A BĂĽntetĂ©s-vĂ©grehajtás Országos Parancsnoksága OperatĂv TörzsĂ©nek működĂ©se Ă©s a COVID-19 járvány elleni vĂ©dekezĂ©sben betöltött szerepe
During the coronavirus pandemic the Hungarian Prison Service had to introduce measures that were unknown for the service previously and which had a significant impact on the daily duty of the staff. To adapt measures taken by the government for the prison service, the pandemic risks occurring during the special activities had to be modelled. The Operational Body built-up and operated in the Hungarian Prison Service Headquarters took several measures that ensured the framework of rules needed for successful protection. The virus could not enter the Hungarian prisons during the first wave and later on the statistics show more favorable infection and mortality rates among the inmates than in civil life. The current study presents the strategy of defense and the method of central management, as well as provides insight into the background of the decisions made.A koronavĂrus-járvány kapcsán a bĂĽntetĂ©s-vĂ©grehajtási szervezetnek Ăşj, eddig nem ismert intĂ©zkedĂ©seket kellett bevezetnie, amelyek jelentĹ‘s hatással voltak Ă©s vannak a szemĂ©lyi állomány napi munkavĂ©gzĂ©sĂ©re. A Kormány által hozott intĂ©zkedĂ©sek adaptálásához, azoknak a bĂĽntetĂ©s-vĂ©grehajtásra vonatkozĂł lekövetĂ©sĂ©hez modellezni kellett az egyes szaktevĂ©kenysĂ©gek vĂ©grehajtása során felmerĂĽlĹ‘ járványĂĽgyi kockázatokat. A BĂĽntetĂ©s-vĂ©grehajtás Országos Parancsnokságán felállĂł Ă©s folyamatosan működĹ‘ OperatĂv Törzs számos intĂ©zkedĂ©st hozott, amelyek biztosĂtották az eredmĂ©nyes vĂ©dekezĂ©shez szĂĽksĂ©ges keretrendszert. A járvány elsĹ‘ hulláma alatt a vĂrus nem tört be a bĂĽntetĂ©s-vĂ©grehajtási intĂ©zetek falain belĂĽlre, a továbbiakban pedig a civil Ă©lethez kĂ©pest kedvezĹ‘bb fertĹ‘zĹ‘dĂ©si, illetve halálozási arányokat mutatnak a fogvatartotti statisztikák. Culpabilities in Medical Diagnostic Software: A Review of Legal Implications
This paper presents a preliminary report on the legal liabilities that might arise from the use of a particular type of artificially intelligent software, specifically medical diagnostic expert systems. The paper proposes an in depth study of the relevant theories of law, especially product liability, and the liabilities that may be incurred by the developer of this type of software
A possible solution of the grain boundary problem for applications of high-Tc superconductors
It is shown that the critical current density of high-Tc wires can be greatly
enhanced by using a threefold approach, which consists of grain alignment,
doping, and optimization of the grain architecture. According to model
calculations, current densities of 4x10^6 A/cm2 can be achieved for an average
grain alignment of 10 degree at 77K. Based on this approach, a road to
competitive high-Tc cables is proposed.Comment: 3 pages, 5 figure
Design and realization of a sputter deposition system for the \textit{in situ-} and \textit{in operando-}use in polarized neutron reflectometry experiments
We report on the realization of a sputter deposition system for the in situ-
and in operando-use in polarized neutron reflectometry experiments. Starting
with the scientific requirements, which define the general design
considerations, the external limitations and boundaries imposed by the
available space at a neutron beamline and by the neutron and vacuum
compatibility of the used materials, are assessed. The relevant aspects are
then accounted for in the realization of our highly mobile deposition system,
which was designed with a focus on a quick and simple installation and
removability at the beamline. Apart from the general design, the in-vacuum
components, the auxiliary equipment and the remote control via a computer, as
