    Tuning the electronic, photophysical and charge transfer properties of small D-A molecules based on Thienopyrazine-terthienyls by changing the donor fragment: A DFT study

    Indexación: Scopus.Four acceptor-donor organic conjugated molecules based on thieno[3,4-b]pyrazine-terthienyls were analyzed in order to explore the effect of the donor substituent on their molecular structures, electronic and optical properties. Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Time-Dependent Density Functional Theory (TD/DFT) calculations were carried out employing the B3LYP hybrid functional in combination with the 6-31G(d,p) basis set. The results suggests that the addition of electron-donating substituents to the conjugated molecules can diminish their energy gap value, which is beneficial to the photon harvesting. The lowest-lying absorption spectra of compounds substituted with electron donor groups exhibited a red-shift and a high oscillation factor compared with the unsubstituted molecule. Additionally, the ionization potential (IP), electron affinity (EA), reorganization energy (λ) and open-circuit voltage (Voc) of the molecules were evaluated.     This research conducted in Sultan SyarifKasim II Airport in Pekanbaru, the capital city of Riau. The purpose of this research was to determine what factors affect the demand for air transport services on domestic flights and International flights. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with statistical test. The results of research on domestic flights for sample F show that GDP per capita for ticket prices of the airline Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air was simultaneously affect the demand for air transport services. Based on sample t is concluded that the GDP per capita for ticket prices of the airline Garuda Indonesia is partially affected and the ticket prices of the airline Lion Air does not partially affect the demand for air transport services on domestic flights. The coefficient of multiple determination for Garuda Indonesia is 0.989, and the coefficient of multiple determination for Lion Air is 0,986. The results of research on International flights for sample F show that the exchange rate and prices simultaneously affect the demand for air transport services. Based on sample t is concluded that the exchange rate and prices is partially affected the demand for air transport services on International flights.The coefficient of multiple determination for Express Air is 0,850

    This study aims to investigate the effect of money supply, and BI rate on Exchange rate in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in from of time series data that obtained from “Statistik Ekonomi Keuangan Indonesia”and “Badan Pusat Statistik” during the period of 2005 until 2014. An amperial analysis is carried out by using quantitive methode of multiple linear regression with 5% level of significant. The variable in this reserch are Indonesia Exchange Rate (as dependent variable), money supply and BI rate (as independent variables). The results show that money supply (M2) are significantly and positive impact on exchange rate . It can be seen from the value of the t statistic> t table is 4.655161 > 2.36462, with a probability value of 0.0023 t table is 3.167523 > 2.36462. with a probability value of 0.0158 <α (0.05). The finding in this research suggests money supply and BI Rate give dominant impact on exchange rate in Indonesia. Goverment and related agencies, especially Bank Indonesia as policy maker must be carefully understood with those variables in order that they can control exchange rate variable and maintaining economic stability in order to avoid exchange rate fluctuation

    Examining the cancellation mechanism of neutron EDM in a model with dilaton-dominated susy breaking

    We examine the cancellation mechanism between the different contributions to the electric dipole moment of the neutron in a model with dilaton-dominated SUSY breaking. We find these accidental cancellations occur at few points in parameter space. For a wide region of this space we must constrain the phase of μ\mu to be of order 10110^{-1} and have the phases of AA and μ\mu strongly correlated in order to have small neutron EDM. Moreover, we consider the indirect CP violation parameter ϵ\epsilon in this region where the electric dipole moment is less than the experimental limit and find that we can generate ϵ\epsilon of order 10610^{-6}

