Promotion and prevention of psychosocial risks in the veterinary aggreciates vepa Norte De Santander

El presente estudio se desarrolla con la Asociación Médica Colombiana de Veterinarios (VEPA) la cual se realizó a través de forma virtual dado las condiciones de bioseguridad que se deben mantener a raíz de la pandemia. Para recopilar la información, se tomó como referente la Resolución 2646 del 2008, la batería de riesgo psicosocial propuesta por la Dirección de Riesgos Profesionales del Ministerio de Protección Social y la Universidad Javeriana, del cual se tomaron los cuestionarios de perfil sociodemográfico, factores de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral y extra laboral. La población objeto de estudio fue de 70 personas, agremiadas en (VEPA) Norte de Santander. Como principales resultados se observó que los participantes presentan niveles de riesgo significativos en los factores extra laborales más que en los intralaborales, lo cual puede repercutir significativamente en el desempeño de sus labores. Se concluye que se deben implementar más a menudo herramientas que permitan ampliar el conocimiento del comportamiento del riesgo psicosocial en las organizaciones.The present study is developed with the Colombian Medical Association of Veterinarians (VEPA) which was carried out virtually due to the biosecurity conditions that must be maintained as a result of the pandemic. To compile the information, Resolution 2646 of 2008, the psychosocial risk battery proposed by the Directorate of Professional Risks of the Ministry of Social Protection and the Javeriana University were used as reference, from which the questionnaires of sociodemographic profile, intralaboral and extra labor psychosocial risk factors were taken.
