06%. (2). In 2005 the level of maximum efficiency can be achieved by the city of Surakarta, Karanganyar, Sragen and Klaten Districts with 100% efficiency level. While Boyolali with relative efficiency level of 93.98%, Sukoharjo with relative efficiency level of 97.52%, and Wonogiri with relative efficiency of 70.15%. (3). In the year 2006 the level of maximum efficiency can be achieved by the city of Surakarta, and Karanganyar District, with 100% efficiency level. While Boyolali with relative efficiency level of 83.14%, Sukoharjo with relative efficiency level of 93.65%, and Wonogiri with relative efficiency of 57.36%, Sragen with relative efficiency level of 58.59%, and Klaten with relative efficiency level of 96.65%

    This research aims to determine the effect of internal locus of control on student academic procrastination, the effect of social support on student academic procrastination, and the effect of internal locus of control and social support simultaneously on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample of 378 FKIP UNS students. Validity test using product moment and reliability test using Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. The results of this research indicate that (1) there is a negative and significant effect of internal locus of control on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students, (2) there is a negative and significant effect of social support on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students, (3) there is a significant effect simultaneous internal locus of control and social support on academic procrastination of FKIP UNS students

    This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and financial education in the family on the personal financial management of Economics Education students at UNS class of 2018 and 2019 both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 2018 and 2019 UNS Economics Education students with a total sample of 110 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzing data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on personal financial management of UNS Economics students 2018 and 2019 (2) there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle on personal financial management of UNS Economics students 2018 and 2019 (3) there is a positive and significant influence between financial education in the family on the personal financial management of UNS Economics students class of 2018 and 2019 (4) there is a positive and significant effect between financial literacy, lifestyle and financial education in the family on the personal financial management of Education students UNS Economics Class of 2018 and 2019

      The research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of financial literacy on household financial inclusion with social networks as a moderating variable for the poor in Blora Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research where the research subjects are the poor people of Blora Regency, amounting to 391 respondents. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling with stratified random sampling technique. The process of collecting data is carried out by means of a questionnaire or questionnaire which is distributed to every house that has received a lottery number as a sample. The validity test technique uses the pearson product moment correlation formula. Data analysis used is hierarchical regression using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results obtained include. First, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the financial inclusion of poor households in Blora Regency. Second, social networks have a positive and significant impact on the financial inclusion of poor households in Blora Regency. Third, social networks strengthen the relationship between financial literacy and the financial inclusion of poor households in Blora Regency

    This study aims to analyze the determinants of the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing the digital payment system. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with 384 respondents as subjects of UMKM in Surakarta City who have implemented a digital payment system. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, namely MSMEs that have implemented digital payments. Data analysis technique using SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that perceived convenience influences perceptions of usefulness and attitudes of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing payments. Next, the perception of expediency influences the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing digital payments. In addition, trust influences the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing digital payments. Finally, attitudes influence the intention of UMKM in Surakarta City to implement digital payments

    This study aimed to examine the effect of money attitude, financial knowledge, and financial self-efficacy on financial management behavior of undergraduate students of Sebelas Maret University. This research was a quantitative descriptive study with 395 respondents as research subjects. They were undergraduate students of Sebelas Maret University. The sampling technique was carried out using a probability sampling technique with a proportionate stratified random sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via the Google form link. The data validity test employed the CFA technique. The data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results obtained were as follows. First, money attitude had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of undergraduate students. Second, financial knowledge had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of undergraduate students.Third, financial Self Efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of undergraduate student

    The research aims to determine: (1) The effect a significantly positive of teaching quality and learning habit to the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (2) The effect a significantly positive of teaching quality to the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (3) The effect a significantly positive of learning habit to the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018.The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The population of this research was students of class X of social sciences in State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta. 116 students were selected as sample through Proportionate Random Sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaire, for teaching quality data and learning habit data and documentation for student’s learning achievement data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis technique. The results of the research are as follows: (1) the teaching quality and learning habit has been indicated significantly positive effect the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of Fstat. = 46,927 >that of Fcrit. = 3,07. (2) the teaching quality has been indicated significantly positive effect the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =9,036> that of tcrit.=1,981. (3) the learning habit has been indicated significantly positive effect the learning achievement of economic subject of the students at State Senior Secondary School 6 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =7,626> that of tcrit.=1,981

    The research aims to determine: (1) The effect of work practices in production unit to the work readiness of student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (2)  The effect of industrial work practices to the work readiness of student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018; (3) The effect of work practices in production unit and industrial work practices to the work readiness of student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018).Population in this research is student in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018 as many as 242 students. This research uses proportional random sampling sampling technique, so that there are 151 students selected to be samples. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of expos facto research. Data collection was done by using questionnaire for work practices in production unit, industrial work practices dan work readiness. This research uses multiple linier regression analysis with significance level 0,05, then data processing has been obtained with the help of data program of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22.The results of the research are as follows: Firstly, work practices in production unit have a significantly positive effect the work readiness of the students in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =2,386 > that of tcrit.=1,976. Secondly, the industrial work practices have a significantly positive effect the work readiness of the students in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of tstat. =7,730> that of tcrit.=1,976 Thirdly, the work practices in production unit and industrial work practices have a significantly positive effect the work rediness of the students in class XI at Vocational High School 1 of Surakarta in academic year 2017/2018, as indicated by the value of Fstat. = 74,978 >that of Fcrit. = 3,057.

    ANALISIS KEPUASAN PESERTA DIDIK BERDASARKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN DI SMK BATIK 1 SURAKARTA

     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian kinerja kualitas pelayanan di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta yang meliputi dimensi tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy dengan harapan siswa secara simultan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional random. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Validitas data dilakukan dengan validitas internal. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Simpulan penelitian ini adalah: 1) kepuasan siswa lebih rendah dari kualitas pelayanan di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. 2) Tingginya tingkat harapan siswa terhadap kinerja pelayanan yang dilihat dari dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang telah ditentukan, menunjukkan bahwa tingkat harapan siswa atas pelayanan yang berkualitas di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta adalah cukup penting. 3) Rendahnya tingkat kinerja kualitas pelayanan yang dilihat dari dimensi-dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang telah ditentukan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kinerja pelayanan yang berkualitas di SMK Batik 1 Surakarta adalah kurang memuaskan siswa. 4) 30 indikator yang dianalisis terdapat 6 Indikator yang masuk dalam kuadran A yaitu prioritas utama, 10 indikator masuk dalam kuadran B (kinerja dan harapan sudah sesuai), 7 indikator masuk dalam kuadran C (dinilai rendah prioritasnya), 7 indikator masuk dalam kuadran D (dinilai berlebihan oleh siswa). The purpose of this study was to determinethe suitability level of service quality performanceat SMK Batik 1which includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously and partially.This study uses survey research methods. The study population was SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. Samples were taken by proportional random technique. The research data obtained by questionnaire. The validity of the data carried by the internal validity. Analysis of the data used in this research is the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).The conclusion of this study were: 1) the satisfaction of students is lower than the quality of service in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. 2) The high level of expectation of students on the performance of services seen from the dimensions of service quality has been determined, indicating that the level of expectation of students on a quality service at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta is quite important. 3) The low level of performance of service quality as seen from the dimensions of service quality has been determined show that the level of quality of service performance in SMK Batik 1 Surakarta is unsatisfactory students. 4) 30 indicators that are analized then there are 6 indicators included in the quadrant A, which is the main priority, 10 indicators are included in quadrantgB (performance and expevtation was based), who fall into quadrant C there are 7 indicators (low priority), 7 indicators included in quadrant D (be overestimated by students
