    This study aims to determine the accounts that are excluded, there are problems in the accounts is excluded, and the cause of the problems contained in the accounts are exempt from the examination report on the financial statements of ministries/ agencies with the exception of obtaining reasonable opinion. This research uses a qualitative research methodology approach based positivistic philosophy. The data analysis in this research using content analysis with the type of conceptual analysis or collectively, the descriptive content analysis. The results showed that problems in the accounts that are excluded and the associated restrictions on the scope of non-compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The cause of the problems contained in the accounts that are excluded is due to the weakness of internal controll and non-compliance with laws and regulations. Internal controll weaknesses include a lack of commitment to competence, leadership is not conducive, the lack of delegation of authority and responsibility for the proper, good working relationships with relevant government agencies have not been optimal, the weakness of the organizational structure, purpose of activity is not supported enough resources, internal control weaknesses the application of the SAI, physical control over assets and records have not been optimal, there is no verification process to the evidence of payment, expenditure, and accountability, which have incomplete information, and recommendations not yet acted upon the findings of the previous year

    The performance of private colleges lecturers in Banten province is still low. It can be seen from the aspect of the task among lecturers in the fields of education, research and community service. Many factors influence the lecturers performance ,they are departemen chair Leadership, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction. The results of the research is all the lectures shows that the performance private college lecturers in Banten influenced by departemen chair Leadership, motivation, compensation and job satisfaction. The influence of these four variables toward lecturers performance is 50,4 %.It shows that 49.6 % of lecturer performance is influenced by another factors

    Realisasi Pengendali Intensitas Cahaya Lampu dengan Kontrol Suara dan Google Android Speech Recognition Api

    Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari setiap orang tidak dapat lepas dari cahaya untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas di ruangan. Namun cahaya di ruangan harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan aktivitas masing-masing untuk menghindari pemborosan energi listrik. Terkadang sebagian orang sering lupa dan malas untuk mematikan atau menyalakan lampu dalam keadaan tertentu karena saklar yang digunakan masih manual. Oleh karena itu dibutuhan saklar yang dapat dikendalikan dari jarak jauh. Penelitian ini merealisasikan sistem pengendali lampu jarak jauh berbasis suara yang didukung oleh google voice recognition engine dan menggunakan android , tidak hanya mematikan dan menghidupkan lampu, namun juga mengatur lampu dengan beberapa level intensitas cahaya. Arduino Uno R3 digunakan sebagai piranti pengendali dengan Bluetooth sebagai media komunikasi antara smartphone dan mikrokontroller. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem dan alat yang direalisasikan, untuk pengujian di dalam ruangan dengan penghalang, maksimal jangkauan control mencapai 10 meter dengan respon lampu rata-rata 1,426 detik

    The Correlation Between Students' Vocabulary and Grammar Mastery and Reading Comprehension

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan apakah ada hubungan antara penguasaan kosakata, tata bahasa dan pemahaman membaca siswa. Desain penelitian ini kuantitatif menggunakan ex post facto designs. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas dua di SMAN 1 Tumijajar. Peneliti menggunakan sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kosakata, tata bahasa, dan pemahaman membaca. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan Pearson Product Moment Correlation di SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai r dari penguasaan kosakata and pemahaman membaca, penguasaan tata bahasa dan pemahaman membaca, dan penguasaan kosakata, tata bahasa dan pemahaman membaca .839, 726, dan .870. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang significant antara penguasaan kosakata, tatabahasa dan pemahaman membaca siswa. Semakin tinggi penguasaan kosakata dan tatabahasa, maka semakin tinggi pemahaman membaca siswa. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is significant correlation between students' vocabulary and grammar mastery and their achievement in reading comprehension. This was quantitative research applied ex post facto designs. The population of this study was the second grade students of SMAN 1 Tumijajar. The researcher used sample consist of 35 students. The instrument of this research was in the form of vocabulary and grammar mastery test and reading comprehension test. The data collected were analyzed by using Pearson Product Moment Correlation in SPSS 16.0. The result showed that r of students' vocabulary mastery and reading comprehension, grammar mastery and students' reading comprehension, and students' vocabulary and grammar mastery and their achievement in reading comprehension were .839, .726, and .870. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is correlation between students' vocabulary and grammar mastery and their achievement in reading comprehension.     Increasing Students’ Reading Comprehension Through Make a Match Type of Cooperative Learning

