    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar servis atas permainan bolavoli melalui model pembelajaran STAD. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis & McTaggart dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut: Perencanaan (plan), Pelaksanaan tindakan (action), Pengamatan (observe), Perbaikan atau refleksi (reflect). Subjek dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X1 SMA Negeri 1 Kediri dengan jumlah 24 siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan, instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi servis atas bolavoli. Data hasil unjuk kerja servis atas bolavoli siklus I dan test siklus II, hasil ditentukan berdasarkan ketuntasan individu, ketuntasan klasikal. rerata kemampuan siswa. Peningkatan prosentase  ketuntasan belajar siklus pertama ke siklus kedua yaitu sebesar 46,925%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulan bahwa penerapan model belajar kooperatif Student Team Archievement Division (STAD) efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar servis atas bolavoli pada siswa kelas X.1 SMA Negeri 1 Kediri

    Tujuan Penelitian adalah mendapatkan data yang empiris tentang kontribusi kecepatan dan kelentukan terhadap hasil menggiring bola di SMK Pemuda Papar. Sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Putra ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMK Pemuda Papar. jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 siswa. Dalam pengolahan data didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kecepatan terhadap hasil menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola, dengan hasil perhitungan data statistik r-hitung : - 0.86 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kelentukan terhadap hasil menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola, dengan hasil perhitungan data statistik r-hitung : - 0.38 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kecepatan dan kelentukan terhadap hasil menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola, dengan hasil perhitungan data statistik r-hitung : 0.985 pada taraf signifikan 5%. Dengan melihat analisa hasil dalam penelitian maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada kontribusi antara kecepatan dan kelentukan terhadap hasil menggiring bola dalam permainan sepakbola.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan  ketrampilan shooting mulai dari sikap awal, impact kaki dengan bola dan gerak lanjutan setelah melakukan permainan modifikasi. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 3 Sugio Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah lembar observasi dan catatan lapangan analisa data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterampilan melakukan teknik shooting siswa kelas VII A SMP Negeri 3 Sugio mengalami peningkatan. Hasil observasi awal dari teknik shooting sikap awal dengan tingkat  kesalahan 48,24%, teknik shooting impact kaki dengan bola dengan tingkat kesalahan 59,64% dan teknik gerak lanjutan sikap akhir dengan tingkat kesalahan 47%. Hasil tindakan siklus 1 dari teknik sikap awal dengan tingkat kesalahan 29%, teknik saat shooting dengan tingkat kesalahan 40% dan teknik sikap akhir dengan tingkat kesalahan 35%. Hasil tindakan siklus 2 dari teknik sikap awal tingkat kesalahanya 11%, teknik saat shooting dengan tingkat kesalahan 15% dan teknik sikap akhir dengan tingkat kesalahan 11%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa shooting sepakbola dengan permainan modifikasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan hasil belajar shooting sepakboal siswa kelas VIIASMP Negeri 3 Sugi

    This study aims to improve the heading ball skills in soccer games through heading learning methods. This research is action research. The research subjects were class X.OTO.1 students of SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu, which consisted of 28 male students and the analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of recapitulation between cycles after going through the implementation of heading learning methods in the second cycle shows that the skill of heading balls in soccer games in class X.OTO.1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu has an increase, it is shown from the results in cycle I there are 5 students (17.9%) on a scale of 4 (good) and increased to 10 students (35.7%), resulting in an increase of 17.8% (35.7% - 17.9%). Likewise on the value scale 3 (medium category) shows that in the first cycle there were 10 students (35.7%) and increased to 18 students (64.3%) so that an increase of 28.6% (64.3% - 35, 7%). Thus it can be concluded that through the heading learning method carried out in the second cycle has an increase of 46.4% (17.8% + 28.6%) on heading skills in soccer games in class X.OTO.1 students in Vocational High School 2 Somba Opu. The results of the study concluded that: there was an increase in ball heading skills in soccer games through the heading learning method in class X.OTO.1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Somba Opu

    The importance of lower passing in the game of volleyball to get the maximum achievement and considering the type of passing training program walled and passing using hanging balls is a method that can be used to improve passing underhand in volleyball games, this study aims to determine the effect of walled passing and passing exercises using hanging balls on lower passing skills at PGRI Jogorogo Junior High School, Ngawi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is experimental research, the research design uses a randomized control group pretest-posttest, the sample is 39 people, while the data on volleyball passing underhand skills are collected using the lower passing test instrument. The data analysis technique used is an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 which showed that there were differences in the method of passing exercises on the wall and passing using hanging balls against the bottom passing skills of volleyball, this was seen from the average value of the pretest and posttest of the walled passing group of 9.62 compared to the passing group using hanging balls with an average value of 4.31. Where is seen from the difference with an average value of 5,31

