Higgs potential bounds on extra quark-lepton generations
We consider the bounds for the values of higgs mass and of the mass of
the extra quarks and leptons derived from the stability of vacuum
and from the absence of Landau pole in Higgs potential. We find that in the
case of the absence of new physics up to the GUT scale the bounds for the mass
of the 4th generation are so restrictive that the negative result of CDF search
for extra quarks closes the window for fourth generation. In the case of the
absence of new physics up to GeV we get weaker but still nontrivial
bounds on and as well.Comment: 7pp, LaTeX, uses epsf, 5 figures, PS file available at

Screen recapture detection based on color-texture analysis of document boundary regions
This paper examines a presentation attack detection when a document recaptured from a screen is presented instead of the original document. We propose an algorithm based on analyzing a moirΓ© pattern within document boundary regions as a distinctive feature of the recaptured image. It is assumed that the pattern overlapping the document boundaries is a recapture artifact, not a match between document and background textures. To detect such a pattern, we propose an algorithm that employs the result of the fast Hough transform of the document boundary regions with enhanced pattern contrast. The algorithm performance was measured for the open dataset DLC-2021, which contains images of mock documents as originals and their screen recaptures. The precision of the proposed solution was evaluated as 95.4 %, and the recall as 90.5 %.This work was partially supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (Project No. 18-29-26035)

On the basis of the received results anatomic parameters of mineral mummy Bilibin horse are established and their comparative studying with the data of the literature is carried out. The morphological analysis cranial parts of mineral mummy Bilibin horse who has been found out in the Western Chukotka, has allowed to come to a conclusion that on key parameters of a head, necks, a chest cell and chest finiteness she is close to mummy Selikarn horse, horse Przheval'skogo and of the Yakut domestic horse and borrows between them intermediate position.ΠΠ° ΠΎΡΠ½ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΠΈ ΠΏΠΎΠ»ΡΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΡΡ

Study of KS KL Coupled Decays and KL -Be Interactions with the CMD-2 Detector at VEPP-2M Collider
The integrated luminosity about 4000 inverse nanobarn of around phi meson
mass ( 5 millions of phi mesons) has been collected with the CMD-2 detector at
the VEPP-2M collider. A latest analysis of the KS KL coupled decays based on 30
% of available data is presented in this paper.
The KS KL pairs from phi meson decays were reconstructed in the drift chamber
when both kaons decayed into two charged particles. From a sample of 1423
coupled decays a selection of candidates to the CP violating KL into pi+ pi-
decay was performed. CP violating decays were not identified because of the
domination of events with a KL regenerating at the Be beam pipe into KS and a
background from KL semileptonic decays.
The regeneration cross section of 110 MeV/c KL mesons was found to be 53 +-
17 mb in agreement with theoretical expectations. The angular distribution of
KS mesons after regeneration and the total cross section of KL for Be have been
measured.Comment: 14 pages, 8 figure
EVALUATION OF POTENTIAL RISK POSED BY MEDICATIONS TO THE FETUS
The article focuses on the issue of evaluating potential risk posed by medications to the fetus during pregnancy. For this purpose various countries use classifications of medications broken down into risk categories during pregnancy. The most popular classification is US FDA classification, which identifies five categories of medications (Π, Π, Π‘, D and Π₯) depending on the degree of their embryotoxic and teratogenic side effect, which enables physicians to make informed choices in selecting pharmacotherapy during the entire gestational period. The article discusses possible specific fetal and neonatal disorders when administering medications in categories X and D. Medications in category D may be prescribed to pregnant women only in extreme situations. Administering medications in category X is absolutely inadvisable before and during pregnancy. Further research in this area makes it possible to improve the classification of medications by degree of their embryotoxic and teratogenic risk and address the issue of selecting safe medications during pregnancy. Key words: medications, gestational period, embryo, fetus, embryotoxic and teratogenic action, fetal and neonatal disorders. (Pediatric Pharmacology. β 2010; 7(3):78-81
SPECIFICS OF DRUG PHARMACOKINETICS IN PREGNANCY
Applying clinical pharmacology guidelines to the mother-fetus system makes it possible to better understand the specifics of pharmacokinetics during pregnancy. The article illustrates the factors that drive these specific features related to both changes in the boy of a future mother and the presence of an extra fetal-placental blood circulation, especially the placenta and developing fetus.Β These factors influence the results of drug-based treatment during the entire gestational period. Thanks to a rapid development of molecular technologies in the last decade, modern medicine has good prospects of answering questions about individual specifics of pharmacokinetics and metabolism of drugs, increased teratogenic risk driven by specifics of genotypes of the mother and fetus. Key words: pharmacokinetics, drugs, pregnancy, placenta, mother-fetus system. (Pediatric Pharmacology. β 2010; 7(5):44-47
ISSUES OF FETUS DRUG SAFETY
The article is focused on the issue of fetus drug safety. Development of a childβs health depends both on hereditary information and environment factors. The reason for deviation from the process of normal prenatal development could be any xenobiotics, physical factors and some medications having a pathogenic effect during pregnancy on the embryo and fetus. Due to that, the physicianβs preventive work based on the knowledge of embryogenesis processes and critical development periods. Key words: teratogenic action, medications, prenatal development, congenital malformation, newborns, children.(Pediatric Pharmacology. β 2010; 7(1):25-28
