    Reimplante intencional em endodontia: revisĂŁo narrativa

    A reimplantação intencional é uma opção de tratamento em que um dente é voluntariamente extraído e reinserido na boca quase imediatamente após a infeção ter sido eliminada. Muitas vezes descrita como uma intervenção de último recurso, está a tornar-se cada vez mais importante numa época em que a conservação do órgão dentário é o foco de interesse. Esta técnica é uma opção de tratamento aceitável, com uma taxa média de sucesso de 85%, nos casos em que outros procedimentos Endodônticos de primeira linha não são viáveis ou falharam. O objetivo deste trabalho é mostrar que com o seguimento de um protocolo rigoroso e uma série de requisitos a cumprir, a reimplantação Endodôntica intencional pode ser uma terapia eficaz. Para este estudo, foi realizada uma pesquisa sobre vários motores de busca (Pubmed, ResearchGate, EM-Consulte, HeighPubs), usando as palavras-chave "reimplantação endodôntica intencional", "dente reimplantado", "reimplante intencional".Intentional reimplantation is a treatment option in which a tooth is voluntarily extracted and reinserted into the mouth almost immediately after the infection has been cleared. Often described as an intervention of last resort, it is becoming increasingly important in an era where the conservation of the dental organ is the focus. This technique is an acceptable treatment option, with an average success rate of 85%, in cases where other first-line Endodontic procedures are not feasible or have failed. The aim of this work is to show that with following a strict protocol and a number of requirements to be met, intentional Endodontic reimplantation can be an effective therapy.     Lissage anisotrope Doppler par extension de l'opérateur de diffusion de Laplace-Beltrami dans le cadre de la géométrie Riemannienne de l'information de Chentsov

    - Nous traitons le problème du débruitage spatial de l'estimation des paramètres de lois statistiques grâce au flot géométrique non-linéaire de Laplace-Beltrami. Cet opérateur , récemment introduit par N. Sochen et R. Kimmel [2] en traitement d'image, est étendu au cas d'un espace hybride formé des coordonnées spatiales (géométrie Euclidienne de la mesure) et des paramètres des lois statistiques (géométrie de l'information de Chentsov dont la métrique est donnée par la matrice d'information de Fisher). Cet opérateur EDP agissant intrinsèquement sur la variété entropique possède la propriété de conserver les discontinuités, ce qui permet de lisser les estimateurs des paramètres de lois statistiques de façon anisotrope. Nous appliquons ce formalisme au lissage spatial de paramètres statistiques de processus autorégressifs via la métrique de Siegel, en déduisant l'expression des opérateurs agissant sur les coefficients de réflexion qui permettent de lisser anisotropiquement des spectres Doppler. Que ce soit, pour la théorie des « Espaces d'Echelle », pour la métrique de Chentsov des densités gaussiennes, ou pour les modèles AR, le modèle de géométrie hyperbolique de Poincaré dans le disque unité semble jouer un rôle central. Our problem adresses the spatial denoising of statistical parameters estimation via the géométrie non-linear Laplace-Beltrami Flow based on the embedding space geometry deduced from Information geometry. Input of our problem is a map W: Σ→M where Σ is a n-dimensional Riemannian manifold and X is the embedding of this manifold in a space which is hybrid space of spatial coordinates and statistical parameters coordinates (Chentsov space of Information geometry deduced from Fisher metric). Then, our problem is solved viewing parameters space of Chentsov as embedding maps, that flow toward minimal surfaces.This spatial denoising, recently introduced by N. Sochen & R. Kimmel [2] in Image processing, and presently extended for spatial statistical parameters estimation denoising preserves discontinuities (The operator has the good behaviour that the projection is edge preserving.). After the definition of the Laplace-Beltrami flow for any statistical parameters space based on Fisher metric, we provide different applications for anisotropic spatial smoothing of Gaussian law parameters and reflection coefficient in Doppler analysis. In case of Doppler analysis, the hybrid space is the Embedding Siegel space. In all cases, Poincaré's hyperbolic geometry model in unit disk seems to play a central role

    The letter of Back to School 2017-2018 of the Ministry of National Education and more particularly one of the directives relayed by the inspectors of Nantes Academy, clearly demonstrates the will to change the teaching practices for the benefit of all the pupils and in particular to promote the inclusion of disabled pupils in the mainstream education system. Professional high school teachers are increasingly meeting students with cognitive impairments. These teachers, and especially those newly trained, must put these new guidelines into practice. Are they still sensitive about it and how are they prepared for it? This reflexive writing, based on the interview, will try to answer it by bringing some clarifications on the reality and the constraints of the field.La lettre de rentrée 2017-2018 du ministère de l’éducation nationale et plus particulièrement l’une des directives relayées par les inspecteurs d’académie de Nantes, démontre clairement la volonté de faire évoluer les pratiques pédagogiques au profit de tous les élèves et notamment favoriser l’inclusion des élèves handicapés dans le système éducatif ordinaire. Les enseignants en lycée professionnels rencontrent de plus en plus des élèves présentant des troubles cognitifs. Ces enseignants et plus particulièrement ceux nouvellement formés doivent mettre en pratique ces nouvelles directives. Sont-ils toujours sensibles à ce sujet et comment y sont-ils préparés ? Cet écrit réflexif, basé sur l’entretien, va tenter d’y répondre en apportant quelques éclaircissements sur la réalité et les contraintes du terrain

    International audienceThe evolution of the calcium silicate hydrate structure formed during the high temperature hydration of tricalcium silicate was studied by 29Si NMR. The rise of the synthesis temperature leads to an acceleration of the hydration reaction, a growth of the silicate chains with apparition of two kinds of Q2 entities and formation of a tobermoritic phase at 120°C under 200 bar.Par RMN de 29Si, nous avons étudié l'évolution de la structure des hydrates de silicate de calcium formés lors de l’hydratation à haute température du silicate tricalcique. L'élévation de la température de synthèse conduit à une accélération de l'hydratation, un allongement des chaînes de silicates avec apparition de deux types d'entités Q2 et formation d'une phase tobermoritique à 120°C sous 200 bar
