Letter from the Governor of Overijssel Province to the Mayor of Ommen

The Governor of Overijssel Province wrote the Mayor of Ommen that he heard that the Rev. Albertus C. Van Raalte had been released. His arrest had not been based on legal grounds although Van Raalte was thought to have been imprudent.
