THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE STRATEGIC PLANNING IN BANK MARKETING
The paper aims to highlight the strategic planning role and place in bank marketing, define the concepts of strategic planning and marketing planning and the tactical planning, marketing plan and marketing program. In this context, the author emphasize the strategic marketing planning process and its implementation stages (defining the specific mission, environmental analysis, formulation of objectives, strategies, action plans and programs, implementation, testing, overhaul and performance evaluation). Also, are reviewed organizational and decision levels specific for the strategic planning, higher organizational level, strategic unit level and operational level and the criteria considered in formulating objectives: acceptability, flexibility, motivating character, clarity, feasibility and compatibility.marketing plan; marketing planning; strategic planning; tactical planning; marketing program; higher organizational level; unit level strategic; operational level
Band-edge diagrams for strained III-V semiconductor quantum wells, wires, and dots
We have calculated band-edge energies for most combinations of zincblende
AlN, GaN, InN, GaP, GaAs, InP, InAs, GaSb and InSb in which one material is
strained to the other. Calculations were done for three different geometries,
quantum wells, wires, and dots, and mean effective masses were computed in
order to estimate confinement energies. For quantum wells, we have also
calculated band-edges for ternary alloys. Energy gaps, including confinement,
may be easily and accurately estimated using band energies and a simple
effective mass approximation, yielding excellent agreement with experimental
results. By calculating all material combinations we have identified novel and
interesting material combinations, such as artificial donors, that have not
been experimentally realized. The calculations were perfomed using
strain-dependent k-dot-p theory and provide a comprehensive overview of band
structures for strained heterostructures.Comment: 9 pages, 17 figure

The importance of finance and banking marketing in the present conditions
Taking into consideration the complexity and dynamics of economic and social life, in general, and especially actual environment which the economic entities and, particularly, the financial and economic crisis facing humanity, the role and the importance of marketing in the financial-banking activities is growing. This role is referring at: actual economic and social dynamism, providing financial and banking liquidity, managing financial and banking risk and customer operations. Responsible for the increased importance of the current banking and financial marketing are factors such as: significant increase in the services sector, in general, and banking one, in particular; complexity and dynamic of marketing environment, especially, the banking sector, increased competition regarding this area and, not least, the effects of the current crisis. In such a context, significant efforts are required towards the improvement of marketing activity, both macroeconomic and banking units in each part

Model for Innovation through Information Network Sharing
Nowadays the extinction of financial, economical, scientific globalization urge the companies to new methods of accessing information in order to have an adequate management, answering to the market request. This article aims to discuss how innovation influences the firmsâ profitability while protecting the environment. It also analyze how open innovation, environmental innovation and social innovation will contribute to the improvement of global economy and the environment protection. This should be an aim for every person who wants to breath clean air to drink clean water, to spend leisure time in an unpolluted environment, to preserve the nature for future generation.  The authors propose a model of innovation through information network sharing
