(Vast quantities of texts are produced each day in variety of media including traditional publications such as newspapers and magazines, as well as a newer type of communication like blogs and micro blogs. In journalism, neologisms or newlycoined words occur very often for their ability and power of information consideration and their expressive effect. Language users create new words through a variety of word formation processes: derivational morphology, compounding, abbreviation and borrowing from another language. The context in which a neologism is used also provides information about its syntax and semantics. It is significant to learn how these words are created, because neologisms undergo certain linguistics processes,
the so-called word formation process, and to try to find out to what structural-semantic types neologisms belong and in which sphere of life they are used more frequently. The administrative limitation of assemblies in Ukraine and Poland in the light of the international law regulations – some remarks on the Ukrainian road to democracy
Międzynarodowego Paktu Praw Obywatelskich i Politycznych, Europejskiej Konwencji o Ochronie Praw Człowieka i Podstawowych Wolnościach czy też Konwencji Ramowej o Ochronie Mniejszości Narodowych. Wybiórcze stosowanie zupełnie nieprzystających do realiów państwa demokratycznego przepisów uchwalonych jeszcze w ZSRR, w połączeniu z konstytucyjnie wyrażonym prawem sądów do wprowadzania ograniczeń wolności zgromadzeń, sprzyja skrajnej arbitralności podejmowanych rozstrzygnięć, co niewątpliwie narusza istotę wolności.
