En primer lugar quiero saludarles y decirles que para el Consejo Nacional de Universidades, CNU, la pertenencia de URACCAN le da una enorme fortaleza y sentido de Consejo Nacional. Es importante destacar que aún desde antes que la Ley General de Educación lo reconociera legalmente ya el CNU habíamos reconocido a las Universidades Comunitarias Interculturales. Después de un foro, antes de la ley en mención, ya habíamos acordado reconocerlas como tal y posteriormente se legalizó dicha condición

Deformation processes, textural evolution and weakening in retrograde serpentinites

Serpentinites play a key role in controlling fault rheology in a wide range of geodynamic settings, from oceanic and continental rift zones to subduction zones. In this paper, we provide a summary of the most common deformation mechanisms and frictional strengths of serpentine minerals and serpentinites. We focus on deformation mechanisms in retrograde serpentinites, which show a progressive evolution from undeformed mesh and bastite pseudomorphic textures to foliated, ribbon-like textures formed by lizardite with strong crystallographic and shape preferred orientations. We also discuss the possible mechanical significance of anastomosing slickenfibre veins containing ultraweak fibrous serpentines or relatively strong splintery antigorite. Our review and new observations indicate that pressure solution and frictional sliding are the most important deformation mechanisms in retrograde serpentinite, and that they are frictionally weak (μ~0.3). The mineralogical and microstructural evolution of retrograde serpentinites during shearing suggests that a further reduction of the friction coefficient to μ of 0.15 or less may occur during deformation, resulting in a sort of continuous feedback weakening mechanism

Violência obstétrica e consequências da episiotomia no puerpério tardio: repercussões no universo feminino

The present paper consists of an integrative and bibliographic review research, whose guiding question is: what consequences can unnecessary episiotomy cause in women in late postpartum period? This study aims to show the real importance of the subject mentioned, considering that many women suffer some type of obstetric violence without knowing the subject. We sought, through the analysis of scientific productions, to analyze cases of obstetric violence through unnecessary episiotomy, without the woman's consent and whether such conduct caused damage in the late postpartum period. Thus, it was possible to observe that this type of violence negatively influences, even in the late postpartum period, psychologically and physically the women who suffered it, with this it was possible to expand knowledge on the subject, being useful not only for health professionals, but also for women and their partners.O presente trabalho consiste em uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa e bibliográfica, que tem como questão norteadora: quais as consequências a episiotomia desnecessária pode causar nas mulheres no puerpério tardio? Este estudo tem como objetivo mostrar a real importância sobre o assunto citado, tendo em vista que muitas mulheres sofrem algum tipo de violência obstétrica sem conhecer o assunto. Buscamos, através da análise das produções científicas, analisar casos de violência obstétrica através da episiotomia não necessária, sem consentimento da mulher e se tal conduto gerou danos no puerpério tardio. Assim, foi possível observar que este tipo de violência influencia negativamente, mesmo que no puerpério tardio, psicológica e fisicamente as mulheres que a sofreram, com isso foi possível ampliar o conhecimento sobre o tema, sendo útil não só para profissionais de saúde, mas também para as mulheres e seus parceiros
