    基于溶解臭氧在水体中能够氧化鲁米诺产生发光现象,建立了一种利用流动注射液相化学发光技术(FI-CL)测定化学耗氧量(COD)的新方法。COD测定范围在0.6~24mg/L之间,适合海水监测。对实际海水水样的测定结果与碱性高锰酸钾法具有一致趋势,测定的相对标准偏差小于10%。Based on the chemiluminscence(CL)phenomena of ozonation luminol,a new method utilizing flowinjection chemiluminescence(FI-CL)was developed.The concentration range for chemical oxygen deˉmand(COD)determination ranged from0.6to24mg/L,which is suitable for COD determination in seawaˉter.Real marine samples were analyzed and the results showed that the results measured by the FI-CL method were consistent with those by the Mn method.The relative standard deviation for three repeated meaˉsurements of COD was less than10%by FI-CL.国家863计划海洋领域资助项目(2001AA635120

    HPLC指纹图谱应用于炙甘草的炮制研究

    目的:应用HPLC指纹图谱规范炙甘草的炮制。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,DENALI C18色谱柱(VYDAC238DE5415,120A,5μm,4.6mm×150mm),以3%(v/v)HAc溶液和甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温40℃,检测波长252nm。结果:炙甘草的HPLC指纹图谱有20个共有峰。传统炒制法炮制的炙甘草样品有一部分峰的重现性RSD值>3%;烘制法炮制的样品重现性有2个共有峰相对峰面积比的RSD>3%;微波法炮制的样品重现性符合指纹图谱的要求,20个共有峰相对峰面积比的RSD值均小于3%。结论:烘制和微波加热的炮制方法,可控性强,样品的指纹图谱重现性高,可以作为替代传统炒制工艺的新工艺。国家自然科学基金2003重点项目(20235020

    The Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) on the international space station: Part II — Results from the first seven years

    The Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer (AMS) is a precision particle physics detector on the International Space Station (ISS) conducting a unique, long-duration mission of fundamental physics research in space. The physics objectives include the precise studies of the origin of dark matter, antimatter, and cosmic rays as well as the exploration of new phenomena. Following a 16-year period of construction and testing, and a precursor flight on the Space Shuttle, AMS was installed on the ISS on May 19, 2011. In this report we present results based on 120 billion charged cosmic ray events up to multi-TeV energies. This includes the fluxes of positrons, electrons, antiprotons, protons, and nuclei. These results provide unexpected information, which cannot be explained by the current theoretical models. The accuracy and characteristics of the data, simultaneously from many different types of cosmic rays, provide unique input to the understanding of origins, acceleration, and propagation of cosmic rays.</p

    研究了紫外光辅助的苯酚臭氧化过程.利用溶解臭氧在水体中能够氧化鲁米诺产生发光现象,我们建立了流动注射液相化学发光测定COD的一种新方法.COD测定工作曲线为 y=34 276 lnx+63 269,线性相关系数为 0.995.线性范围0.6 mg/L到24 mg/L适合地表水COD监测.为了考察臭氧化法测定 COD的可行性,研究了苯酚的臭氧化反应动力学及反应机理,其直接和间接反应速率常数分别为383 mol-1·L·s-1和6.728×109 mol-1·L·s-1.几个实际淡水水样的COD测定结果显示新方法的 3 次测量标准偏差均小于 6%.与高锰酸钾 COD测定方法相比,新方法的结果要高 8.25%~25.82%,这表明紫外光辅助臭氧氧化与高锰酸钾氧化相比氧化能力能强.COD measurement based on ozonation of phenol combining with UV radiation (UV/O_3) has been studied in the present work.Utilizing the phenomena that luminol can be oxidized by the dissolved ozone to produce luminescence,we established a new method of utilizing aqueous flow injection chemiluminescence to determine chemical oxygen demand (COD).A linear relationship y=34 276 lnx+63 269 was gained and correlation coefficient is 0.995.The linear range of 0.6 mg/L~24 mg/L for theoretical COD show the new method is fit for COD determination of natural water.The kinetics and mechanism of the ozonation reaction of phenol were studied in order to study the feasibility of determination COD by the flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) technique utilizing ozonation combining with UV radiation.The direct and indirect reaction rate constants were acquired,which were 383 mol~(-1)·L·s~(-1) and 6.728×10~9mol~(-1)·L·s~(-1) respectivly.Several real world freshwater samples were analyzed and the results show that the relative error of COD_(FI-CL) for water samples was <6%.Compared with the results of the potassium permanganate method,COD of FI-CL is 8.25%~25.82% higher,due likely to the more effective oxidation originated from ozone.国家863计划海洋领域(2001AA635120)资

    Analysis of Radix Glycyrrhizae Extracts by High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled with Electrospray Ionization Mass Spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS)

    本文采用液相色谱/电喷雾电离质谱(LC/ESI-MS)联用技术快速、准确地的鉴别了甘草提取物中的两种主要组成分:甘草酸和甘草苷,测定、比较了不同等级甘草药材中甘草酸的含量的差异,发现:相同等级的甘草中野生的比人工栽培的其甘草酸含量高;而同种栽培方式下等级越高甘草酸含量则越高。Technique of high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC/ESI-MS) was used for the rapid and accurate analysis of glycyrrhizic acid andliquiritin in the extracts of radix glycyrrhizae. The content of glycyrrhizic acid was also measured in the different grades of radix glycyrrhizae. The results indicated that the content of glycyrrhizic acid in the wild ones was higher than that of cultivated for the same grades. and under the same cultivation conditions the higher grade contained more glycyrrhizic acid

    5 -磺基 -8-羟基喹啉用作微柱流动注射在线分离、富集和电感耦合等离子体质谱分析流程中的螯合剂 ,与铅反应生成铅螯合物被硅酸镁吸附剂吸附 ,实现痕量铅的分离、富集。对联用系统的参数如螯合剂用量、淋洗条件、洗脱条件和进样量等进行最优化 ,测定标准水样和加标海水的铅回收率分别为 1 0 1 %和 97.9% ,相对标准偏差为± 0 .98% ,检测限为 0 .2 0 4 μg/ L。可应用于生物、环境等高盐样品中铅的在线分离测定The chelating reaction of lead with 8-hydroquinoline-5-sulfonic acid (8-HQS) is used for measuring trace lead in seawater. The detection limits of this method estimated with 3σ of the procedure blank is 0.204 μg/L. The recovery of spiked Pb standard in seawater is 97.9%. The relative standard deviation(s r) is ±0.98%. The certification reference water (GBW 08607) is used to assess the accuracy of this method. The result is in good agreement with the certified value and the recovery is 101%. The parameters of the hyphenated technique, such as the concentration of 8-HQS, sample loading time and speed, washing time, eluent acid concentration and instrumental parameters of MFI-ICP-MS are optimized.     Tools to monitor the quality of the ALICE-TOF detector data.

    Since the beginning of commissioning of the ALICE-TOF detector, one of the most crucial aspects has been to check the quality of the data produced. Both during last November tests at the CERN PS and in the cosmic-ray test facility, running since more than one year, the data taking of assembled TOF modules has been continuously monitored in order to detect as quickly as possible faulty conditions or bad detector configurations. The tools developed for these purposes, which are currently also used for the commissioning of TOF SuperModules, and the new under-development automatic data quality monitor will ensure the highest possible TOF data quality during its operation