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat sebuah perbedaan yang signifikan dari pencapaian pemahaman membaca siswa sebelum dan setelah diajarkan menggunakan tipe make a match pembelajaran koperatif dan mengetahui apakah terdapat sebuah peningkatan dari pemahaman membaca siswa setelah diajarkan menggunakan tipe make a match pembelajaran koperatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah kelas X1 dari kelas sepuluh SMAN 1 Seputih Banyak pada tahun 2013/2014. Penelitian ini diterapkan dengan menggunakan satu kelompok desain pretest posttest. Hasil dari pembelajaran membaca dengan menggunakan tipe make a match  pembelajaran koperatif menunjukan bahwa terdapat sebuah perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman membaca siswa (p < 0.05, p= 0.00). nilai rata-rata posttest (64.79) lebih tinggi daripada nilai rata-rata pretest (51.48), dan memiliki peningkatan 13.31. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa terdapat sebuah peningkatan dari pencapaian pemahaman membaca siswa setelah diajarkan menggunakan tipe make a match pembelajaran koperatif.The aims of this research were to find out whether there was a significant difference of students’ reading comprehension achievement before and after being taught through make a match type of cooperative learning and to find if there was an increase of students’ reading comprehension after the instruction. The sample of this research was class X1 of the first grade of SMA in the year 2013/2014. The research applied one group pre-test post-test design. The result of the reading study by using make a match type of cooperative learning showed that there was a significant difference on students’ reading comprehension since (p < 0.05, p = 0.00). The average of post-test score (64.79) was higher than that of pre-test (51.48), and it has gain 13.31. It means that there is an increase of students’ reading comprehension achievement after being taught through make a match type of cooperative learning.

    Comparative Study Between Students with Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation in Reading Comprehension

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik pada pemahaman membaca. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan ex post facto design. Sejumlah 37 siswa dari kelas XI IPA 4 SMA dipilih sebagai kelas sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner untuk membedakan motivasi intrinsik dan tes pemahaman membaca. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Independent t-test. Hasil dari perhitungan menunjukan bahwa t hitung adalah 3.122 pada level signifikansi 0.05, artinya bahwa t-hitung > t-tabel (3.122 > 2.030). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara siswa yang memiliki motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik pada pemahaman membaca. The objective of this research was to find out whether there was significant difference between students with intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in reading comprehension. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was significant difference between students who have intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in reading comprehension.     Using Skimming to Improve Students\u27 Reading Comprehension in Descriptive Text

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan apakah ada peningkatan pemahaman membaca siswa yang signifikan menggunakan teknik skimming. Tes kemampuan membaca adalah instrumen untuk pengambilan data. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa tingkat kedua SMP Immanuel Bandar Lampung. Paired sample t-test diimplementasikan untuk menguji perkembangan kemampuan membaca siswa setelah implementasi teknik skimming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pencapaian kemampuan membaca siswa yang secara statistik signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik skimming bisa mempermudah siswa meningkatkan kemampuan membaca mereka.The objectives of the research were to find out if there was any significant improvement of students\u27 comprehension in reading through skimming technique. The reading comprehension test was the instrument to elicit the data. The subjects of this research were the second grade students of SMP Immanuel Bandar Lampung. Paired sample t-test was implemented to examine the students\u27 reading improvement after the implementation of skimming technique. The result of research showed that there was a statistically significant improvement of students\u27 reading comprehension achievement. This suggests that the skimming technique can facilitate the students to improve their reading comprehension
