Synthesis of Carboxamide and Sulfonyl Carboxamide Linked Azoles Under Green Conditions
Direct coupling of heteroaldehydes with heteroaryl amines/sulfonylamines is performed under green conditions using PEG-400 in the presence of oxidant CCl3CN/H2O2. The presence of electron-withdrawing substituents on heteroaldehydes increased the yield. Further heteroaryl amines favor the reaction when compared with heteroaryl sulfonylamines. © 2020 Author(s).One of the authors G. Third Eye for Blind using Ultrasonic Sensor
People with visual disabilities are often dependent on external assistance which can be provided by humans, trained dogs, or special electronic devices as support systems for decision making. The main problem with blind people is how to navigate their way to wherever they want to go. Such people need assistance from others with good eyesight. As described by WHO, 10% of the visually impaired have no functional eyesight at all to help them move around without assistance and safely. This project is designed to help the blind to overcome the lack of visual sense, by using other senses like sound and touch. The system uses Atmega-328 microcontroller, which is a high performance 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller. For sensing the distance the system uses a HC-SR04, an Ultrasonic Range Finder Distance Sensor Module. The sensor module is designed to measure the distance using the principle of SONAR or RADAR, using ultrasonic wave to determine the distance of an object. The system also consists of a buzzer to generate an alarm sound and a motor to generate vibration signals. The system uses audio and vibration signals to notify the user about upcoming hurdle. As the distance between glove and obstacle decreases, frequency of both audio and vibration signals increases. Thus the system helps to ease the navigation process for the needy. This system offers a low-cost, reliable, portable, low power consumption and robust solution for navigation with obvious short response time
Synthesis and Bioassay of Azolyl Benzothiazine Carboxamides
Cyclic sulfonamides (sultams) gained importance due to their potential pharmaceutical activity. Amongst these, 1,2-benzothiazine-1,1-dioxide and their derivatives represent the most familiar class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) available in the market. In fact, Meloxicam and Piroxicam, the members of oxicam family are used as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs. Azoles are potential chemical entities with a wide range of pharmacological activities such as anticancer, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and antiparasitic. In continuation of our efforts to develop potential multifunctional heterocycles, we have synthesized novel azolylbenzothiazine carboxamides and studied their cytotoxic and antioxidant activities. The results of these aspects will be discussed. © 2020 Author(s).The authors Venkatapuram Padmavathi and Panga Siva Sankar are grateful to CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research), New Delhi for financial assistance under the major research project
Synthesis of a New Class of Thiazolyl Morpholines / Thiomorpholines and Evaluation as Antimicrobials
The series of novel thiazole derivatives (4-5) have been synthesized. All the synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C NMR, mass spectra. All the lead compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity. The compound 5f having chloro substituent on the aromatic ring displays greater antimicrobial activity particularly against P. aeruginosa and P. crysogenum. © 2020 Author(s).The authors G. Ultrasound Promoted Synthesis of Pyrazolyl / Isoxazolyl Oxadiazoles as Antimicrobials
Azoles are the principal core structures present in natural products and acquired significance due to a wide range of biological properties associated with them. Amongst different azoles, oxadiazole and their derivatives have gained importance as they constitute the structural features of many bioactive compounds. 1,3,4-Oxadiazoles exhibit antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticancer and anticonvulsant properties. In fact, the combination of different heterocyclic units in a molecule may alter the biopotency which can accommodate multiple biological targets. In continuation of our interest in the synthesis of bioactive heterocyclic compounds, we focused our attention to develop some new oxadiazoles under ultrasonication. The work related to these aspects will be presented. © 2020 Author(s).The author G. Yamini is thankful to the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi, for the sanction of UGC-BSR fellowship

The series of novel oxazole derivatives (3-4) have been synthesized. All the entitles compounds were characterized by IR, 1H, 13C NMR, mass spectra. All the lead compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity. The compound 4f having chloro substituent on the aromatic ring displays greater antimicrobial activity particularly against P. aeruginosa and P. crysogenum. © 2020 Author(s).The authors G. Privacy and Classification Of Analyzed Data Using EMD
In recent years many researchers issued on data publishing with recommended settings .But privacy is a key issue here. Existing techniques such as K-anonymity and L-diversity should not provide effective and sufficient results for privacy preserving in data publishing. So in this paper we propose tree base algorithm for providing security, In this technique we arrange the data in tree based format for closeness of a data publishing and for retrieving data in sequential order. Our techniques also improved more security to micro data publishing and retrieving relevant information from micro data using attribute disclosure
TO RECOGNIZE THE SHEAR FAULTS OF R/C BUILDING FRAMES WITH SESMIC ANALYSIS
The motion of the floor during earthquake do now not damage the building through an effect or via any outside pressure, alternatively it impacts the constructing by the usage of developing an internal inertial pressure this is due to vibration of building mass. The fee of lateral pressure due to an earthquake relies upon especially on inertial mass, floor acceleration and the dynamic traits of the building. The significance of lateral pressure due to an earthquake is based upon specifically on inertial mass, floor acceleration and the dynamic trends of the constructing. To constitute the ground motion and structural behaviour, layout codes offer a Response spectrum. Response spectrum without a trouble describes the height responses of the shape as a function of natural vibration duration. Therefore it is important to study of natural vibration length of constructing to understand the seismic response of building. The behaviour of a multi-storey framed constructing in the course of robust earthquake motions is predicated upon at the distribution of mass, stiffness, and power in every the horizontal and vertical planes of the building. Setback houses with geometric irregularity (both in elevation and plan) are really an increasing number of encountered in modern-day metropolis manufacturing. Setback homes are characterized through staggered abrupt reductions in ground location along the height of the building, with consequent drops in mass, power, and stiffness. Height-clever changes in stiffness and mass render the dynamic tendencies of those buildings special from the ‘regular’ building. Many investigations had been performed to recognize the behaviour of bizarre structures in addition to setback structures and to check technique of improving their overall performance
