GESTIÓN DEL PROCESO FORMATIVO DEL CONTADOR EN CUBA. UN ENFOQUE DESDE LA ESTRUCTURA METODOLÓGICA DE LA DISCIPLINA PRINCIPAL INTEGRADORA

Cuban Higher Education focused on maintaining a modern, humanistic, scientific, technological, innovative, and integrated university model of society, demands relevant curricular designs to which the new generation of Study Plans E. The study-work linkage responds. It constitutes a guiding idea in Cuban universities, so the management of student work practices must guarantee the integral formation of the graduate; condition achieved through the Main Integrative Discipline, classified as the backbone of the curriculum, and process under investigation. The paper establishes as a starting point the diagnosis of the current state of the management of the Integrative Discipline under the requirements of Study Plan D; in this sense, the main results focus on the curricular design of this Discipline called Labor, Accounting and Financial Practice, in the context of Study Plan E.La Educación Superior Cubana enfrascada en mantener un modelo de universidad moderna, humanista, científica, tecnológica, innovadora, e integrada a la sociedad, demanda diseños curriculares pertinentes a los que da respuesta la nueva generación de Planes de Estudio E. La vinculación estudio - trabajo constituye una idea rectora en las universidades cubanas, por lo que la gestión de las prácticas laborales del estudiante debe garantizar la formación integral del egresado; condición lograda a través de la Disciplina Principal Integradora, clasificada como columna vertebral del plan de estudio, y proceso objeto de investigación. El artículo se establece como punto de partida el diagnóstico del estado actual de la gestión de la Disciplina Integradora bajo los requerimientos del Plan de Estudio D; en tal sentido los principales resultados se centran en el diseño curricular de esta Disciplina denominada Práctica Laboral, Contable y Financiera, en el contexto del Plan de Estudio E. &nbsp

Análisis de la actividad contable en el sector de trabajo por cuenta propia en Villa Clara

In the context of ordering in Cuba and the recognition of new actors, self-employment is a segment in continuous development. Legislation on accounting matters is issued to direct this activity that, due to its novel nature, said provision has a certain delay in its application. It was found that in practice accounting tools are used to record, control and analyze their information. The references that are provided constitute a 9-year investigation of investigative results with the objective of exposing the elements that characterize the accounting practice in one territory to evaluate the development of business management in the municipalities under study. A diagnostic procedure was used that allowed measuring the current accounting situation, the prevailing accounting base for its management and auxiliary tools, methods were applied for the collection of information and analysis through descriptive statistics.En el contexto de ordenamiento en Cuba y el reconocimiento de los nuevos actores, el trabajo por cuenta propia es un segmento en continuo desarrollo. Se emiten legislaciones en materia contable para dirigir esta actividad que, por su carácter novedoso dicha disposición posee cierto retardo en su aplicación. Se constató que en la práctica se emplean herramientas contables para registrar, controlar y analizar su información. Los referentes que se aportan constituyen una investigación de 9 años de resultados investigativos con el objetivo de exponer los elementos que caracterizan la práctica contable en un territorio para evaluar el desarrollo de la gestión de los negocios en los municipios objetos de estudio. Se empleó un procedimiento de diagnóstico que permitió medir la situación actual en materia contable, la base contable imperante para su gestión y herramientas auxiliares, se aplicaron métodos para la recogida de información y análisis a través de la estadística descriptiva
