Clinical study of retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment
AIM: To analyze the clinical characteristics of retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment and to evaluate the surgical techniques, the efficacy and operation time for treatment.<p>METHODS: We reviewed and analyzed the operative effects of vitreoretinal surgeries in 45 patients(45 eyes)with retinal and choroidal detachment in our hospital from January, 2010 to January, 2012. In these 45 patients, there were 38 patients of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment, 7 patients of retinal redetachment associated with choroidal detachment. The surgical techniques include scleral encircling operation, epichoroidal space drainage by sclerocentesis intraocular photocoagulation, gas-fluid exchange, perfluoropropane(C<sub>3</sub>F<sub>8</sub>)or silicone oil intraocular tamponade and vitreoretinal surgery.<p>RESULTS: The drainage of the suprachoroidal space liquid and blood was successful in 45 eyes. Silicone oil tamponade was performed for 39 eyes and C<sub>3</sub>F<sub>8</sub> tamponade for 6 eyes. Retinas and choroids were all reattached and retinal holes were closed. Visual acuities were improved, ≥0.1 in 23 eyes.<p>CONCLUSION: The vitreoretinal surgery and external drainage by sclerocentesis and scleral encircling operation is an effective operating method for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment associated with choroidal detachment

The isoindoledione ring system is almost planar [maximum atomic deviation = 0.036 (3) Å], and is twisted with respect to the florobenzene ring, making a dihedral angle of 58.56 (16)°. Weak intermolecular C—H⋯Cl hydrogen bonding is present in the crystal structure

In the title compound, C10H2Cl4F3NO2, the isoindoline ring system is almostplanar, the maximum atomic deviation being 0.064 (2) Å. The C—C bond of the ethylene group is twisted with respect to the isoindoline plane by a dihedral angle of 59.58 (12)°. In the crystal, weak intermolecular C—H⋯F hydrogen bonding links the molecules into supramolecular chains running along the a axis. A short intermolecular Cl⋯O contact of 2.950 (3) Å is also observed
电话随访对妊娠期糖尿病指导效果的研究
Objective: To evaluate the effects of gestational diabetes mellitus by telephone follow-up interviewing Guidance. Methods: The 198 cases of GDM were divided into two groups, the test group were guided for meal plan, exercise and glucose monitoring by telephone follow-up interviewing, while the control group be done nothing. The blood sugar score, cesarean rate, fetal macrosomia birthrate and neonatal referral rates in two groups were compared. Results: The scores of their blood sugar, cesarean rate, fetal macrosomia birthrate and neonatal referral rates of the test group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Telephone follow-up interviewing guidance was clinically proven effective.目的 了解电话随访对妊娠期糖尿病患者的指导效果。方法 将198例确诊为妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的患者按照奇数为试验组、偶数为对照组的方法分为 2 组。试验组在实施孕妇学校健康教育指导的基础上定时进行电话随访。对照组只给予孕妇学校健康教育指导。比较两组孕妇血糖控制效果、剖宫产率、巨大儿出生率及新生儿转诊率。结果 孕妇血糖控制效果、剖宫产率、巨大儿出生率及新生儿转诊率均优于对照组,两组相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 电话随访指导对妊娠期糖尿病的健康指导具有良好的效果

Measurement of professional identity in Chinese nursing students
AbstractObjectivesChinese nurses continue to display low professional identity. It is becoming an emergent issue in China how to help nurse students develop their positive professional identity. This paper is to develop the Professional Identity Scale for Nursing Students (PISNS).MethodsLiterature review, and interviews with students and experts were adopted to develop initial item. Reliability and validity of the scale were respectively examined by computing internal consistency coefficient alpha and split-half Spearman Brown for equal length, and Exploratory Principle Component Factor Analysis.ResultsFive factors with 17-item were obtained explaining 58.9% of the total variance. Cronbach's alpha, and split-half reliability was 0.83 and 0.84 respectively.ConclusionsGiven its high reliability and validity, PISNS could be used as a measurement tool for educators to evaluate the developing level of professional identity in nursing students and assess the effectiveness of corresponding interventions and strategies
