Technical Competence of the Future Teacher of Labor Education and Technology as a Basis of Preparedness for Professional Activity

Стаття присвячена теоретичному дослідження актуальності формування технічної компетентності в майбутнього вчителя трудового навчання та технології під час здобуття вищої освіти першого рівня. Сформовану технічну компетентність майбутнього вчителя трудового навчання та технології можна вважати ідеальним результатом професійної підготовки, тобто у здобувача повноцінно опановані знання про конструкційні матеріали (характеристика, критерії, добування, способи обробки), сформовані вміння конструявати вироби, ураховуячи властивості матеріалів, здійснявати економічний обрахунок під час підбору матеріалів для проюкту, вибору способу обробки конструкційних матеріалів із послідовністя технологічних операцій, використовувати вторинні матеріали та набуті творчі навички для праці під час професійної діяльності.The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the relevance of the formation of technical competence in the future teacher of labor training and technology during the first stage of higher education. The formed technical competence of the future teacher of labor training and technology can be considered as an ideal result of professional training, i.e. the applicant has fully mastered knowledge of construction materials (characteristics, criteria, extraction, processing methods), formed skills to design products taking into account the properties of materials, to make economic calculations when selecting materials for the project, choosing the method of processing construction materials with a sequence of technological operations, use secondary materials and acquired creative skills for work during professional activities. Modern higher education works in the direction of finding a solution to the problem of effective formation of competencies in the applicant. This is due to a new stage in the development of education, reviewing and amending the content of education in secondary education institutions to create a favorable educational environment for the development of secondary education, expanding the range of interests and positive interest in learning new things that will form certain life competencies. The national development of education in Ukraine is aimed at implementing the project “New Ukrainian School”, which will fully create conditions for the educational process in which children can express themselves creatively as individuals and form key competencies for dynamic integration of knowledge, skills, acquired skills to be able to evaluate other views, values and personal qualities, which will be the basis for successful further educational activities. The future teacher must be a professional in his field, have developed competencies, experience and pedagogical skills, i.e. be ready to form key competencies in the applicant for secondary education
