PORTRAIT OF THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHER IN THE SOCIAL AND CULTURAL SPACE OF THE MODERN RUSSIA
The article discusses the problem of actual requirements to the kindergarten teacher, which are imposed by society (state), educational organization, the family of the pupil and children of preschool age. The author analyzes the provisions of a number of documents regulating the activities of the teacher, systematizes the results of scientific research about the role of the teacher in modern preschool education. The article describes the theoretical model of the way of the teacher of the preschool educational organization in modern social and cultural conditions: mission, function, result, –answering the question "What should be a modern kindergarten teacher?". The results of the study can be used as a basis for the modernization of the content of the professional activity (professional standard) of the modern teacher of a preschool educational organization.The article is intended for public reading and for those who are interested in pedagogical research.
THE "TERRITORY OF CHILDHOOD": CONTENT, COMPONENTS, CONDITIONS OF DESIGNING

THE PHENOMENON OF HELPLESS BEHAVIOR IN JUNIOR SCHOOL AGE: THE ESSENCE, CONTENT, CONDITIONS FOR OVERCOMING HELPLESSNESS
The article deals with the problem of helpless behavior of a child of junior school age – the structure, peculiarities of the manifestation of helplessness, the consequences of fixing helpless behavior for the next stages of the student's development.The article analyzes the psychological and pedagogical conditions for overcoming the helpless behavior of schoolchildren in the conditions of an elementary school. The article contains the results of the diagnosis of helpless behavior, recommendations for teachers on the use of various forms and methods of preventing and overcoming the trained helplessness among elementary school students.The article intended for public reading, as well as for those who are interested in pedagogical research
REPRESENTATIONS OF CHILDREN OF YOUNGER PRESCHOOL AGE ABOUT THE CULTURE OF HUMAN HEALTH
The article deals with the problem of representations of modern children 3-4 years of age about the culture of human health. The authors analyze different approaches to the structure of the phenomenon "culture of health"; specify the place of culture health in the culture of the personality of the preschool child, the teacher's role in the formation of childrenĘĽs health culture. The article describes an empirical study of actual representations of children of younger preschool age about the culture of health: the diagnostic tools are characterized, the procedure of diagnosis is described, and the results are analyzed. The authors identify the specific representations of children 3-4 years of age about the culture of health, make a conclusion about representations which are typical for modern children of younger preschool age. The results of the study can be used as a basis for designing the content of the pedagogical work on the formation of components of the preschoolersĘĽ health culture.Â
THE CONDITIONS OF FORMING ACTIONS WITH SUBJECTS AND MATERIALS IN EARLY CHILDHOOD
The article deals with the problem of forming of actions with subjects and materials in early childhood: significance of subject activity for child's development, features of creating of developing object–spatial environment in a group of young children, pedagogical conditions for effective formation of actions with subjects and materials.The article describes an empirical study of the state of development of subject activity in early childhood: diagnostic tools are characterized, the results of the parameters proposed by the authors are analyzed. The authors diagnose the quality of equipment of modern developing environment and professional readiness of teachers to create conditions for the effective formation of children's actions with subjects and materials.
ONLINE EDUCATION: LEARNING OUTCOME, SUCCESS & CHALLENGES
This paper’s intents are to render the learning outcome, success and challenges that emerge in an online teaching and learning environment in comparison to the traditional face to face classroom environment. First of all, we will examine how the students acclimate to the new online digital learning atmosphere after the traditional face to face learning environment; what challenges and barriers the students encounter in a synchronous and in an asynchronous online learning environments? Second of all, we will focus on how professors adapt to the new digital online teaching styles and examine the new essential teaching innovations that arise in order to achieve and go beyond the expected learning outcomes; how to remit to the students’ challenges and retain the positive and engaging learning environment? In addition, our aims are to examine new pedagogical innovations that naturally emerge while responding to the students’ travails and to smoothly navigate them to achieve the expected learning outcomes.Furthermore, our paper’s intents are to portray how an online learning environment can attain more effective learning outcomes in comparison to the traditional face to face classroom environment; how to think beyond our horizons and to enhance the learning outcomes in a digital learning atmosphere while addressing the students’ challenges? Moreover, we will emphasize how the immediate graded feedback and students’ feedback serve as pertinent tools in achieving the learning outcome and inspires students to learn in an online atmosphere.
CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS
Basing on the analysis of the structure of the motivational sphere of the personality, the identification of the essence of professional motivation in the student community, the article theoretically and experimentally substantiates the effectiveness of the complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of professional motivation of students in higher education: monitoring of personal and professional growth in the process of professional training; development and implementation of a system of methods and forms aimed at forming a professionally oriented process of cognition: psychological consultations on issues of professional orientation, personal self-determination, training on the development of professionally important qualities and motives of professional activity; modeling situations of upcoming professional activities; creation of the educational environment of the university for the application of acquired professional knowledge and skills. The article describes an empirical study of the structure of the motivational complex and the level of professional motivation of students. According to the results of the experiment, the need to create special educational conditions that underlie the development and implementation of the elective program aimed at increasing the level of professional motivation of students in higher education is revealed
PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF GRAPHIC CULTURE OF SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF USING COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES
The aim of the study is the scientific and experimental identification of a complex of effective pedagogical conditions for the formation of the graphic culture of school students in the process of using computer technologies. In the article, based on the analysis of the structure of graphic culture in the system of the general culture of the personality of a student of the XXI century, as well as identifying the features of the use of computer technologies in modern school education, the effectiveness of creating pedagogical conditions for the formation of the graphic culture of school students is theoretically and experimentally substantiated: the use of a complex of program-methodological and pedagogical teaching aids using computer technology, the implementation of an active learning model in the organization of educational activities and the interaction of the teacher and students in the classroom. The article describes an empirical study of the conditions for the formation of the graphic culture of school students in sketching lessons: the diagnosed parameters are determined, a comprehensive test of the level of graphic culture in secondary school students is carried out, an assessment of the effectiveness of the influence of a complex of pedagogical learning conditions on the formation of the graphic culture of students is given. The experiment revealed the need to create special pedagogical conditions that form the basis for the development and implementation of the elective course program “Technical Sketching Using CAD”
VALUE ORIENTATIONS, EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND INTERNATIONAL PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS
The primary goal of this paper is to portray how the value orientations and priorities can direct us to new pedagogical cores and innovations and leadership. First of all, we will examine how the students’ value orientations and priorities become a pertinent factor in conceiving new teaching practices that enhance the amiable learning atmosphere and guides us to new ideas and leadership. Second of all, we will focus on how value orientations and priorities expand our current knowledge and comprehension of the students’ learning styles and demands and gravitate teachers and students to the concept of emotional intelligence; this then leads students and teachers to new international and interdisciplinary environment(s) and to new teaching and learning practices. In addition, our aim is to address the students’ value orientations and priorities and apply them to steer us to design new learning environment(s) and to the transformational and primal leaderships. Furthermore, our intent is to render how value orientations guide to the emotional intelligence, which then directs to new practices, ideas and innovations. Moreover, we will share specific examples of successful pedagogical innovations that lead to the emotional intelligence and were guided by the students’ value orientations and priorities. Throughout this paper we will remit the following vital question: how do we link the value orientations together with the emotional intelligence and the transformational and primal leaderships
CONDITIONS OF FORMATION OF CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS BY MEANS OF INFORMATION – COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
The article deals with the problem of formation of creative activity among students in the process of using information and communication technologies (ICT) in the educational process of a higher educational establishment: features, prospects and conditions for effective formation of creative activity. The article describes an empirical study of the current level of formation of students' creative activity, gives examples of creative tasks developed by using ICT and recommendations for optimizing of the process of forming students' creative activity by means of ICT tools.
