There were 63 men and 48 women. We have found that among people with normal and high blood pressure there are no significant differences in the indicators under study in response to physical stress; but people with normal blood pressure had a higher rate of change of the indicators of bioimpedance analysis, which is associated with a better adaptation capacity of their cardiorespiratory system. Analysis of the effects of physical exercises revealed an increase in the body mass index due to increase in the muscle mass. This leads to increase in the cardio-vascular risk. Aerobic exercises contributed to the growth of muscle tone without its hypertrophy and a faster cardio adaptation. Thus, any physical activity helps to improve health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, but for those with elevated blood pressure aerobic exercise is preferable

Women tend to have a special psychological reaction associated with denial of the disease β Β«minimalizationΒ», which is accompanied by changes in their eating disorders and obesity. Approximately 70% of men knew about the disease and occasionally underwent treatment, although the diagnosis of arterial hypertension was registered for the first time. Paradoxical behavior was identified in 14% of men: denial of the disease accompanied by a stable career development and aggressive hypochondria facing challenging life circumstances. Such patients insisted on immediate hospitalization and long-term outpatient treatment, five men joined a disability group within a year. The first message about diagnosed hypertension caused an expressed affective reaction in 16% of men. Psychological characteristics which define the behavior of men and women with arterial hypertension are associated with self-identification as a highly masculine type: focus on personal achievements and career, aggressiveness, ability to defend their point of view, dominance, realism and pragmatism, cynicism, low sensitivity to pain and ailments, and as a consequence β denial of the disease. At the same time, orientation of the society towards traditional patriarchal values creates among women an unconscious feeling of Β«inferior femininityΒ», aggravating their intrapersonal conflict, which means that for their psychological adaptation women have to pay a higher Β«biosocial priceΒ»

ΡΠΏΠΎΡΡΡΠΌΠ΅Π½ΠΎΠ².The present work is devoted to important clinical and diagnostic aspects of human ecology β the question of objective assessment of the functional state of Central hemodynamics, as an indicator of mental and physical stress of the athlete's body, to prevent development of pathological conditions. Contingent surveyed amounted to 120 athletes engaged in different sports diagnosed with neurocirculatory dystonia, with an easy flow in remission at the age from 17 to 30 years with experience in sports from 3 to 12 year period. To determine the extent of psycho-physical stress, we used methods of clinical examination with evaluation and analysis of parameters of Central hemodynamics, and a rheoencephalography study. The results of the study established the prevalence of the clinical picture of NDC obsrevations syndrome with the presence of increased excitability, irritability. The results of rheoencephalography studies have shown that signs of changes in cerebral hemodynamics were detected in the majority of the surveyed athletes

The hemodynamic effects of the active orthostatic response are defined for the healthy persons as well as patients with isolated arterial hypertension (AH) and its association with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). There are 4 age groups including men and women aged 17-21; 22-35; 36-60 and over 60 years of age. The young generation was born in the Far North; the older generation has been living in the Far North for over 20 years. The healthy men and women demonstrate a classic form of the active orthostatic response, parasympathetic prevalence in vegetative regulation, increase of the myocardial contractile function. The AH patients demonstrate decreased hemodynamic parameters, approach of the vegetative regulation index to balance, and increased inotropy. Generally, patients having associated pathologies have identical changes of the studied parameters; though with less distinct values

A chain of growth factors of climatic character is started. Meteosensitivity shows among men and women. Imbalance and misalignment of the homeostasis of the organism in the development of the Β«North stressΒ» are induced by weather parameters β variations in atmospheric pressure, temperature, force of wind, low humidity. Subjective symptoms form three degrees of meteosensitivity. We demonstrate dependence of the functions of the body from the sex and age of the new settlers in the Northern city. Nonspecific resistant mechanisms are provided, caused by the blood in the form of hypersensitivity reactions and stress. Resistance to the psycho-emotional stress is reduced under the influence of natural environmental factors. Remigration of the settlers to the North has a negative effect on the meteosensitivity and resistance to stress, thus, decreasing the adaptive response to environmental conditions
