    Sustainable supplier selection and order allocation for multinational enterprises considering supply disruption in COVID-19 era

    The unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19 has left many multinational enterprises facing extremely severe supply disruptions. Besides considering triple-bottom-line requirements, managers now also have to consider supply disruption due to the pandemic more seriously. However, existing research does not take these two key objectives into account simultaneously. To bridge this research gap, based on the characteristics of COVID-19 and similar global emergency events, this paper proposes a model that aims to solve the problem of sustainable supplier selection and order allocation considering supply disruption in the COVID-19 era. It does so by using a multi-stage multi-objective optimization model applied to the different stages of development and spread of the pandemic. Then, a novel nRa-NSGA-II algorithm is proposed to solve the high-dimensional multi-objective optimization model. The applicability and effectiveness of the proposed model is illustrated in a well-known multinational producer of shortwave therapeutic instruments

    Environment, morphology and stellar populations of bulgeless low surface brightness galaxies

    Based on the Sloan Digital Sky Survey DR 7, we investigate the environment, morphology and stellar population of bulgeless low surface brightness (LSB) galaxies in a volume-limited sample with redshift ranging from 0.024 to 0.04 and MrM_r \leq 18.8-18.8. The local density parameter Σ5\Sigma_5 is used to trace their environments. We find that, for bulgeless galaxies, the surface brightness does not depend on the environment. The stellar populations are compared for bulgeless LSB galaxies in different environments and for bulgeless LSB galaxies with different morphologies. The stellar populations of LSB galaxies in low density regions are similar to those of LSB galaxies in high density regions. Irregular LSB galaxies have more young stars and are more metal-poor than regular LSB galaxies. These results suggest that the evolution of LSB galaxies may be driven by their dynamics including mergers rather than by their large scale environment.Comment: 12 pages, 13 figures, Accepted by A&

    The effect of hot rolling temperature on microstructures and textures of grain oriented silicon steel was studied by optical microscopy (OM), zeiss ultra 55 Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique respectively. The results show that being hot rolled at 1 152 °C and 1 227 °C respectively, the effect of hot rolling temperature on microstructures of hot rolled and normalized sheets is little, and there is only a small difference in grain size between the samples. Secondary recrystallization is difficult to occur in the medium temperature sample due to the lack of sufficient inhibitors in the sample. The major deformed texture component in center region of hot rolled sheets is {114} which has obviously heredity, and it is more sharp in low temperature sample
