Resonant Production of Color Octet Electron at the LHec

In composite models with colored preons leptogluons (l_(8)) has a same status with leptoquarks, excited leptons and quarks etc. We analyze resonant production of color octet electron (e_(8)) at QCD Explorer stage of the Large Hadron electron Collider (LHeC). It is shown that the e_(8) discovery at the LHeC will simultaneously determine the compositeness scale.Comment: 13 pages, 12 figures, 5 table

Probe of unparticles at the LHC in exclusive two lepton and two photon production via photon-photon fusion

The exclusive production pp->pXp is known to be one of the most clean channels at the LHC. We investigate the potential of processes pp -> p l-l+ p and pp-> p gamma gamma p to probe scalar and tensor unparticles by considering three different forward detector acceptances; 0.0015<xi<0.15, 0.0015<xi<0.5 and 0.1<xi<0.5. We obtain 95% confidence level sensitivity limits on the unparticle couplings for various integrated luminosities.Comment: 27 pages, 17 figure

Investigation of the semileptonic transition of the BB into the orbitally excited charmed tensor meson

The transition form factors of the semileptonic $B \rightarrow D_2^*(2460)\ell\bar{\nu}\,\,\,\,(\ell=\tau,\mu,e)$ decay channel are calculated within the framework of the three-point QCD sum rules. The fit functions of the form factors are then used to estimate the total decay width and branching ratio of this transition. The order of branching ratio shows that this channel can be detected at LHCb.Comment: 15 Pages, 4 Figures and 5 Table
