Maxaubiana 2001 (ensayo bibliográfico)

Esta bibliografía con estudio introductorio de Ignacio Soldevila Durante, organizada según criterios sucesivos y complementarios, presenta una división básica entre los textos escritos por Max Aub y los estudios sobre ellos. La primera de estas secciones responde a un orden cronológico y se divide, a su vez, según el género: poesía, narrativa, teatro y ensayo. Un apartado reúne entrevistas y conversaciones con el autor. La segunda sección está alfabéticamente por autores. Novela histórica y responsabilidad social del escritor: el camino trazado por Benjamín Prado en <i>Mala gente que camina</i>

Desde el final de la dictadura franquista muy notable es el número de novelas cuya temática ha seguido circunscribiéndose a la Guerra Civil y sus consecuencias. La continuidad del tema -que arranca en pleno conflicto- no sólo obedece a que aún vivan muchos de quienes padecieron los años de la posguerra, sino también a que es un tema axial de nuestro devenir y, por extensión, del siglo XX. En nuestra literatura, ocuparse de la guerra continúa siendo más compromiso que evasión y, sobre todo, es sentido de la responsabilidad de los escritores hacia nuestra sociedad. En el caso de la novela histórica, ésta ha recuperado pasajes ausentes en el discurso historiográfico hegemónico que nos ha sido transmitido, como demuestra, a modo de paradigma, una excelente novela de la que nos ocupamos aquí: Mala gente que camina (2006), de Benjamín Prado, que aborda y desvela, entre otros, el asunto de los niños rojos robados por el franquismo.From the end of the pro-Franco dictatorship a lot of numbers of novels whose thematic it has continued confining itself the Civil War and its consequences. The continuity of the subject -that conflict begins in the heat of- not only it obeys to that still many live on those who suffered the years of the postwar period, but also to that it is an axial subject of ours to happen, by extension, of XX century. In our literature, to take care of the war continues being more commitment than evasion and, mainly, it is felt of the responsibility of the writers towards our society. In the case of the historical novel, this one has recovered absent passages in the hegemonic historiográfico speech that it has been transmitted us, as it demonstrates, as a paradigm, an excellent novel of which we took care here: Benjamín Prado's Mala gente que camina (2006), that it approaches and it keeps awake the subject of the red children robbed by the Francoism, among others.Centro de Estudios de Teoría y Crítica Literari
