Sikap India Terhadap Kerja Sama Nuklir Pakistan – Tiongkok Tahun 2010 - 2015

This research explaining about the attitude as its reaction of India to nuclear cooperation Pakistan and Tiongkok in development of nuclear reactor Pakistan. Tiongkok as its also partner in developing the military force Pakistan. Pakistan is one of yhe large state in South Asia region which is side by side with India. India and Pakistan has involved in continuing conflict. Their conflict is so complicated begin from the conflict over Kashmir, commuunal conflict and arm race. For Pakistan , India is the biggest threat for its survival. Because of that Pakistan need to counterweight India power by improving its weapon and nuclear capabilities. In order to achieve that purpose Pakistan built good relationship with Tiongkok. Tiongkok has the besome the resources for raw material, technology and axpert for Pakistan military weapon and nuclear.The research use realism perspective of International Relations. Pluralism believe that state is the only actor in International world. India as one state in South Asia region important to build its weapon to deterence from Pakistan. The United State has the become the resources for raw funding to make the progress in India defence.This research is also guide by security regional and balancing power. United Nation Children's Fund (Unicef) Dalam Intervensi Kemanusian Pada Konflik Suriah Tahun 2011-2015

This research explaining about humanitarian intervention of United Nation Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Syria Arab Republic conflict that began in 2011. Syria president, Bashar al-Assad protested by Syrian in March of 2011. Assad government used arm forced to handle the protester which led conflict started to blow up. Since the conflict began Syrian children faced situations that risk their right. Children were killed shot by gun, explosive shelling, detention and executions, deprivated by medical serviced and others. Conflict itself affect children mental health and in need of phycosocial service. Syrian children have limited acces for their basic need.This research use Pluralism perspective of International Relations. Pluralism believe state is not the only actor in International world. This research is also guide by International organization theory and role concept. Fact, data, arguments, and theorical framework of this research formulate by using qualitative description.UNICEF has keep it focus on violation of Syirian children's right during the conflict and the effect of the humanitarian crisis to the children. UNICEF operate programes such children protection, work with other humanitarian actors for Syrian Humanitarian Respon Plan, suggest No lost Generation inititative in education sector and complete by humanitarian action in Health, WASH and Non Food Item sectors. UNICEF work in Syria increased children rights perfomance during conflict and ensure humanitarian action implementations

Respon Vietnam Pasca Pembangunan Anjungan Minyak Tiongkok di Kepulauan Paracel Tahun 2014

This study analyzed the responses on how the post-Vietnam development of Tiongkok oil platforms in 2014. Paracel Islands is an island that is still contested by Vietnam with Tiongkok. The two countries claim is based on the historical record so that this conflict led to tensions in the South China Sea. The datas were collected from many sources like books, journals, and websites that can support this research. In this research, the researcher uses realism perspective to describe the responses on how the post-Vietnam development of Tiongkok oil platforms in 2014. This research is supported by decision maker theory and strateyi theory. Tiongkok to build oil platforms in the Paracel Islands although in the process of development opposed Vietnam by sending ships to repel the ships Tiongkok will operation, but Tiongkok still build oil rig that although finally had a collision of ships Vietnam with Tiongkok as well as a war water cannon in it secures the interests of each claimant country. After the successful development of the Tiongkok oil platforms, Vietnam demonstrated anti-Tiongkok and asked for support on international world to condemn the aggressive actions of Tiongkok in the South China Sea.Keywords : Anti-Tiongkok. This research will examine to found what is Japanese interests to cooperate with Tiongkok in an economic policy that created by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is the call with Abenomics.this research an aim to xplain economic policy of Shinzo Abe. This research was conducted by using the method of research literature where the data and information obtained from sources that are relevant to this research problem.This research uses liberalism perspective to analyze the interests of Japan and Japans efforts to improve its alliance with Tiongkok. The theory used in this research is the economic theory of Keynes pointed out that called Keynesian liberalization. The studies discussed in this research is the study of international political economy.The results of this study illustrate Japan needs Tiongkok as a means to prop up the economy after the deflation that occurred in 2011 were caused by the tsunami disaster that damages parts of Japan. Peran Unicef dalam Menangani Korban Gempa di Nepal Tahun 2015

This research explain about the role of UNICEF in dealing with victims of the earthquake in Nepal 2015. The research also describes how the impact of the earthquake in Nepal and how the condition of Nepal after the earthquake. The earthquakes in April and May 2015 took the lives of nearly 9,000 people. The earthquakes injured thousands and turned to rubble a huge number of homes, health posts and schools that faced the brunt of the quakes. UNICEF as one of the world institutions that fight for children's rights, has made many changes, working with communities and influencing governments in Nepal.This research theoretically has built with pluralism perspective on International Relations and supported by group behavior analysis, International organization theories, and also the concept of the role.The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official document, article, and website. Formulation of all arguments, facts, and theoretical framework on this research is guided by qualitative explanation methods. Scope of this research is about UNICEF's role to dealing with victims of the earthquake in Nepal.UNICEF started its response to the disaster right from day one on 25 April 2015. UNICEF launched an emergency appeal to cover the needs of the immediate response and early recovery phase. By using resources contributed towards this emergency appeal, UNICEF supported a number of life-saving activities across the areas of health; nutrition; water, sanitation and hygiene(WASH); education; child protection; and social protection. In addition, UNICEF engaged in helping to disseminate messages to assist children and their families stay safe and healthy during the disaster, as well as information on relief efforts in their communities

This research purpose is to explain about the trade policy of the European Union towards Indonesias shrimp export commodities in the form of non tariff barriers. This research purpose too for explain about Indonesian shrimp harmful to health of European consumers. Unit analysis of this research is a group (the European Unions). This research analysed used neo mercantilisme perspective, protectionisme theory to approve the trade policy of European Union towards Indonesia. This research is a qualitative of research. Data collection method of this research is library research. The result of this research are the existence protection high levels by European Union of European Consumers.
