This article has been retracted at the request of the Editors-in-Chief, according to the Publication Ethics Policy and Publication Malpractice Statement. Please see: http://revue.ummto.dz/index.php/JMES/about/editorialPolicies#custom-2Reason : This paper duplicated parts of a master's thesis that had already appeared in the digital library of São Paulo University (Brazil) in May 2015, DOI:10.11606/D.18.2015.tde-27052015-171842.One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that they have written entirely original works, and should ensure that the sources of any ideas and/or words in the manuscript that are not their own have been properly attributed through appropriate citations and/or quotes. Plagiarism constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable. Any attempt of plagiarism should be followed by the rejection of the submitted manuscript. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and we apologize to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process. This note is published, 12 April 202

Analysis of advanced materials by the BEM

    Get PDF
Boundary element method, as a boundary-type computational method, offers some unique features that are most advantageous in material modelling. In this paper, both 2-D and 3-D multi-domain boundary element programs are developed for the analysis of various advanced materials. The 3-D multi-domain boundary integral equations (BIEs) formulation for thermo-elastic problems is established. A new proof of the non-degeneracy of the BIEs for general elasticity problems with thin shell-like structures is provided. Related numerical issues for more accurate and efficient evaluations of various nearly-singular integrals that arise in thin material regions using the BIEs are addressed. Numerical examples using the developed multi-domain BEM, ranging from stress singularity issues in thin multi-layer coatings and thin films, are presented to demonstrate the high accuracy and efficiency of the developed BEM in the analyses of advanced materials

The reality and potential of renewable energies in Arab Maghreb countries: study the solar and water potential of Algeria, Tunisia, and Morocco using the principal component analysis (PCA)

2020.  Energy security is a hot research topic these days because of its political, security and economic importance.  With progress and economic growth, the demand for all types of energy is increasing, as is the pace of their consumption, and this is driving the search for and development of sustainable and clean energy sources. This paper aims to highlight renewable energy in its various forms and investigate the reality and potential of renewable energy sources in the Maghreb, focusing on solar and hydropower. The study produced a number of results, the most important of which was that the Maghreb countries have enormous solar and hydroelectric capacity. However, investment in these capabilities has been neither positive nor productive, resulting in no more than 5% of electricity being generated from these two sources in 2020

    Collagenous Colitis and Spondylarthropathy

    Get PDF
Collagenous colitis is a recent cause of chronic diarrhea. Cooccurrence with spondylarthropathy is rare. We describe two cases: one man and one woman of 33 and 20 years old were suffering from spondylarthropathy. They then developed collagenous colitis, 4 and 14 years after the onset of spondylarthropathy. The diagnosis was based on histological features. A sicca syndrome and vitiligo were observed with the female case. The presence of colitis leads to therapeutic problems. This association suggests a systemic kind of rheumatic disease of collagenous colitis

Stakeholder identification overview and challenges in requirements engineering prospective

    Get PDF
Stakeholder identification (SI) illustrates a critical part of the requirements elicitation activity. It helps software analysts gather accurate system requirements to ensure high quality and avoid system failure. Stakeholder identification considered one of the earliest stages of project development. The main problem related to project success and failure is identifying the real stakeholders and selecting the right one. The lack of stakeholder identification methodologies and the shortage of previous research in identifying the stakeholders for different systems, encourage the research to propose a guideline framework, assist analysts in building the convenient methodology for identifying real stakeholders. Stakeholders are defined based on different projects and the various services they provide. This difference leads to the fact that a particular and systematic technique must be used to identify stakeholders based on the project's types. The exploration of stakeholder identification matters and the guideline framework is a baseline for future research in requirements engineering
