The planning of manajement of curriculum atthe district 05 Sindang Dataran school. 2) the implementation of manajement curriculum at the distric 05 Sindang Dataran. 3) the evaluation of manajemen curriculum at the district 05 Sindang Dataran 4) the barriers and the way how handle the manajement of curriculum.The method used inthis reseach is a discriptive qualitative. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas VI Sekolah Dasar

The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of science, for that done research by applying directlearning model. This research is a class action research, with the subject of this research is the students of gradeVI SDN 005 Lubuk Gaung with the number of students 30 people. Based on the research results obtained data thatstudents' learning outcomes have increased, learning outcomes obtained from the UH before the action with anaverage value of 63.62 increased in UH I cycle I with an average value to 78.62. At UH II increased by an averagevalue of 84.08. The individual completeness of the basic score that was originally 13 people increased in the firstcycle as many as 20 people and on the second cycle increased again to 26 people. Implementation of directlearning model can improve the performance of teachers, so as to improve the learning outcomes of sciencestudents of grade VI SDN 005 Lubuk Gaun

Peranan Dan Fungsi Majelis Pengawas Wilayah Terhadap Pelaksanaan Tugas Jabatan Notaris

Notaris dihadirkan untuk melayani kepentingan masyarakat yang membutuhkan alat bukti berupa akta otentik sesuai permintaan kepada Notaris. Sehingga tanpa adanya masyarakat yang membutuhuhkan Notaris, maka Notaris tidak ada gunanya. Meskipun demikian tidak berati dengan bergantinya instansi yang melakukan pengawasan Notaris tidak akan terjadi pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh Notaris, karena meskipun pengawasan yang dilakukan Majelis Pengawas Notaris, betapapun ketatnya pengawasan yang dilakukan Majelis Pengawas Notaris, tidak mudah melakukan pengawasan tersebut. Hal ini kembali kepada Notaris sendiri dengan kesadaran dan penuh tanggung jawab dalam tugas jabatannya mengikuti atau berdasarkan aturan hukum yang berlaku.Peranan Majelis Pengawas Notaris adalah melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap Notaris, supaya dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya tidak menyimpang dari kewenangannya dan tidak melanggar peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku, disamping itu juga melakukan pengawasan, pemeriksaan dan menjatuhkan sanksi terhadap Notaris, sedangkan fungsi Majelis Pengawas Notaris adalah agar segala hak dan kewenangan maupun kewajiban yang diberikan kepada Notaris dalam menjalankan tugas jabatannya sebagaimana yang diberikan oleh peraturan Perundang-undangan yang berlaku, senantiasa dilakukan diatas jalur yang telah ditentukan, bukan saja jalur hukum, tetapi juga atas dasar moral dan etika demi terjaminnya perlindungan hukum dan kepastian hukum bagi pihak yang membutuhkannya. Tidak kalah penting juga peranan masyarakat untuk mengawasi dan senantiasa melaporkan tindakan Notaris yang dalam melaksanakan tugas jabatannya tidak sesuai dengan aturan hukum yang berlaku kepada Majelis Pengawas Notaris setempat. Dengan adanya laporan seperti ini dapat mengeliminasi tindakan Notaris yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan hukum pelaksanaan tugas jabatan Notaris

Bosnia and Herzegovina 2001-2004 : enterprise restructuring, labor market transitions and poverty

This paper takes stock of labor market developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina over the period 2001-2004, using the panel Living Standards Measurement Study/Living in Bosnia and Herzegovina survey. The analysis estimates a multinomial logit model of labor market transitions by state of origin (employment, unemployment, and inactivity) following the specification of widely used models of transition probabilities, and analyzes the impact of standard covariates. The results provide strong evidence that there are indeed significant differences in labor market transitions by gender, age, education, and geographic location. Using the panel structure of the multi-topic survey data, the authors find that these transitions are related to welfare dynamics, with welfare levels evolving differently for various groups depending on their labor market trajectories. The findings show that current labor market trends reflecting women's movement out of labor markets and laid-off male workers accepting informal sector jobs characterized by low productivity will lead to adverse social outcomes. These outcomes could be averted if the planned enterprise reform program creates a more favorable business environment and leads to faster restructuring and growth of firms.Labor Markets,Labor Policies,Population Policies,,Banks&Banking Reform

Pengaruh Kompetensi Profesional Guru Biologi Yang Telah Tersertifikasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Di SMA Se-kota Ternate

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru biologi yang telah tersertifikasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA se-Kota Ternate. Penelitian ini bersifat ex post facto karena peneliti tidak melakukan kontrol terhadap variabel-variabel bebas karena manifestasinya sudah terjadi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa, tes kompetensi guru dan tes hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik non parametrik Chi-square dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 20.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kompetensi professional guru biologi yang telah tersertifikasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai X²= 46,41

Modeling Documents with Deep Boltzmann Machines

We introduce a Deep Boltzmann Machine model suitable for modeling and extracting latent semantic representations from a large unstructured collection of documents. We overcome the apparent difficulty of training a DBM with judicious parameter tying. This parameter tying enables an efficient pretraining algorithm and a state initialization scheme that aids inference. The model can be trained just as efficiently as a standard Restricted Boltzmann Machine. Our experiments show that the model assigns better log probability to unseen data than the Replicated Softmax model. Features extracted from our model outperform LDA, Replicated Softmax, and DocNADE models on document retrieval and document classification tasks.Comment: Appears in Proceedings of the Twenty-Ninth Conference on Uncertainty in Artificial Intelligence (UAI2013
