    PENGUATAN KAPASITAS SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA BIDANG ADMINISTRASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PUBLIK

    Strengthening the capacity of human resources administration is an absolute necessity in the effort to improve public services. There are three things that underlie capacity strengthening, namely: the demands of policy on public services; Community demands on public services are growing in accordance with increasing public awareness; And demands of the Revolution 4.0 industry discourse. Aims to prepare human resources administration in order to be able to work professionally in improving public services. The method used is the library research is qualitative interpretative. Results showed that strengthening capacity needs to pay attention to three things, namely the level of development of individual capacity with the target of knowledge, skills, competence and ethics; Conducted through education and training with a five-stage process, namely: 1) involving stakeholders; 2) analyzing capacity and needs; 3) Formulating the response; 4) Apply the response; and 5) evaluation. The education and training process should also pay attention to the capacity aspects, 1) Performance capacity; 2) Personal capacity; 3) Workload capacity; 4) Supervisory capacity; 5) Facility capacity; 6) Support service capacity; 7) Systems capacity; 8) Structural capacity; and 9) Role capacityStrengthening the capacity of human resources administration is an absolute necessity in the effort to improve public services.     PENGARUH PROFESIONAL GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN PENERAPAN KURIKULUM 2013 TERHADAP SIKAP RELIGIUS SISWA

    The research was motivated by the low religious attitudes of elementary school students, presumably due to the low level of professional teachers and the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, aimed to see: a) teacher professionalism, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, and students' religious attitudes; b) The magnitude of the professional influence of teachers on students' religious attitudes; c) The amount of implementation of 2013 on students' religious attitudes; and d) The magnitude of the professional influence of teachers and the implementation of the 2013 curriculum together on students' religious attitudes. This research is quantitative with survey methods, data filling techniques with questionnaires distributed to 71 respondents. Data analysis with parametric statistics, analyzed descriptively and verificatively. The results showed; a) Professional teachers are in good condition; b) The 2013 curriculum has been well implemented; c) students' religious attitudes are in good condition, but have weaknesses in certain aspects; d) Teachers have an effect on students' religious attitudes; e) The implementation of the 2013 curriculum has an effect on students' religious attitudes; and f) Together, professional teachers and the implementation of the 2013 curriculum have an effect on students' religious attitudes with the influence of 84.90% and the remaining 15.10%, other factors. Conclusion, both partially and collectively, professional teachers and the implementation of the 2013 curriculum have an effect on students' religious attitude

    The performance of public services has a huge influence on the quality of people's lives. The factors that influence public services in this study were identified from the aspects of employee performance, participatory communication and leadership. This type of research used in this research is descriptive verification research. Data collection techniques in this study using survey techniques and data sources in this study are primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique in this study used the path analysis method. The results of descriptive research indicate that participatory leadership, communication, employee performance and service quality are in the sufficient category, so it is necessary to increase their role in order to improve the quality of public services. The results of hypothesis testing have proven that there is an influence between participatory leadership style and communication, both partially and simultaneously, which have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of other hypothesis testing prove that employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public servicesThe performance of public services has a huge influence on the quality of people's lives.     The influence of strategic leadership and motivation on employee performance

    This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of strategic leadership variables and employee motivation on employee performance. This research belongs to a quantitative type of research using descriptive and verificative research methods. Description means describing variable conditions based on the respondent's perception. In contrast, verificative is based on hypothesis testing and the magnitude of influence given by leadership variables and motivation to employee performance, while the analysis method uses path analysis. The study results prove descriptively that the overall leadership condition is indicated sufficiently. However, there are still indicators that are below the expected value, namely the horizontal communication system, for the findings of motivational variables indicated sufficiently, but still, the finding of indicators that are not optimal, namely regarding adequate benefits, while the overall performance of employees is sufficient, but there are still weaknesses of the speed indicator for response to the public regarding complaints, suggestions and criticisms. Verifiably found the contribution of influence simultaneously from the variables of leadership and motivation to employee performance.
