Porte grande ouverte sur le numérique
La ministre de la Culture, des Communications et de la Condition fĂ©minine a mandatĂ© la SODEC pour mener des consultations auprĂšs des acteurs de la culture et des nouvelles technologies, afin dâĂ©tablir les cibles dâinterventions et les moyens Ă privilĂ©gier pour que les industries culturelles quĂ©bĂ©coises participent activement au virage numĂ©rique.
Ă lâautomne 2010, une dĂ©marche en deux phases a Ă©tĂ© entreprise auprĂšs dâun auditoire constituĂ© majoritairement des clientĂšles de la SODEC, ainsi que de spĂ©cialistes (technologies, Internet, numĂ©rique, droit, etc.). Cette dĂ©marche a Ă©tĂ© bouclĂ©e par la tenue dâun forum en juin 2011. Une quinzaine de comitĂ©s sectoriels et thĂ©matiques, une centaine de rĂ©unions de travail et de dĂ©libĂ©rations, et la participation de prĂšs de 300 reprĂ©sentants de la culture ont permis de faire Ă©merger les principaux enjeux et pistes de solutions contenus dans le prĂ©sent document. Un consensus sâest vite dessinĂ© sur lâurgence de se tailler une place de choix dans lâespace numĂ©rique, et il se reflĂšte dans les orientations stratĂ©giques qui proposent un virage rapide, efficace
et durable

A review of advanced air distribution methods - theory, practice, limitations and solutions
Ventilation and air distribution methods are important for indoor thermal environments and air quality. Effective distribution of airflow for indoor built environments with the aim of simultaneously offsetting thermal and ventilation loads in an energy efficient manner has been the research focus in the past several decades. Based on airflow characteristics, ventilation methods can be categorized as fully mixed or non-uniform. Non-uniform methods can be further divided into piston, stratified and task zone ventilation. In this paper, the theory, performance, practical applications, limitations and solutions pertaining to ventilation and air distribution methods are critically reviewed. Since many ventilation methods are buoyancy driving that confines their use for heating mode, some methods suitable for heating are discussed. Furthermore, measuring and evaluating methods for ventilation and air distribution are also discussed to give a comprehensive framework of the review
