Patrimônio, território e empreendedorismo: pilares do desenvolvimento do turismo com base local

La contribución presentada analiza brevemente los principios que rigen el desarrollo en base local en relación al turismo como principal vector de apropiación o reapropiación de un territorio dado por las comunidades locales. El desarrollo en base local, termino mas apropiado que desarrollo local, es una consigna con nítida visión ideológica, cuya trascendencia radica en contribuir la a inclusión social a través del incremento de la calidad de vida de las familias desposeídas de condiciones dignas de vida, adoptando a tal fin los paradigmas apropiados. Se confronta el modelo tecnocrático que justifica el rotulo de industria del turismo con el modelo humanista comprometido social, cultural y económicamente con el territorio a micro-escala, planteando dos cuestiones relevantes: 1. por qué los proyectos inspirados en tales concepciones no conducen a los mismos resultados 2. cómo articular dos modelos distintos de desenvolvimiento turístico. La contribución plantea el territorio como sustento del desarrollo y el emprendedorismo como estrategia de movilización y, sin intención de concluir, finaliza planteando líneas de investigación tendientes a conferir un sustento apropiado al desarrollo en base local de la actividad turística.Fil: Rodrigues, Adyr Balastreri. Espaços de turismo e de lazer urbanos: uma leitura geográfica

This article recognizes the increasing importance of tourism due to the growth of urbanization by appreciating the value of the third sector as labor force. Facts and changes in social structures generate expectations and practices that multiply and diversify the urban spaces for leisure and tourism. The presence of thematic parks and shopping centers, standardized spaces for leisure, makes us think about the difference between space and place, world lived, and the concepts of territory and territoriality which consider the use of space as a means to appreciate the ideology of local development and tourism as a way to generate cultural codes based on images that replace reality and persuade people to follow patterns and behaviors imposed by consuming society. This article presents a definition of spaces for leisure and tourism by incorporating the geographic concepts of place, territory and space. It also questions the alienated consumption, leisure activities, the loss of open public spaces and spatial segregation of public and private equipment and the use of cultural heritage for the purpose of leisure and tourism.Fil: Rodrigues, Adyr Balastreri.