    This research is a field experimental study with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population is all students of the Faculty of Sport Science, Jambi State University with SportsTraining Education samples with a sampling technique is a proportional sampling of 40 people. The data analysis technique used is Analysis of Variance (ANAVA) at a significant level of 95%. By looking at the existing problems, the results obtained from the data processing shows that: there is no significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 0.939> Ft = 4.11). There is a significant difference between the power of high limb muscle explosions with low limb muscle explosiveness to the ability of heading balls in football (Fo = 17,976> Ft = 4.11). For athletes who have high leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between goal jump training and side lomato training on ball heading abilities in football (to = 6.034> tt = 1.73). For athletes who have low leg muscle explosive power, there is a significant difference in effect between hurdles and side jump exercises on heading ball abilities in football (to = 12,357> tt = 1.73)

    The importance of agility and speed in football players in an effort to get maximum achievement and considering the type of Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) training program, is a method that can be used to increase agility and speed, this study aims to determine the effect of speed, agility, quickness (SAQ) training on agility and speed in football extracurricular students of SMK PGRI 9 Ngawi Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is experimental research, the research design uses rondomized control group pretest-posttest, the sample is 30 people, while agility data is collected using the Illinois agility test instrument and the 20-meter running test. The data analysis technique used is an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 which shows that there is an influence of speed, agility, quickness (saq) training on agility and speed in extracurricular football students of SMK PGRI 9 Ngawi Regency, This is seen from the average pre-test and posttest values of speed, agility, quickness (saq) training has a change of 2.71 to agility and 2.41 to speed, it can be concluded that the speed training method,  Agility, Quickness (SAQ) is better for increasing agility

    This research is based on the observations and experiences of researchers, that not all elementary schools in the district know or do gymnastics in general, specifically artistic gymnastics. The problems in this problem are: 1) How big is the contribution of Motor Educability to the ability to do the flic-flac movement? 2) How big is Eye-Hand-Foot Coordination to the ability to do the flic-flac movement? 3) How much do you contribute and are confident in doing the flic-flac movement? 4) Is there a joint contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence to the ability to perform flic-flac movements? 5) Among the contributions of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence, which one has the biggest role in the ability to perform artistic gymnastics flic-flac movements? Scientific work, as material to be studied, by further researchers. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative research study whose data is in the form of numbers. Using independent and dependent variables. Instruments that have been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results that have been obtained, it shows that the contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence, the ability to perform flic-flac movements of students will increase. A teacher can explain motor educability clearly so that students can understand it. The ability to perform the student's flic-flac movement will decrease if the student's eye-hand and foot coordination are not balanced so that it can be at risk of causing injury. The maturity level of motor educability and self-confidence is high, it will be easier for you to do the flic-flac movement. The lower eye-hand-foot coordination will affect increasing the possibility of injury to students. Based on the conclusions of the research, it is suggested that there is a relationship between the contribution of motor educability, coordination, and self-confidence to the ability to perform extracurricular artistic gymnastics flic-flac at SDN Kayen I Bandarkedungmulyo, Jombang

    The Increase in VO2 Max and Passing Using Exercise Small-Sided Game 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 On Football Players

    The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in vo2max and passing skills using small-sided games 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 exercises in soccer players. This study uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is experimental research, the sample used is 51 football players in Trenggalek under-14 who were selected randomly, this research was carried out in Trenggalek district, namely the Siwalan field, Sumbergedong field, and Sumberagung field, the instrument in the study This study uses a multistage fitness test and a passing test in football, data analysis uses the Manova test. The results showed that there was a difference between the small-sided games 3 vs 3 exercise group and the 6 vs 6 small-sided games group to increase vo2max with a sig value. 0.031 < 0.05, and there is a difference between the small-sided games 3 vs 3 practice group and the 6 vs 6 small-sided games group to improve passing with a sig value of 0.027 < 0.05. It can be concluded that overall small-side game exercises 3 vs 3 and 6 vs 6 can increase vo2max and passing for football players
