    The Risk of Pneumonia Among Toddlers in Lambatee, Aceh

    Pneumonia is one of very important global health problems among toddlers, especially in developing countries. Nowadays, pneumonia is one of largest causes of child mortality, especially in newborn period. In Aceh Province, pneumonia disease is the eighth of 25 biggest diseases found at primary health care with 112 cases, while pneumonia among outpatient sufferers in Aceh reached 434 cases (29.03%).This study aimed to determine factors related to incidence of pneumonia toddlers in Lambatee Village, Darul Kamal Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District. This study was analytical descriptive using cross-sectional design. Samples of study were mothers and toddlers amounted to 48 people. Data were collected on August 3rd – 14th, 2015 by interview, observation. Multivariate analysis used logistic regression. Results of study showed that the factor physical condition of house sanitation influenced to trend among toddlers suffering from pneumonia with p value 0.01< 0.05, the highest OR score 6.431 and 95% CI = 1.559 - 26.532. In conclusion, physical condition of house sanitation had six times risk of causing trend of pneumonia incidence among toddlers in Lambatee Village, Darul Kamal Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District

    This study aims to Generate module based Multirepresentasi so that it can be used to improve the representation of Mathematical Students in the material addition and subtraction of fractions in PGSD, Test user based modules Multirepresentasi can be developed to improve the ability of Representation of Mathematical in the addition and subtraction offractions, Describe the responses of students to module based Multirepresentasi developed to improve the ability of Mathematical Representation in the addition and subtraction of fractions. The method used is the research development of the 4D model comprising the steps Define, Design and Develop without Dissemination stage given the limited time. Subjects in this study were students PGSD STKIP Melawi totaling 40 students. The result showed that the form of modules based multirepresentasi can improve mathematical ability of students STKIP Melawi, keterpakaian Keterpakaian multirepresentasi based modules in mathematics, seen from: (a) Validation Expert Obtaining materials mean score - average total of 3.27 with good qualitative criteria. (b) Validation Expert Media obtained a mean score -rata 3, 09 with good qualitative criteria. (c) Validation Expert Retrieved average score -rata 3, 4 with good qualitative criteria. As well as Average - Average all aspects of assessment items were 2, 85 which are in good qualitative criteria

    Validity of Teaching Materials for Writing Poetry Based on Creative Techniques in Elementary Schools

    One form of literary literacy in elementary schools is that students are able to write poetry. But in reality, students tend to have difficulty making poetry with certain themes. The reason is because teaching materials used were not able to lead students to carry out poetry writing activities well. Therefore, this study aims to develop teaching materials for writing poetry that is valid. The use of various creative techniques is expected to help students in expressing their ideas and imagination into verses of poetry. The research design uses Research and Development with the ADDIE development model. This model consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data to determine the level of validity of instructional materials obtained by expert validation and practitioner validation. Validation aspects of teaching materials include: (1) content feasibility aspects, (2) language aspects, (3) presentation aspects, and (4) graphical aspects. Research findings show that teaching materials for poetry writing based on creative techniques are declared valid with an average score of 3.59. Specifically, the scores obtained for each aspect are: (1) content feasibility 3.59, (2) language 3.45, (3) presentation 3.61, and (4) graphical 3.68

    Implementation of good cultivation systems can improve onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) yield. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tuber cuttings and the dose of NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of onion. The experimental design was factorial randomized block design arranged consisting of two factors. The first factor was tuber cuttings which consists of without and with ¼ and 1/3 cut; the second one was dosage of NPK fertilizer which consists of without and with 200 kg/ha; 400 kg/ha; 600 kg/ha. There are 12 combinations of treatments, each of which is repeated three times. The results showed that there was no interaction effect between tuber cutting and NPK dosages on growth and yield of onion. independent effect of tuber cuttings and NPK dosages also didn\u27t inflence both parameter. Tuber cuttings only increase pant height at one and two weeks after planting. Overall, cutting-quarter of the tuber could induce better fresh weight and dry weight of tubers although statistically didn\u27t significant

    Application of Vermicompost with Different Feeding Material for Inducing Rice Plant Resistance Against Brown Planthopper (Nilaparvata Lugens Stål.) Attack

    Brown planthopper (BPH) is a major pest in rice plants and has become a global pest. This pest causes hopperburn in rice plants. This research aimed to know the effect of vermicompost from different feeding materials on rice plant damage by brown planthopper attack. This research was carried out between November 2019–March 2020 at the Sistandu integrated farming system, Serang City, Banten. The experiment method used in this research was a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) and consisted of two factors with three replications. The first factor was vermicompost (P) 5 levels, while the second factor was rice varieties (V) with two groups resulting in ten treatments. Data were analyzed with ANOVA, then followed by a 5% DMRT. The results showed that the application of vermicompost with different feeding materials had non-significant effects on growth of rice plants in the vegetative phase and fecundity of the BPH. However, it significantly affected the intensity of rice plant damage in the generative phase, the offspring population of BPH, and the BPH feeding rate. While the use of two varieties of rice did not have distinct effects on all parameters. There was no interaction effect between the two factors tested, both vermicompost feeding material treatment and rice plant variety, to all the parameters that have been studied

    Instructional Learning Development Assistance Program for Elementary School Teachers Through Assisted School Program

    Seorang guru dituntut untuk mampu menyusun tujuan pembelajaran secara jelas dan lugas agar proses pembelajaran dapat terkonsepsikan dengan baik. Namun beberapa guru masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran sesuai dengan pedoman yang ada. Hal ini mengakibatkan guru belum sepenuhnya menjadikan perangkat pembelajarannya sebagai kendali dan pedoman dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di kelas. Oleh karena itu kegiatan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan di SDN 04 Sepahat, Menjalin, Kabupaten Landak, Kalimantan Barat selama 10 bulan yaitu dari tanggal 30 Januari 2020 sampai dengan 30 November 2020. Peserta pendampingan adalah 9 guru tingkat sekolah dasar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan terbagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Selain itu, kegiatan pendampingan ini menambah pengalaman, wawasan dan pengetahuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran mendapatkan respon positif dari guru
