Features of the seasonal dynamics of airborne fungal spore concentrations in Ukraine

Fungi represent a distinct kingdom of ubiquitous living beings. Most other organisms are constantly in contact with elements of the fungal body. In particular, the widespread vegetation of fungi in the environment, their sporulation and the further spread of spores and mycelia by air currents make the contact of fungal particles with human respiratory organs inevitable. This can lead to the development of sensitization and allergies. Therefore, the aim of the presented study was to determine the taxonomy of airborne fungal spores, the qualitative and quantitative changes in this composition at different times of the year compared with previous sporulation seasons, as well as the prevention of allergic diseases. The study of fungal sporulation was carried out from 2011 to 2021 by volumetric method using Burkard trap of a Hirst type in a 24-hour mode (from February to November). The device was installed on the roof of the chemical building of the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University, Vinnytsya. Reading of the microscopic slides obtained from air samples was carried out using light microscopes with a magnification of 400 and 1000 by the method of 12 vertical transects. It was found that spores of various taxonomic groups of fungi, namely, of Asco- and Basidiomycetes were observed throughout the growing season from March to October with the highest concentrations in mid and late summer. Thus, in June, July and August, peak concentrations of spores of the fungi Ganoderma, Coprinus, Cladosporium were observed; in July, September and October – of Ustilaginales; from July to November – of Alternaria, Epicoccum; in October – of different Basidiospores, and also Periconia, Stemphylium and Uredinales; in September – of Agrocybe. Among all studied micromycetes, concentrations of Cladosporium spores were the highest. However, significant sporulation persisted even in the autumn period, which made fungal spores a specific causative agent of airborne respiratory diseases at this time, especially against the background of low pollen concentrations. Climate change can lead to modification in the length of the fungal growing season. This information should be taken into account when predicting the symptoms of seasonal allergies in the population

Sociocultural Adaptation of Labor Migrants: Factors and Prospects

Migration is a complex social process, which is not limited to territorial movement. It includes economic, labor, psychological, cultural and other aspects. In this regard, adaptation processes are an important goal of the study. They can be either successful or unsuccessful. It depends on many conditions that are classified into external and internal. The aim of the article is to analyze these factors affecting the adaptation process. The study of subjective factors of adaptation is associated with the internal motivation, attitudes, goals and motives of migrants moving in another country. The article focuses on the steps and levels of migrants integration in the host society. The determining influence on the dynamics of adaptation processes is provided by migration policy that regulates migration flows. The adaptation process itself seems either multilevel, progressive, otherwise it ends at some stage. The purpose of the article is precisely to reveal the passage of adaptation steps and levels, mainly of labor migrants located in Russia

The Global Partnership as a Means to Improve the Quality of Education in the World

The article is aimed at researching global partnership as a means of improving the quality of education in the world in a way of providing sustainable development. The carried out research helped to define the essence and features of global partnership in order to improve the quality of education in the world, together with defining the mission, principles and objectives of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), analyzing the main indicators of the GPE activities in 2013–2017. It is determined that thanks to global partnership as to improving the quality of education in the world there is an increase in the number of children receiving education, also there is an increased funding for education and improving the quality of the latter. The main strategic objectives remain ensuring further growth in the number of children receiving education, addressing gender issues in education, the need to improve teacher training, efficient use of financial resources and the further development of global partnership in the sphere of education to attract more partners. Prospects for further research in this sphere are analysis of details as to activity of the Global Partnership for Education in different countries

РОЗРАХУНОК ПРОЦЕСУ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ КОНДЕНСАТОРНИХ УСТАНОВОК В РОЗПОДІЛЬЧІ МЕРЕЖІ ЕНЕРГОСИСТЕМИ

The method of step-by-step introduction of condenser installations (CI) in the distributive networks of gridis offered; it enables to take into account their limited financial possibilities and to get the maximal declineof losses of electric power. It is shown that the indemnification of reactive power ought to be conducted in thefirst instance due to introduction of CI in the users network.Предложено метод поэтапного внедрения конденсаторных установок (КУ) в распределительные сети энергосистемы, который дает возможность учитывать их ограниченные финансовые возможности и получать максимальное снижение потерь электроэнергии. Показано, что впервую очередь компенсацию реактивной мощности необходимо проводить за счет внедренияКУ в сети потребителей.Запроповано метод поетапного впровадження конденсаторних установок (КУ) в розподільчі мережі енергосистеми, який дає можливість враховувати їх обмежені фінансові можливості і одержувати максимальне зниження втрат електроенергії. Показано, що в першу чергу компенсацію реактивної потужності необхідно проводити за рахунок впровадження КУ в мережі споживачів

У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано використання нейром’язової електрофонопедичної стимуляції у пацієнтів із дисфонічним синдромом після операційного лікування з приводу захворювань щитоподібної залози. Ступінь та вид порушення з боку гортанних нервів на різних етапах лікування визначали за допомогою фіброларингоскопії, акустичного аналізу голосу, визначенням якості голосу (VHI-30). Using Cloud Service Onedrive in the Educational Process of the University

Метою дослідження є аналіз хмарного сервісу OneDrive. Завданням дослідження є аналіз функціональних можливостей хмарного сервісу OneDrive та визначення засобів їх реалізація у навчальному процесі у ВНЗ. Об’єктом дослідження є хмарний сервіс OneDrive, предметом дослідження є його інструменти та засоби, що використовуються в навчальному процесі ВНЗ. Активний розвиток інформаційних технології направлений на формування нових підходів та методик викладання дисциплін у ВНЗ. Використання інформаційних технологій в освітньому процесі орієнтоване на вироблення індивідуального підходу до кожного студента. У статті розглянуто основні хвилі міграції української діаспори до Канади, її підтримка та величезний внесок у становлення української незалежної держави.The history kept for us names of the first Ukrainian, arrived to Canada in 1891. These are residents of the village of Nebylov in the Western Ukraine Ivan Filippov and Vasily Elenyak. The Ukrainian immigration to Canada gains mass scope only after 1896, in many respects thanks to efforts of the galitsky agronomist Osip Oleskov who sent a big flow of the Ukrainian immigrants from villages of the Western Ukraine instead of Brazil to Canada. During the first wave of the Ukrainian immigration to Canada which is considered the largest and occurred between 1891 and 1914, in the country lodged more than 170 thousand Ukrainian. The second wave of Ukrainian immigration to Canada occurred in the interwar period, especially between 1924 and 1930. The third wave of Ukrainian immigration to Canada was due to political reasons and lasted from 1947 to 1954. Many of these immigrants were political refugees, which made this wave overtly politicized. In the early 1990s began the fourth wave of Ukrainian immigration to Canada, which continues today.
