N Absorption in Nontidal Rice Fields Treated with Microalgae and Nitrogen Fertilizer Application

Nutrient elements that are needed by plants during its growth and development is nitrogen. Nitrogen deficiency can cause plants to become necrosis so that plants are not able to photosynthesize well, thus result in lack of food needed by plants. Microalgae can provide nitrogen for rice crops due to its activity. The aim of this research was to know the effect of microalgae from nontidal swamp land to reduce the use of inorganic N fertilizer in paddy field. The study was conducted from January to April 2017, using factorial completely randomized design with two factors, namely isolate and dosage of nitrogen fertilizer. The first factor is the type of the isolate (I), consisting of cultures from the area of rice cultivation (I1), the culture originating from the area around the rice fields (I2) and the cultures of area without rice cultivation (I3) area. The second factor is the dose of nitrogen fertilizer (N) consisting of 0%, 50% and 100%. The results showed that the treatment of the isolate (I) or dosage of nitrogen fertilizer had a significant effect on the weight of 1000 filled grains and the weight of empty grains in the generative phase of rice plant. The interaction between both treatments had a significant effect on the generative (production) phase. The microalgae culture from area of rice cultivation (I1) can contribute nitrogen requirement of 16.23% - 48.71% with an abundance of 7.48 cells ml-1, with the requirement of rice plant nitrogen fertilizer of 45-135 kg ha-1

The Effect of Feeding Odot Grass and Ecoenzyme Fermented Rice Straw on The Performance of Local Rams

This study aims to determine the effect of odot grass and rice straw fermented using ecoenzyme (Garbage Enzyme) on the performance of local male sheep. This research was carried out in the firuza enclosure from September 8 to November 8, 2020. The method used is a complete randomized design (RAL) with 5 practices and 4 repeats. The treatment consists of 100% odot grass + 0% fermented rice straw (PO), 75% odot grass + 25% fermented rice straw (P1), 50% odot grass + 50% fermented rice straw (P2), 25% odot grass + 75% fermented rice straw (P3), 0% odot grass + 100% fermented rice straw (P4). The parameters studied were weight gain, feed consumption, feed conversion and Income Over Feed Cost (IOFC). The results of the study had a significant effect (P<0.01) on weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion. Based on this study, it can be concluded that high feed consumption is not comparable to low weight gain resulting in high conversion

Social workers often get stuck in confusion, limited information about social events, social house, social community and the data about social prosperity matter later named social donation in Semarang alittle bit more dragging them in conducting the donation management. Therefore, a number of questions come up such as how many social houses in semarang, which social house is closer to the housing, the path sign from a certain place to the events location, social houses, and certain social community, and also how much the time estimation and how many the distance estimation.In this final assignment research, the social donation data is presented in an online geographical information system by using the blogging platform in working out a site using the JavaScript and HTML programming system. In the process of making the main map, the social houses map, and the social community map, the researcher uses ArcGIS Desktop 10.sp1 software to manage the basis data to be a spatial vector data. The spatial vector data is processed by ArcGIS Developer to show it in the basic online map or Web Map in ArcGIS Online site.Some Web Map Application features is available in the ArcGIS Online site, one is the direction feature. A feature gives the path sign information in detail, the distance estimation and time estimation to the user by using the number of longitude-latitude coordinate as the parameter. After ensuring that the direction feature of the social donation basic online map works well, later it is showed in the site using the HTML programming system of frame function. Improvement of Rice Growth and Productivity Through Balance Application of Inorganic Fertilizer and Biofertilizer in Inceptisol Soil of Lowland Swamp Area

The objective of this study was to obtain a proper balance dose between biofertilizer and inorganic fertilizer in order to increase the growth and yield of rice in Inceptisol soil of lowland swamp origin. Biofertilizer was made by enriching straw compost with N2 interceptor bacteria, phosphate solvent bacteria and growth stimulator bacteria isolated from swamp lowland in South Sumatra. This study was conducted from November 2012 to March 2013 in a greenhouse. The design used was completely randomized design (CRD) factorial, with two treatment factors consisting of inorganic fertilizer (0,25, 50, 75 and 100% recommended dosage) and biofertilizer (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 kg.ha-1). The results showed that the best treatment in term of plant height at 8 weeks after planting (WAP), the maximum number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of grains per panicle and weight of milled dry rice were obtained in combination of 75% inorganic fertilizer and 300 - 400 kg.ha-1biofertilizer

Legal Obligations of Corporate Social Responsibility as Efforts to Improve the Image of Islamic Banking in Indonesia

: This study aims to identify and analyze Islamic banking policies in maintaining and even improving the image/reputation of Islamic banking and to contribute scientifically to CSR in Islamic banking based on national law and Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative normative legal research method with a conceptual, statutory, and sociological approach. The results of this study indicate that the image or reputation of Islamic banking is the beliefs or feelings of consumers or stakeholders about Islamic banking itself. The reputation of Islamic banking is respect, assessment, and even appreciation from consumers or stakeholders. Islamic banking in improving its image or reputation can be done through CSR. This study provides a descriptive picture of Islamic banking, in general, to provide quality programs through CSR. CSR activities by several examples of Islamic banking in Indonesia refer to the company's obligation to protect and contribute to the community and stakeholders where the company is located. The concept of CSR in Islam is implemented in 3 (three) models of responsibility, namely the relationship of responsibility to Allah SWT; responsibility to humans; and responsibility to the natural environment. The concept of CSR in Islamic banking is a necessity that needs to be implemented as a form of responsibility towards fellow humans and the environment

Analisis Pembaharuan Kurikulum Darurat pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan

Kurikulum darurat yang diberlakukan Pemerintah pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 belum efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa Pendidikan Dasar khususnya melalui Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui permasalahan dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan pembaharuan kurikulum Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini terletak pada SD Katolik Cor Jesu Malang. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan beberapa hal dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul di SD Katolik Cor Jesu Malang tentang pembaharuan kurikulum darurat, seperti guru yang kesulitan dalam menentukan indikator pencapaian hasil belajar, menentukan metode pembelajaran saat online, etika peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran, kurangnya jam perwalian dalam penyelesaian permasalahan peserta didik secara individu dan para guru masih terbatas dalam hal informasi dan teknologi. Maka dari itu diperlukan inovasi dan penguatan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulum darurat pada Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan
