Tiempo de compromiso motor según el soporte musical en danza
This research has been developed in the class of classical dance technique Conservatory of Dance, an environment where discipline, rigor and meticulousness coexist with creativity, expression and sensitivity. The main objective of the study is to analyze the methodological, didactic and pedagogical differences, using a methodology of joint research between the given class with recorded music (CD) and class with teacher accompanist dance since the work of the latter continues necessitating despite today's digital media.Two classes in which the only difference was the music stand was analyzed by video recording, observation sheets and questionnaires. significant differences between the two sessions, such as an average of 38 seconds to search for the needed music for each variation with CD versus six seconds recorded in the session with pianist or found greater number of journeys to the sound source by the teacher in the case of CD in addition to motivational aspects, and emotional differentiated and methodological proving more effective and productive use of live music versus recorded music.Este trabajo de investigación se ha desarrollado en la clase de técnica de danza clásica de un Conservatorio Superior de Danza, un entorno donde la disciplina, rigurosidad y meticulosidad conviven con la creatividad, la expresión y la sensibilidad. El objetivo principal del estudio es analizar las principales diferencias metodológicas, didácticas y pedagógicas, mediante una metodología de investigación mixta, entre la clase impartida con música grabada (CD) y la clase con el profesor pianista acompañante de danza dado que la labor de éste último sigue haciéndose necesaria a pesar de los medios digitales actuales. Se analizó mediante grabación en vídeo, hoja de observaciones y cuestionarios dos clases en las que la única diferencia fue el soporte musical. Se encontraron diferencias significativas entre ambas sesiones, como por ejemplo una media de 38 segundos para la búsqueda de la música necesaria para cada variación con el CD frente a los seis segundos registrados en la sesión con pianista o un mayor número de desplazamientos hacia la fuente de sonido por parte de la profesora en el caso del CD además de aspectos motivacionales y emocionales diferenciados, resultando más eficaz y productivo el uso de la música en vivo frente a la música grabad

The study of psychological variables leads to understand the relationship between sport performance and the sportsman. This study stress motivation and attention-concentration in the footballer. The aim is to depend the main scientific research on the two psychological skills. It is Review of primary and secondary sources such as articles, dissertations and books are used. The method used is the analysis and review of the literature. Several studies which analysed some of the psychological variables studied in this population are available. In conclusion, we can emphasize that psychological skills sport performance, and that the front and midfielders have a higher motivation than other players.El estudio de las variables psicológicas permite comprender, junto con el análisis de otras variables, la relación entre el rendimiento deportivo y el deportista. En este estudio se incide sobre la motivación y la atención-concentración en el futbolista. El objetivo es profundizar en las principales investigaciones científicas realizadas sobre las dos habilidades psicológicas. Se utiliza la revisión de fuentes primarias y secundarias como son artículos, tesis doctorales y libros. El método utilizado es el análisis y revisión de la literatura. Se encuentran diversos estudios que analizan alguna de las variables psicológicas objeto de estudio en esta población. Como conclusiones se destaca que las habilidades psicológicas influyen en el rendimiento deportivo; y que los delanteros y centrocampistas poseen una motivación más alta que otros jugadores
Improving Rice Dietary Fibre Content and Consumption for Human Health
Soft textured rice is the major source of calories in the diet of most South East (SE) Asian countries. However, it is most often consumed after polishing which removes the bran and embryo and hence most of the vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre (DF) are lost. Consequently, white rice comprises over 90% starch with only trace amounts of DF and is rapidly digested in the human gastrointestinal tract, resulting in a high glycaemic index (GI). The excessive consumption of high GI foods is associated with increased risks of a range of chronic diseases including type-2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease (CVD) and some types of cancer. Furthermore, the incidence of these conditions is dramatically increasing in areas where white rice is the staple food, notably Asia, with the prevalence of diabetes in SE Asia alone predicted to reach 120 million by 2030. It is therefore necessary to develop rice lines in which high energy content is combined with low GI. This may be achieved by combining acceptable levels of resistant starch (RS) with an increased content of the cell wall derived-dietary fibre components
Influencia de la educación no formal en el desarrollo del talento humano de los/as servidores/as públicos capacitados por el departamento de Formación y Desarrollo del Talento Humano del Ministerio de Hacienda en los departamentos de San Salvador, Santa Ana y San Miguel, durante el año 2019
