Pengaruh Penilaian Prestasi Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Karyawan Bagian Umum pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantarav (Persero) Pekanbaru

The problems that arise in this study assumed are the low employees satisfaction at the Center Office PT. PTPN V (Persero) Pekanbaru showed the turnover absenteeism that fluktuatif. The problems be important because could become threat to objectif of vision and mission of PTPN V. It should be solved immediately.This research aims to know how is the description about performance appraisal and the description of employees satisfaction and how is the impact of performance appraisal towards employee satisfaction at the office PT. PTPN V (Persero) Pekanbaru.This research uses survey method with the population number is 78 employees. And then, the sample that as many as 78 respondents from the population. The questionnaire taken is likert scale questionnaire model. And analysis model applied is a simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and test T.The results showed that the performance appraisal has an impact an employee satisfaction by 34.6%. Therefore, author suggest is the best implementation of the assesment focuses more on work achievement values objectiveness so employees will feel satisfaction with the result that match their accomplishment, because the performance appraisal has a fairly strong influence on employee satisfaction.Keywords : Performance Appraisal, Employees Satisfactio

This study aimed to determine the implementation of discipline to employee workachievement by Resty Menara Hotel Pekanbaru. Work discipline as an independentvariable (X) and employee work achievement as the dependent variable (Y), and thisstudy took a number of respondents were 43 respondents. Data obtained through thequestionnaire and then further processed to be tested through statistical analysis such asa simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with thehelp of using the SPSS 16 for windows application. Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Bank Milik Negara (Bumn) Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) Periode 2007 – 2014

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios againt stock price at the state-owned bank (SOE) that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) study period of 2007 - 2014. Financial ratios that use as independent variables is Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Primary Ratio (PR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). While that is used as the dependent variable is the price of shares in state-owned banks (SOE) that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used to observe the effect of financial ratios on stock prices is by using multiple linear regression.Data used in this research is secondary data, financial reports (annual report) and performance summary. As for the data bank listed on the Stock Exchange for 8 years from 2007 to 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, as for the sample is 4 state owned banks (SOE). Classic assumption test in this study include normality test, multikoliniearitas, heterocedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Analysis data using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Analysis data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.The results showed that the LDR, ROA, and NPM variables partially affects significantly againts the price of shares in a bank-owned (SOE) that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), while PR variable is not significantly effect the price of bank shares owned by the State (SOE) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of this research simultaneously (f test) showed a significant effect of the LDR, PR, ROA,and NPM variables againts State-Owned Enterprises stock price (SOE) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Pengaruh Promosi dan Pelayanan terhadap Minat Konsumen pada Produk Perabot (Kasus Kindy Jati Gallery Pekanbaru)

This study aims to determine how the influence of promotion (inform, introduce, persuade, and action) and Services (Tangibles, Ephaty, Reliaility, Responsiveness and Assurance) against the interests of consumers (Attention, interest, Desire, and Action) on Kindy teak Gallery Pekanbaru, The population in this study is consumers who buy teak furniture Kindy Gallery Pekanbaru with 100 samples, sampling using the formula slovin. The data collection of primary data research, with questionnaires as an instrument of research and secondary data from company archives, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and f SPSS.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression, t test research results showing the calculation of the t (3.730)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variables significantly influence the performance of Consumer Interests and based on the test concluded that the simultaneous sale and service together significant effect on consumer interest with 74.7% a big influence on teak Kindy Gallery Pekanbaru

Because capital is given a credit in the form of venture capital. With the ability of small and medium enterprises that are less so that the creation of bad loans that can be suffered by the RB. In addition to the loss of RB, also the loss of small and medium business unit itself.PT. BPR Harta Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Pekanbaru activity, in addition to lending to small and medium business unit, also lending to the general public in the form of credit is a credit for residential housekeeping. Activities PT. BPR Harta Mandiri Perkasa Cabang Pekanbaru olso provide savings and current accounts and deposits.The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the implementation of small and medium enterprise lending banking sector in evaluating bad loans on PT. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of incentives conducted in PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru on employee performance products distributor Yuasa battery. PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru is the official distributor Yuasa battery with cover marketing area Riau and Riau Islands. PT. Riau Indotama Abadi Pekanbaru has implemented incentives to employees to reward employee performance, improve the quality of employment, and meet the needs of employees. Optimal performance of employees and work in accordance with the standards of the company to realize the goals of the company. In this research, the population is employed about 31 people with a sampling technique that census. The research concludes that the incentive effect on the performance of employees at PT. This research was conducted at marketing representative office of Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Pekanbaru, Riau. The research problem is how the implementation of distribution at marketing representative office of Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Riau and Kepri Kasus in Kampar region. This reseach aims to determine the implementation of fertilizer distribution at Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Kampar region and to identify the obstacles faced in implementing the distribution process.This study was used quantitative descriptive analysis method and using the distribution theory that argued by some experts that uses Warehousing, Transportation, proper type, proper quantity, proper time, proper cost, proper place, proper quality. indicators as a measurement of the implementation distribution strategy Pupuk Iskandar Muda company in Riau and region representatives in Kampar case. This research uses data collection techniques with interviews and questionnaires, sampling technique with census method. Data source is divided into two primary data. Source data is the source of information obtained through questionnaires, interviews with informants and secondary data obtained through the documents available on the Pupuk Iskandar Muda company.
