    Efektivitas Pemanfaatan Media Youtube dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 27 Samarinda Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Kemampuan hasil belajar kongnitif siswa kelas VIIIF yang masih rendah menjadikan peneliti tertarik untuk memanfaatkan media youtube sebagai media belajar sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui efektifitas pemanfaatan media youtube dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada  kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 27 Samarinda. Hasil analisis data belajar kongntif siswa dengan teknik tes setelah memanfaatkan media Youtube dalam proses belajar terdapat empat aspek kemampuan kongnitif siswa yang dicapai yaitu kemampuan mengingat 77%, kemampuan memahami 77%, kemampuan visualisai 71%, dan kemampuan penerapan konsep 87%. Berdasarkan persentase dari aspek kemampuan kongnitif siswa  kelas VIIIF dapat disimpulkan bahwa media youtube efektif digunakan pada saat proses pembelajaran dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kelas yang meningkat dari 43,3 menjadi 70,4 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa pemanfaatan media Youtube dalam proses belajar siswa kelas VIII F efektif dalam menigkatkan hasil belajar

    Mesophilic Anaerobic Co-Digestion of Fruit and Vegetable Waste and Domestic Primary Sewage Sludge: Performance and Kinetic

    Wastes such as fruit and vegetable waste and sewage sludge are not easy to be manage because of their chemical and physical properties. These waste also high putrescible. Recent years, landfill disposal is no longer a sustainable way for waste management as the area of landfill has become more limited. Therefore, new approach such anaerobic digestion should be considered for these wastes. However, the mono-digestion has a drawback, including lesser methane yield due to the substrate characteristics. To overcome this problem, the co-digestion is introduced, in which two or more substrate feed to the digester concurrently. This study aims to evaluate the performance and the kinetics from the co-digestion of fruit and vegetable waste with domestic primary sewage sludge. In this study, the bio-methane potential assay (BMP) at batch mode is conducted. The BMP assay is carried out at the inoculum to substrate (I/S) ratio of 2.0 at 37oC. The kinetics analysis was included using Modified Gompertz Modelling. The characteristics study showed that the complex organic compounds existed in form of particulate mostly. The methane production was stopped at day 12 resulted in the ultimate methane yield of 1149.50 mLCH4/gVS. In addition, the methane kinetics parameter observed from laboratory work slightly   different from what was observed from the modelling

    Pengaruh Kewajiban Kepemilikan NPWP dan Pemeriksaan Pajak terhadap Penerimaan Pajak pada KPP Pratama Jakarta Cakung Satu

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP dan pemeriksaan pajak terhadap penerimaan pajak pada kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Jakarta Cakung Satu, variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP sebagai variabel independen pertama, pemeriksaan pajak sebagai variabel independen kedua, dan penerimaan pajak sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuantitatif, dengan indikator kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) pernyataan, pemeriksaan pajak terdiri dari 13 (tiga belas) pernyataan, dan penerimaan pajak terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) pernyataan. Serta definisi variabel independen atau variabel bebas (X) adalah variabel yang nilainya tidak bergantung pada variabel lain. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji homogenitas, analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji ststistik dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP dan pemeriksaan pajak berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap penerimaan pajak dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas0,05 (0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05) dan Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel = 29,144 lebih besar dari 3,09. Variabel kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penerimaan pajak karena memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Variabel pemeriksaan pajak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap penerimaan pajak karena memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari 0,05. BIM as known as Building Modelling Information is a computerized process that is used to design, understand and establish the key physical and functional characteristic of a building on a ‘virtual’ computerized model basis at its most basic level [4]. Basically the resulting model is a digital representation of the building which the data can be extracted and analyzed to generate information that can be used for decision making and enhance the process of delivering the building and the entire life cycle use of the building [4]. BIM implementation can help to improve the quality of project especially the schedule management. By implementing BIM into construction project, it can provides schedule visualization which can make the construction planning more efficient.     The process of marketing mix (marketing mix) are successful have a positive impact on brand equity (brand equity). Every marketer trying to take advantage of the marketing mix strategy as a competitive advantage in increasing the brand equity to brand equity owned by the products or services to attract consumers. Level of awareness of a brand into an important cue for consumers to use and specifies a choice of products. In this case, the products you want to achieve is a knowledge-based products (knowledge base). The product was delivered to the college as the core consumer products that are delivered in the marketing of educational services. Many empirical studies have been conducted to investigate to what extent the influence of marketing mix on brand equity colleges, both state college Cleaner (PTN) or private (PTS). However, little empirical research which brings together existing research into a comprehensive literature review that elaborates on the influence of marketing mix on brand equity colleges.     Identification and Analysis of Two Genes Differentially Expressed in Spear Leaves of High and Low Yielding Oil Palm

    Malaysia is the largest producer and exporter of palm oil with a 50% share of the global oil and fat production. Oil palm is the most productive oil crop with an average yield of about 3 to 4 t/ha/year. The productivity of oil palm is at least 3 to 8 times more compared to other oil-producing crops. Over the past few years, it has become clear that the possibilities for further expansion are now greatly reduced due to the low availability of suitable land. In addition, the increasing competitiveness of other vegetable oil crops, scarcity and cost of labour are some of the reasons driving the requirement to increase the productivity of existing planted land. This study was carried out with the objectives to isolate and analyse the differentially expressed genes in high yielding palms by using suppression subtraction hybridization (SSH) and annealing control primer (ACP) and confirming the differentially expressed gene candidates in high and low yielding palms using reverse northern and northern analysis. The SSH was performed using total RNAs were isolated from spear leaves of high and low yielding oil palm of population OxG and P312. In total, 250 subtracted clones were sequenced and 74.4% of them have significant matches with scores higher than 100 while 21.6% sequences have nonsignificant matches with sequences in the GenBank database. The remaining 4% sequences have no matches to the database. Majority of the genes that were differentially expressed in high yielding palm were associated with primary metabolism (48 sequences) such as glycolysis, oxidative pentose phosphate pathway, amino acid metabolism and acyl lipid metabolism including glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and sucrose synthase. Besides, there were sequences encoding for enzymes in protein synthesis and processing (27 sequences), cell wall (8 sequences), gene expression and RNA metabolism (4 sequences), signal transduction and post-translational regulation (2 sequences), miscellaneous (2 sequences), secondary metabolism and hormone metabolism (2 sequences) and finally, defense and cell rescue (1 sequence). Fifteen clones, eight and seven from population OxG and P312, respectively; were selected for reverse northern analysis. Among these clones, five from population OxG (MAY39, MAY65, MAY79, MAY237 and MAY238) and six from population P312 (MAY133, MAY134, MAY144, MAY148, MAY154 and MAY240) were expressed only in high yielding palms and used as homologous probes in northern blot analysis. Northern analysis, demonstrated equal expression in high and low yielding palm of cytosolic aldolase from population OxG, beta galactosidase and pyruvate dehydrogenase from population P312. Clones encoding glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and sucrose synthase were shown to have higher expression in high yielding palm of both populations, OxG and P312. These genes are closely related to photosynthesis and can be found almost in all plant tissues. They may be potentially useful as molecular markers for the screening of high yielding planting materials