Actualmente, ante los nuevos escenarios de la globalización, los permanentes cambios en el contexto y las exigencias del conocimiento, las organizaciones tanto públicas como privadas han comenzado a considerar al recurso humano como el capital principal, el cual posee y es capaz de desarrollar habilidades que le permitan desempeñarse en su área de trabajo. Es por ello que, el desarrollo del talento humano, en términos de capacitación, es un elemento fundamental para que los servidores públicos del Ministerio de Hacienda tengan un buen desempeño laboral, reflejándolo en el rendimiento eficiente de sus actividades, de esta manera incrementar la productividad y aportar al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la institución. Por consiguiente, la educación no formal, a través de la formación técnica contribuye en el desarrollo del talento humano en los servidores públicos, fortaleciendo las áreas en donde se ha detectado previamente debilidades. Así, brindar reforzamiento mediante las capacitaciones con el fin de ofrecerles herramientas que le permitan un mejor desempeño laboral y personal. En este sentido, se pretende identificar de qué manera los programas de capacitación repercuten en el desempeño laboral, comprobar como los ambientes de capacitación inciden en la motivación y verificar como las estrategias metodológicas de capacitación utilizadas por el Departamento de Formación y Desarrollo del Talento Humano inciden en la formación de competencias profesionales en los/as servidores/as públicos del Ministerio de Hacienda. Todo ello con el propósito de generar recomendaciones que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de las habilidades que permitan un mejor desempeño labor
Health and fitness trends in Southern Europe for 2023: A cross-sectional survey
The physical activity, exercise and wellness sector is rapidly growing and seems to be an exciting field for business and professional development with great potential globally. The purpose of this observational and cross-sectional study was to determine the most popular health and fitness trends in Southern Europe for the first time, including data from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus, and to investigate any potential differences in this area compared to the Pan-European and global fitness trends for 2023. A national online survey was conducted in five Southern European countries, using the methodology of similar regional and worldwide surveys conducted by the American College of Sports Medicine since 2007. In total, a web-based questionnaire was sent to 19,887 professionals who worked in the Southern European physical activity, exercise and wellness sector. A total of 2645 responses were collected from five national surveys with an overall mean response rate of 13.3%. The ten most important fitness trends in Southern Europe for 2023 were personal training, licensure for fitness professionals, exercise is medicine, employing certified fitness professionals, functional fitness training, small group training, high -intensity interval training, fitness programs for older adults, post -rehabilitation classes and body weight training. The present findings are aligned with those reported for the European and worldwide fitness trends
Micrometeoroid Events in LISA Pathfinder
The zodiacal dust complex, a population of dust and small particles that
pervades the Solar System, provides important insight into the formation and
dynamics of planets, comets, asteroids, and other bodies. Here we present a new
set of data obtained using a novel technique: direct measurements of momentum
transfer to a spacecraft from individual particle impacts. This technique is
made possible by the extreme precision of the instruments flown on the LISA
Pathfinder spacecraft, a technology demonstrator for a future space-based
gravitational wave observatory that operated near the first Sun-Earth Lagrange
point from early 2016 through Summer of 2017. Using a simple model of the
impacts and knowledge of the control system, we show that it is possible to
detect impacts and measure properties such as the transferred momentum (related
to the particle's mass and velocity), direction of travel, and location of
impact on the spacecraft. In this paper, we present the results of a systematic
search for impacts during 4348 hours of Pathfinder data. We report a total of
54 candidates with momenta ranging from 0.2 to
230. We furthermore make a comparison of these candidates
with models of micrometeoroid populations in the inner solar system including
those resulting from Jupiter-family comets, Oort-cloud comets, Hailey-type
comets, and Asteroids. We find that our measured population is consistent with
a population dominated by Jupiter-family comets with some evidence for a
smaller contribution from Hailey-type comets. This is in agreement with
consensus models of the zodiacal dust complex in the momentum range sampled by

Twenty years of ground-based NDACC FTIR spectrometry at Izaña Observatory-overview and long-term comparison to other techniques
High-resolution Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) solar observations are particularly relevant for climate studies, as they allow atmospheric gaseous composition and multiple climate processes to be monitored in detail. In this context, the present paper provides an overview of 20 years of FTIR measurements taken in the framework of the NDACC (Network for the Detection of Atmospheric Composition Change) from 1999 to 2018 at the subtropical Izaña Observatory (IZO, Spain). Firstly, long-term instrumental performance is comprehensively assessed, corroborating the temporal stability and reliable instrumental characterization of the two FTIR spectrometers installed at IZO since 1999. Then, the time series of all trace gases contributing to NDACC at IZO are presented (i.e. CH, CH, ClONO, CO, HCl, HCN, HCO, HF, HNO, NO, NO, NO, O, carbonyl sulfide (OCS), and water vapour isotopologues HO, HO, and HDO), reviewing the major accomplishments drawn from these observations. In order to examine the quality and long-term consistency of the IZO FTIR observations, a comparison of those NDACC products for which other high-quality measurement techniques are available at IZO has been performed (i.e. CH, CO, HO, NO, NO, and O). This quality assessment was carried out on different timescales to examine what temporal signals are captured by the FTIR records, and to what extent. After 20 years of operation, the IZO NDACC FTIR observations have been found to be very consistent and reliable over time, demonstrating great potential for climate research. Long-term NDACC FTIR data sets, such as IZO, are indispensable tools for the investigation of atmospheric composition trends, multi-year phenomena, and complex climate feedback processes, as well as for the validation of past and present space-based missions and chemistry climate models
