Psychological and educational support of substituting family selection for orphaned children of pre-school age

The article presents study results towards a problem of psychological and educational support of substituting family selection for orphaned children of pre-school age. This problem is the issue of the day in modern Russia. We conducted a survey with a primary objective to study social and psychological particularities of substituting families and their educational deficits in development and upbringing of a pre-school age child. The obtained results showed generalized social and psychological difficulties of parents which require special psychological and educational support and selection criteria of parents who are going to adopt pre-school age children without parental care

TUBERCULOSIS: COMMON CONSISTENT EPIDEMIC PATTERNS IN RUSSIA AND BEHIND THE URALS

The article describes the attempt to find common consistent patterns in the spread of infection, typical of Russia. Actions of the Russian Tuberculosis Control Service are compared to the ones of similar services in the world. It has been shown that the comparative cost-effectiveness per one tuberculosis patient in Russia is disparate regarding the changes in epidemiological rates. Changes in quality management parameters are slow. Increase of funding for TB services without optimization of the cost structure and revision of certain positions within the service is not sufficient for successful operation

Математична модель утворення зубців циліндричної прямозубої передачі гіперболічним вихідним контуром

The aim of this work is to create a fundamentals of mathematical model which consists in definition of geometry of a generating surface and machining gearing for novel cylindrical spur transmission. The generating surface is considered as rack-cutter with teeth, which profiled by hyperbola – a curve which is smooth at whole addendum and dedendum parts of reference profile. The equations of teeth surfaces which help the basic performances of this generating surface surveyed, namely quadratic forms and normal curvatures in the given directions are presented. The equations of machining gearing which help to obtain the equations of surfaces of teeth which can be applied both for working surfaces and for their fillets are obtained. For these surfaces quadratic forms also defined. Boundaries of a contact zone are defined. The results obtained in a paper can be used for definition of quality indicators of serviceability of novel transmissions which will allow carrying out a comparative estimation of novel transmission with conventional one and with other types of transmissions.Представлено теоретичне дослідження внутрішньої геометрії виробної поверхні та верстатного зачеплення для утворення зубців циліндричних прямозубих передач нового типу. Виробна поверхня розглядається як інструментальна рейка з вихідним контуром, що спрофільовано гіперболою. Наведено рівняння поверхонь зубців інструментальної рейки, розглянуто основні характеристики цієї виробної поверхні, а саме квадратичні форми і нормальні кривизни в заданих напрямках. Представлено рівняння верстатного зачеплення, за допомогою якого одержано рівняння поверхонь зубців, як робочих так і перехідних. Для цих поверхонь також визначено коефіцієнти квадратичних форм та кривизни. Визначено межі поля зачеплення. Результати, одержані в статті, в подальшому можна використовувати для визначення якісних показників працездатності нового типу передач, що дозволить проводити їх порівняльну оцінку із традиційними та іншими видами передач

АНАЛИЗ МЕРОПРИЯТИЙ, ВЛИЯЮЩИХ НА ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛЯ СМЕРТНОСТИ ОТ ТУБЕРКУЛЕЗА В СУБЪЕКТАХ СИБИРСКОГО ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО ОКРУГА

Basing on the data about achievement of targeted rates for efficiency evaluation of the actions aimed at tuberculosis mortality reduction in 2015 and statistic rates for 2014-2015 in 12 regions within Siberian Federal District, the impact of organizational medical activities performed by primary medical services and tuberculosis control services was analyzed in the respect of tuberculosis mortality rate. The article presents results of ranging of regions within Siberian Federal District as per tuberculosis mortality rate and indicators providing impact on the number of those died of tuberculosis.На основании информации о выполнении целевых показателей оценки эффективности реализации мероприятий по снижению смертности от туберкулеза в 2015 г. и статистических показателей за 2014-2015 гг. в 12 субъектах Сибирского федерального округа выполнен анализ влияния медицинских организационных мероприятий, проводимых первичной медико-санитарной и фтизиатрической службами, на уровень показателя смертности от туберкулеза. Представлены результаты ранжирования субъектов Сибирского федерального округа по показателям смертности от туберкулеза и показателям, влияющим на формирование числа лиц, умерших от туберкулеза

Сопоставлена работа фтизиатрической службы России с таковой аналогичных служб в мире. Показано, что сравнительная эффективность финансовых затрат на одного больного туберкулезом в России несопоставима с динамикой эпидемиологических показателей. Наблюдается низкая динамика индикаторов качества управления. Повышение финансирования отрасли без оптимизации структуры затрат и пересмотра ряда позиций внутри службы не является достаточным условием успеха
