Influence of Propellant Composition on the Performance of a Gel Rocket Combustion Chamber
Gel propellants offer the possibility to build throttleable and versatile propulsion systems with easy handling and improved operational safety. The combination of performance flexibility and storage characteristics merges the major advantages of liquid and solid propulsion systems. At the German Aerospace Center (DLR) basic research and technology development is performed on production, rheological properties, flow behavior, spray characteristics and combustion performance of gelled propellants. Recent efforts covered investigations on novel metallized and non-metallized propellant compositions. The publication will give a short overview on the experiments carried out and some major findings

toasty is a Python library that helps you create "tile pyramids" from astronomical image data, as used in the TOAST format. These multi-resolution maps can be viewed in software such as the AAS WorldWide Telescope. Learn more at the toasty website
A randomized, controlled trial of simvastatin versus rosuvastatin in patients with acute myocardial infarction:the Secondary Prevention of Acute Coronary Events--Reduction of Cholesterol to Key European Targets Trial
We sought to evaluate reports that rosuvastatin 10 mg is a more efficacious treatment of hyperlipidaemia than is simvastatin 40 mg, hoping to assess this issue in the previously unstudied context of acute myocardial infarction
