A formação técnico-profissional no contexto do MST

The purpose of this article is to present the accomplished studies on technical professional education in the context of Landless Workers Movement (MST). It claims to raise some questions related to the contradictory task of proposing courses with a transformative perspective in the bulge of a society where mercantile relations predominate. Part of this analysis focuses the experience developed in the agroecological technical course of the Escola 25 de Maio in the city of Fraiburgo, Santa Catarina. Even though so many professional formation courses have arised with the objective of attending technical and production necessities related to the own settled people survivorship, the educational proposal defended by the Landless Workers Movement (MST) attempts to constitute itself as an emancipation project, making evident the resistance and social struggle principles.Este artigo trata de estudo realizado sobre as propostas de educação técnico–profissional no contexto do Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais sem Terra – MST. Pretende levantar algumas questões relativas à contraditória tarefa de propor cursos com a perspectiva de transformação no bojo de uma sociedade onde predominam as relações mercantilizadas. Parte desta análise tem como foco de observação a experiência do curso técnico em agroecologia desenvolvido pela Escola 25 de Maio, em Fraiburgo - SC. Embora muitos cursos de formação profissional tenham surgido com o objetivo de atender necessidades técnicas e produtivas relacionadas à própria sobrevivência dos assentamentos, a proposta de educação defendida pelo MST procura se constituir como um projeto de emancipação, colocando em evidência os princípios de resistência e luta social. Latin American consensus on guidelines for chronic migraine treatment

Chronic migraine is a condition with significant prevalence all around the world and high socioeconomic impact, and its handling has been challenging neurologists. Developments for understanding its mechanisms and associated conditions, as well as that of new therapies, have been quick and important, a fact which has motivated the Latin American and Brazilian Headache Societies to prepare the present consensus. The treatment of chronic migraine should always be preceded by a careful diagnosis review; the detection of possible worsening factors and associated conditions; the stratification of seriousness/impossibility to treat; and monitoring establishment, with a pain diary.
