    Agriculture Marketing is a series of economic aktivities consecutive that accur during the course of commodity agricultural products from primary producer to consumer. The purposes of this research are to analyse: market structure farmer Ex UPP TCSDP in Bukit Sakai village Kampar Kiri district of Kampar regency. This research started from June 2015 till March 2016. The research method who used in this research is survey method. The sampling method in this research used purposive sampling with criteria of rubber Ex UPP TCSDP age ranging from 15-30 years. Intake of sample to rubber compiler and factory used snowball sampling method by following its marketing channel. The research result showed there two marketing channel at Ex UPP TCSDP that on marketing channel I from farmer – collector compiler - big compiler Pekanbaru – Pekanbaru factory. That marketing channel II from farmer – collector compiler - big compiler Medan – Medan factory. In the calculation of the concentration ratio of the traders Pekanbaru has a concentration ratio of 32.77% which leads to the concentration oligopsonistic being, the traders Medan its concentration ratio of 53.91% which leads to a low concentration oligopsony. In Pekanbaru collectors market share amounting to 32.77% which leads to oligopsonistic loose, the traders Medan market share of 67.23% which leads to a strict oligopsony. In the Herfindahl index traders in Pekanbaru 0,10 0,45 Medan traders thus leading to oligopsony.     This learning has the purpose to describe the implementation and results of learning to write complex ekplanasi text in class XI student of SMAN 2 Pontianak in applying the model of text-based learning Indonesia. Descriptive research method is a method of research that describe the implementation of learning and learning outcomes ekplanasi complex text performed by teachers and students. The analysis of the implementation and results of learning to write complex explanatory text based curriculum in 2013 showed that the achievement of students writing text ekplanasi complex is low. It is influenced by teachers and students is not maximized, perform the procedur of learning and teaching model. This affects the results of the students writing. The average score obtained, namely, 3.0 on the completeness of structure 3.0, compatibility with 2.8, 3.0 kelogisan, systematics 2.9 The relatively low level of achievement. Only on the teching of writing the average score is 3.6

    Subsystem primary produce is activity of related to use medium and produce paddy. The purpose of this study to analyze farming primary produce of paddy in Kemuning Muda village, with consideration Kemuning Muda village owning wide of farm and the highest of paddy production. This study of during executed three months. Started on December 2014 until April 2015. The analysis used farming analysis R/C and B/C ratio, and descriptive analysis. The result of research showed that average of production total cost every Ha is Rp.9.848.279,51. The average gross income of farming paddy every Ha is Rp.20.059.134,64, while the average net income every Ha is Rp.10.210.605,13. Based on the result of research R/C and B/C ratio on the basis of the average total cost, value of R/C and B/C ratio is 1,08. It means every expenditure of Rp.100,00 will generate Rp.108,00. The value R/C and B/C ratio on the basis of variable cost is 1,61. It showed every expenditure of Rp.100,00 will generate Rp.1,61. The value R/C and B/C ratio showed on the basis average total cost and average variable cost to farming in Kemuning Muda village that are profit and profitable

    The purpose of this research is to knowing the marketing channel of pineapple chips, to analyze marketing efficiency of pineapple chips, to analyze marketing mix of pineapple chips and to identify aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and formulate strategies that can be applied in development agroindustry pineapple chips. The analityc method used in this research is survey method with sample 12 craftsmen. The reseach result shows there are two marketing channels pineapple chips are directly and indirectly. Marketing efficiency at direct and indirect marketing channel there is the same in the plastic 250gr packaging. Product strategies with respect to product attributes, branding, gift packaging, labeling and product support services. Pricing strategies based on cost and competition. Distribution strategies are directly to consumers, through retailers and wholesalers. Promotion strategies are personal selling, sales promotion and direct marketing. Pineapple chips marketing strategy are participation in training in order to development business, increase production, cooperation with the government to finding alternative problems solutions and utilizing media promotion

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the working hours of women entrepreneurs agro industry food household in Sub-District Kuok of Regency Kampar. The sampling method in this research using census sampling technique by making a sample of the entire population. This research was conducted in District Kuok of Regency Kampar. The results of the analysis show the total working time productive activities of women entrepreneurs is 3.536,67 hours/month or 79%, total working time on reproductive activities is 854,17 hours/month or 19% and in social activities total working time is 110,00 hours/month or 2%. Based on the standard normal working hours there are 3 (21%) women entrepreneurs who have business hours according to standards, while 11 (79%) women entrepreneurs have standard working hours exceeding normal working hours.
