Екологічна Безпека Довкілля Та Людини : Поняття, Критерії Та Окремі Превентивні Заходи Забезпечення

This paper describes the main theoretical aspects of the concept of «ecological safety» in the context of the Environmental Safety Law) as a combination of measures implemented by the authorized agents in order to minimize environmental impacts and ensure the human right to a safe environment. The main characteristics and types of the central category of environmental safety - environmental impacts and the legal regime of the sources of high environmental risk are revealed. Particular attention is paid to the research of the legal regulation of such preventive measure to ensure environmental safety as the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Expertise. In addition, there is also need for prompt realization of liquidation measures of ensuring of ecological safety.У статті характеризуються основні теоретичні аспекти поняття «екологічна безпека довкілля та людини» в контексті підгалузі права екологічної безпеки як сукупності заходів, що реалізуються уповноваженими суб'єктами з метою міні­мізації екологічного ризику та забезпечення права людини на безпечне довкілля. Визначено основні ознаки та види центральної категорії екологічної безпеки - екологічного ризику, охарактеризовано особливості правового режиму викори­стання джерел підвищеної екологічної небезпеки. Особливу увагу автор приділив дослідженню правового регулювання здійс­нення таких превентивних заходів забезпечення екологічної безпеки як оцінка впливу на навколишнє природне середовище та екологічна експертиза. Крім того, наголошується також на необхідності своєчасної реалізації і ліквідаційних заходів екологічної безпеки

Глобальна Екологічна Політика : Співпраця України Та Європейського Союзу

The article investigates the concept of global environmental policy, its mechanism of implementation at the level of European Union and Ukraine. The author analyzes the global environmental policy as a separate phenomenon, based on the principles of sustainable development. As a conclusion, it is proposed to revitalize the relevant state executive and the legislative, informational and technical support integration of global environmental component of the national environmental policy and improvement of environmental legislation in this area.Стаття присвячена дослідженню поняття глобальної екологічної політики, механізму її реалізації на рівні України та Європейського Союзу. Автор аналізує глобальну екологічну політику як окреме явище, що базується на принципах сталого розвитку та діяльності міжнародних організацій. Як висновок, пропону­ється активізація діяльності відповідних органів державної та виконавчої влади щодо законодавчого, інформаційного та технічного забезпечення інтеграції гло­бальної екологічної складової в національну екологічну політику та вдоскона­лення екологічного законодавства у цій сфері

Mythological Intertext in the Novels by L. Deresh “Cult” and M. Nahacz “The Stork and Lola”

У статті проаналізовано універсальність міфу і використання його як методології для інтертекстуального аналізу романів Л. Дереша “Культ” та М. Нагача “Лелека і Льоля”. Висвітлено авторську трансформацію міфологічного сюжетно-образного матеріалу в прозі сучасних українського й польського письменників. In the article the universal character of myth and its application as a methodology for intertextual analysis of the novels by L. Deresh “Cult” and M. Nahacz “The Stork and Lola” are examined. Author’s transformations of mythological plot and images in the prose of contemporary Ukrainian and Polish writers are explained