    Tugas akhir berupa karya bidang ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sangat potensialnyamuseum kereta api Ambarawa sebagai rancangan museum kereta apiInternasional, akan tetapi kurangnya promosi museum membuat museum jarangdikenal oleh masyarakat dan belum banyak dikunjungi. Terbukti dari riset yangtelah dilaksanakan, diperoleh angka brand knowledge informan terhadap museumKA sebesar 58% yang menunjukan bahwa orang belum tahu museum kereta apiAmbarawa, dimana letaknya dan apa saja barang yang dikoleksi disana.Sedangkan tingkat afeksi menunjukan angka 37%, hal ini menunjukan bahwaorang masih belum mau mencari tahu informasi tentang museum KA Ambarawaitu sendiri. Sedangkan hal behavior berupa tingkat kunjungan masihlah berada dirata-rata kunjungan sebesar 600 orang per hari.Tujuan dari diadakannya Strategic Communication Museum Kereta ApiAmbarawa ini adalah mempromosikan Museum Kereta Api Ambarawa gunameningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat untuk berkunjung ke museumKereta Ambarawa. Selain itu karya bidang ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkanafeksi, kognisi dan juga behavior pengunjung maupun calon pengunjung museumkereta api Ambarawa.Pada 1 bulan pelaksanaan di bulan Mei 2015, kegiatan berhasil mendapatkanpeningkatan pengunjung yang signifikan di bulan Mei dengan total kunjungan21.514 orang (dewasa) dan 9.272 orang (anak-anak). Rata-rata di bulan Meimenunjukan angka 993 orang per hari. Jika dikatergorikan berdasarkan kunjunganweekend dan weekdays, pada weekdays menunjukan angka rata-rata 623 orang danpada weekend menunjukan angka rata-rata 1.769 orang. Aspek kognisitentangpengetahuan pengunjung tentang museum Kereta Api Ambarawa tentang apa,dimana letak museum, koleksi, dan juga potensi museum kereta api Ambarawadalam pelaksanaannya meningkatkhingga presentase 73% dari angka 58%.Dalamaspek afeksi didasarkan pada minat masyarakat untuk mau berkunjung keMuseum Kereta Api Ambarawa dalam pelaksanaannya meningkat dia angka 66%dari 37%.Karya bidang ini menunjukkan bahwa “Strategic CommunicationMuseum Kereta Api ambarawa ‘Sepoorheroes' berhasil dilakukan sesuai goalsyang ditentukan

    Higgsino mass matrix ansatz for MSSM

    An ansatz, Det. MH~=0,M_{\tilde H}=0, for the Higgsino mass matrix in string orbifold trinification is suggested toward the minimal supersymmetric standard model(MSSM). Small instanton solutions effective around the GUT scale can fulfil this condition. An argument that the couplings contain a moduli field is given for a dynamical realization of this Higgsino mass matrix ansatz.Comment: 15 pages of LaTeX fil

    Heterotic strings on G_2 orbifolds

    We study compactification of heterotic strings to three dimensions on orbifolds of G_2 holonomy. We consider the standard embedding and show that the gauge group is broken from E_8 x E_8 or SO(32) to F_4 x E_8 or SO(25) respectively. We also compute the spectrum of massless states and compare with the results obtained from reduction of the 10-dimensional fields. Non-standard embeddings are discussed briefly. For type II compactifications we verify that IIB and IIA have equal massless spectrum.Comment: LaTex, 21 page

    Brane to bulk supersymmetry breaking and radion force at micron distances

    We study mediation of supersymmetry breaking in the bulk, in models with primordial supersymmetry breaking on D-branes at the string scale, in the TeV region. We compute the gravitino and scalar masses up to one-loop level, as well as the radion coupling to matter. We find that the latter mediates a model independent force at submillimeter distances that can be tested in micro-gravity experiments for any dimensionality of the bulk. In the case of two large dimensions, our type I string framework provides an example which allows to stabilize the radion potential and determine the desired hierarchy between the string and Planck scales.Comment: One equation and one figure corrected.     The Hilbert basis method for D-flat directions and the superpotential

    We discuss, using the Hilbert basis method, how to efficiently construct a complete basis for D-flat directions in supersymmetric Abelian and non-Abelian gauge theories. We extend the method to discrete (R and non-R) symmetries.
