Ensuring Socio-Demographic Security of Rural Areas of the Central Chernozem Region (Expert Assessment)

Целью исследования стало определение ключевых угроз в сфере социально-демографической безопасности сельских территорий Центрального Черноземья. По результатам проведенного в декабре 2023 г. экспертного опроса (N = 30) сделан вывод о том, что социально-демографическая безопасность сельских территорий Центрального Черноземья находится в настоящее время на критическом уровне, испытывая повышенный объем системных и ситуативных рисков. В качестве ключевых угроз, обострившихся вследствие масштабного геополитического конфликта и имеющих большую вероятность реализации в ближайшие 10 лет, экспертами отмечены усиление миграционного оттока, резкое нарастание диспропорций в половозрастной и этнокультурной (вследствие бесконтрольной миграции) структуре населения, рост смертности и ухудшение здоровья населения вследствие социальных патологий и снижения уровня здравоохранения. В качестве первоочередных мер обеспечения социально-демографической безопасности названы развитие производственной инфраструктуры сельских территорий Центрального Черноземья, стимулирование сельского предпринимательства, развитие и повышения качества социальной, культурно-досуговой и транспортной инфраструктуры, предоставление жителям сельских территорий финансовых, налоговых и кредитных преференций.The study aims to identify key threats in the field of socio-demographic security of rural areas of the Central Chernozem region. According to the results of an expert survey conducted in December 2023 (N = 30), the socio-demographic security of rural areas of the Central Chernozem region is currently at a critical level, experiencing increasing systemic and situational risks. Experts noted the following key threats: an increase in migration outflows; a sharp increase in imbalances in the gender, age and ethnocultural (due to uncontrolled migration) structure; an increase in mortality and deterioration of public health due to social pathologies; a decrease in the level of healthcare. These threats were exacerbated by the large-scale geopolitical conflict and are more likely to be realised in the next 10 years. The article described measures to ensure socio-demographic security, such as the development of industrial infrastructure in rural areas of the Central Chernozem region, stimulation of rural entrepreneurship, development and improvement of the quality of social, cultural, leisure and transport infrastructure, provision of financial, tax and credit preferences to residents of rural areas.Исследование выполнено в рамках проекта Государственного задания FZWG-2023-0006 «Регулирование демографического поведения населения сельских территорий Центрально-Черноземного экономического района как основной механизм социального воспроизводства в условиях депопуляции».The article has been prepared within the framework of the State Task FZWG-2023-0006 «Regulation of demographic behavior of the population of rural areas of the Central Chernozem economic region in conditions of depopulation»

Определение отношения 8-оксо-2'-дезоксигуанозина к 2'-дезоксигуанозину в ДНК с помощью обращенно-фазовой ВЭЖХ в сочетании с амперометрической детекцией

The article presents an optimized method for the determination of the ratio of 8-oxo-2'-deoxyguanosine (formed in DNA due to the action of active forms of oxygen) to 2'-deoxyguanosine. The ratio was determined by reverse phase HPLC combined with amperometric detection. It was shown that the ratio increases upon oxidative stress caused by the action of large doses of ascorbic acid in samples of DNA isolated from the liver of experimental rats.В работе проведена оптимизация метода определения отношения 8-оксо-2'-дезоксигуанозина, образующегося в ДНК в результате действия активных форм кислорода, к 2'-дезоксигуанозину методом обращенно-фазовой ВЭЖХ в сочетании с амперометрической детекцией. Показано увеличение этого отношения при окислительном стрессе, вызванном действием больших доз аскорбиновой кислоты, в образцах ДНК, выделенных из печени экспериментальных крыс

The protective effect of cortexin was investigated with the use of acoustic stress hemorrhagic stroke model. A significant decrease of 8-oxo-2'-deoxyguanosine to 2'-deoxyguanosine ratio in the DNA molecule was shown using brain slices of cortexin treated Krushinsky-Molodkina rats.В работе изучено влияние защитного действия препарата кортексин на мозг крыс линии Крушинского-Молодкиной в условиях экспериментального геморрагического инсульта, вызван-ного акустическим стрессом. Показано значительное уменьшение отношения 8-оксо-2'-дезокси-гуанозина к 2'-дезоксигуанозину в ДНК клеток мозга крыс при применении кортексина
