The causal connection of the emergence and development of sport and its history were considered in thisarticle, and the analysis of the nature of sport andphysical culture in the modern society was made. Substantiated the necessity and importance of sports andphysical education at the present stage of the societydevelopment. Some factors that prevent globalizationand widespread dissemination of sport and physicalculture were introduced. Possible ways of solvingthese problems were put forward, highlighted motivational sphere on the formation of the active positionin the field of healthy lifestyle. The author conducted the study, which analyzed the following factors: how often respondents are engaged in sports and physicalculture, and that gives them the sport in addition to thegood physical form - data systematized and presented.Рассмотреныпричинно-следственныесвязивозникновенияиразвития спорта вистории егостановления, проведенанализсущностиспортаифизической культуры в современном обществе. ARTICLE RETRACTEDThe article reviewed the importance and necessity of sport and physical education at the present stage. The article describes the trend of health deterioration of young people as the consequence of a wrong lifestyle, alcohol, tobacco products, narcotic drugs‘use. The reasons of disregard for the healthy lifestyle and the consequences of misuse of the daily routine are presented.The reasons of the emergence and sport development and its history, the analysis of sport nature and physical education in the modern society were also considered in this article. It is shown the necessity and importance of sports and physical education at the present stage of the society development. Electronic gaming technologies in professional education

Purpose of the article: analysis of the experience of implementing electronic gaming technologies in professional education. Methodology: an increase in the use of innovative electronic tools (in percentage) over a five-year period was revealed, a survey was conducted, which made it possible to establish the influence of electronic gaming technologies on the formation of digital and professional competencies of students of higher educational institutions. The article deals with the innovative activity of the physical education and sport departmentin the computer technology application in the educational process of physical education.Internet provides an overview of educational materials on physical training for universitystudents. Relevance of the study is confirmed with the strategic direction of the project«MESI - smart-University». The article purpose is to identify opportunities for e-learning in physical education, summarize the experience of using computer resources in physicaleducation and get an idea of the electronic content on physical culture for students. The results of the study may be useful for the organization of open, distance, electronic learningin physical culture, as well as the creation of electronic teaching materials and courses inthe discipline, in particular e-learning course «Physical training» for students of economics.Встатьераскрытаинновационнаядеятельностькафедрыфизическоговоспитания и спорта в области применения компьютерных технологий в учебном процессе физического воспитания. Observation of narrow baryon resonance decaying into pKs0pK^0_s in pA-interactions at 70GeV/c70 GeV/c with SVD-2 setup

SVD-2 experiment data have been analyzed to search for an exotic baryon state, the $\Theta^+$-baryon, in a $pK^0_s$ decay mode at $70 GeV/c$ on IHEP accelerator. The reaction $pA \to pK^0_s+X$ with a limited multiplicity was used in the analysis. The $pK^0_s$ invariant mass spectrum shows a resonant structure with $M=1526\pm3(stat.)\pm 3(syst.) MeV/c^2$ and $\Gamma < 24 MeV/c^2$. The statistical significance of this peak was estimated to be of $5.6 \sigma$. The mass and width of the resonance is compatible with the recently reported $\Theta^+$- baryon with positive strangeness which was predicted as an exotic pentaquark ($uudd\bar{s}$) baryon state. The total cross section for $\Theta^+$ production in pN-interactions for $X_F\ge 0$ was estimated to be $(30\div120) \mu b$ and no essential deviation from A-dependence for inelastic events $(\sim A^{0.7})$ was found.Comment: 8 pages, 7 figures, To be submitted to Yadernaya Fizika. v3-v5 - Some references added, minor typos correcte

Immunolocalization of Influenza A Virus and Markers of Inflammation in the Human Parkinson's Disease Brain

Although much is known regarding the molecular mechanisms leading to neuronal cell loss in Parkinson's disease (PD), the initiating event has not been identified. Prevailing theories including a chemical insult or infectious agent have been postulated as possible triggers, leading to neuroinflammation. We present immunohistochemical data indicating the presence of influenza A virus within the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) from postmortem PD brain sections. Influenza A virus labeling was identified within neuromelanin granules as well as on tissue macrophages in the SNpc. Further supporting a role for neuroinflammation in PD was the identification of T-lymphocytes that colocalized with an antibody to caspase-cleaved Beclin-1 within the SNpc. The presence of influenza A virus together with macrophages and T-lymphocytes may contribute to the neuroinflammation associated with this disease
