Liderazgo docente y aprendizaje significativo en personal social de estudiantes del 5° grado nivel primaria de la institución educativa Nº 6068 “Manuel Gonzales Prada” UGEL 01 - Villa el Salvador 2012

La investigación cuyo problema fue “Liderazgo docente y aprendizaje significativo en Personal Social de los estudiantes del 5° grado del nivel primaria de la I.E. 6068 “Manuel Gonzales Prada”. UGEL 01 Villa El Salvador 2012”, cuyo objetivo fue determinar en qué medida se relaciona el liderazgo docente con el aprendizaje significativo en el área personal social de los estudiantes del 5° grado del nivel primaria de la I.E. 6068 “Manuel Gonzales Prada”. UGEL 01 - Villa El Salvador 2012” La población está constituida por 153 alumnos de educación primaria, cuya muestra la constituyen 110 alumnos, entre los métodos de muestreo aleatorio simple más utilizados en investigación por la característica misma de la población, cuyo diseño es correlacional causal para cuyo instrumento que se utilizó para cada variable fue de 20 ítems el instrumento que se constató fue confiable y validados por el juicio de expertos y la fórmula del alfa de cronbach. La investigación ha estado en concordancia con los objetivos e hipótesis de investigación cuyos resultados de la correlación de Pearson para la prueba de hipótesis, cuyos resultados de la correlación es significativa al nivel 0,01 de margen de error (bilateral) y al 99% de confiabilidad de los datos de la muestra de análisis en la investigación el mismo que tiene relevancia en función a los objetivos e hipótesis de investigación, del mismo modo al correlacionar variables de estudio los resultados demuestran que la r = 0,982 y ajustado la r = 0,96 cuya correlación es positiva medianamente alta, se valida la hipótesis de trabajo y se rechaza hipótesis nula

Relación entre el aprendizaje cooperativo y aprendizaje significativo del área de personal social del 5to grado nivel primaria de las Instituciones Educativas - UGEL 01 - Villa el Salvador, 2015

En la presente investigación el problema fue ¿De qué manera se relaciona el aprendizaje cooperativo y el aprendizaje significativo del área de personal social del 5º grado nivel primaria de las instituciones educativas - UGEL 01 - ¿Villa El Salvador, 2015? La investigación establece la relación de dos variables de estudio: El aprendizaje cooperativo y el aprendizaje significativo en el área de personal social, cuyo objetivo analizado fue determinar la relación del aprendizaje cooperativo y el aprendizaje significativo del área de personal social del 5to del Nivel Primaria de las instituciones educativas distrito de Villa El Salvador 2015. La población estuvo constituida por 600 estudiantes de las instituciones educativas de la U.G.E.L.No.01 de las cuales la muestra la constituyen 180 alumnos, entre los métodos de muestreo se eligió el aleatorio simple, cuyo diseño es correlacional causal cuyo instrumento que se utilizó para cada variable fue 16 ítems para la primera variable y 12 items para la segunda variable, el instrumento que se constató fue confiable y validados por el juicio de expertos y la fórmula de alfa de cronbach. La investigación ha estado en concordancia con los objetivos e hipótesis, la hipótesis se sometió a prueba correspondiente cuyos resultados de la correlación de Pearson es significativa al nivel 0,01 de margen de error (bilateral) y al 74.7% de confiabilidad de los datos de la muestra de análisis en la investigación el mismo que tiene relevancia en función a los objetivos e hipótesis de investigación

Gender Pay Equity In Times Of Pandemic COVID-19: a Systematic Literature Review

Purpose: Building on previous research on gender pay equality, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the pandemic by determining whether or not it has increased existing pay discrepancies and whether or not it has caused pay inequalities in the workplace.   Research methodology: The method of systematic review of the literature and its guidelines has been used, which includes the following seven steps: Raise the research problems, select the sources and search strategies, establish the selection criteria, study selection, Quality evaluation , data extraction strategies and data synthesis, of research on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the gender wage gap.   Findings: The data analysis shows the main publication medium where the articles were disseminated has a total of ten articles, becoming an important reference and where the main cause of the salary gap was the work carried out by women was the undervaluation compared to that carried out For men, a second factor is the report of fewer job opportunities.   Research limitations: The information in this page may be extrapolated to all of our facilities. Nonetheless, further research is needed to corroborate these conclusions. The data comes from several sources, making bias less likely.   Practical implications: The study suggests that labor organizations review their practices regarding the incorporation of their workers, with due respect for equality between men and women, understanding that both have the same opportunities, rights and, furthermore, that they must be evaluated based on the capacity development.   Originality/Value: This study whose selection criteria of a large number of investigations of the main databases, led us to the analysis of sixty scientific articles, answering the research questions and establishing significant conclusions on the subject matter

ICT STRATEGIC PLAN BASED ON KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT FOR BASIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

La presente investigación está dirigida a las instituciones de educación básica. El propósito de la misma fue proponer un plan Estratégico en TIC basado en la Gestión del Conocimiento, permitiendo con esto conformar líneas o planes estratégicos que incorporen a los docentes en el uso de las tecnologías de información y comunicación, y lograr que ellos mismos sean capaces de incentivar a los estudiantes en el logro de los objetivos educativos. En cuanto a la metodología empleada en la investigación, se trabajó con un estudio de campo descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental de enfoque cuantitativo, donde se tuvo una muestra de 24 profesores. De igual manera se emplearon diversas técnicas de recolección de datos como la entrevista y encuesta, obteniendo como resultado que el plan demuestra gran efectividad para una efectiva gestión del conocimiento

Undamped, Damped and Forced Motion, Physical Simulation with the Geogebra Tool

Currently due to the pandemic situation that has affected the world community without distinction of languages, customs and creeds, technology was incorporated massively to achieve the continuity of progress in research, and development of culture and academic education, through this progress. As an introduction we can mention that this research is achieved by the need to do physics using other tools easy to manipulate with basic programming knowledge, likewise in the repositories there are many other studies that applied computationally the development of simulations of different physical phenomena. The method to use is the GeoGebra tools applying the basic syntax that is obtained by entering the equations in the input bar of the GeoGebra software already preset, being these equations calculated many times by students using differential equations, which obtains the solution equation dependent on mass and time, in this way the simulation, undamped, damped and forced motion are achieved, with the aim to show in this research that physics can be done using tools for academic use, due to this software is not exactly a research tool, but it can simulate phenomena that have already been shown in experimental and computational laboratories. The results obtained are very interesting since they present an originality in its simulation in an objective way showing dynamically the oscillation and the appearance of the functions that correspond to it in the development of the movement of the spring mass system

Artificial Intelligence in Engineering and Computer Science Learning: Systematic Review Article

Until the present, the technology has made students and teachers to object in its use, the quick development of it in engineering has been possible by the appearance of the covid-19, the objective of this investigation is to respond to the following question: why engineering and computer science students would have to learn artificial intelligence? It can be said that the students learning of these disciplines study or develop competences like the creation of: A.I. in mechanics, robotics, biological sciences, physical sciences, etc., from where they could develop, such as the advanced neural networks. The method used for this research is the PRISMA which allowed through the keyword of A.I. and Computer Science in the database of Scopus, Wos, World Wide Science, Scielo, Dialnet, from where we then have a large number of research articles that will have to be filtered, having as a result in the first search 321 952 articles, which were then filtered at various times until reaching the number of 320 429 filtered articles leaving us with 37 of them related or linked to research on A.I. and computer science. In conclusion, A.I. applied by engineering schools of all specialties has granted the development for companies and technological contributions to the new digital culture. &nbsp
