SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONDITIONS FOR THE APPLICATION OF EVENT TECHNOLOGIES IN PUBLIC POLICY AND MANAGEMENT

The specificity of public administration is the implementation of social objectives, as it requires the use of effective means of administrative influence, adequate to the needs of the information society. In such circumstances, the concept of event management can be considered as an effective form of interaction between public authorities and the population. The aim of the study is to find ways to increase the effectiveness of public administration bodies through the use of event-marketing and event management technologies. The paper analyses the modern state of the theory and practice of event management in the activities of bodies of public administration. The emphasis is placed on finding of socio-economic determinants that contribute to the need to implement effective models of event-management in activities of government bodies and local self-government. It was determined that the use of event management logically reflects the content of the activities of public authorities in the information society. There is the combination of communicative functions and services for the modern system of public administration.The main prerequisites for the implementation of conceptions of events in the activities of the authorities are the population, the landmark authorities for consumer services as a full participant, relations in the sphere of power, an increase in demand for the combination of entertainment and social elements, the need to increase the population to overcome the political and social absenteeism.

The replication initiator of the cholera pathogen's second chromosome shows structural similarity to plasmid initiators

Abstract The conserved DnaA-oriC system is used to initiate replication of primary chromosomes throughout the bacterial kingdom; however, bacteria with multipartite genomes evolved distinct systems to initiate replication of secondary chromosomes. In the cholera pathogen, Vibrio cholerae, and in related species, secondary chromosome replication requires the RctB initiator protein. Here, we show that RctB consists of four domains. The structure of its central two domains resembles that of several plasmid replication initiators. RctB contains at least three DNA binding winged-helix-turn-helix motifs, and mutations within any of these severely compromise biological activity. In the structure, RctB adopts a head-to-head dimeric configuration that likely reflects the arrangement in solution. Therefore, major structural reorganization likely accompanies complex formation on the head-to-tail array of binding sites in oriCII. Our findings support the hypothesis that the second Vibrionaceae chromosome arose from an ancestral plasmid, and that RctB may have evolved additional regulatory features

Російська військова агресія, часткове знищення навчального фонду, велика кількість переселенців та багатогодинні відключення електроенергії унеможливлюють процес якісної ініціації, як наживо, так і онлайн. Ця монографія покликана акцентувати увагу на складних і, водночас, важливих викликах освітнього середовища, які, у свою чергу, можуть змінити майбутнє нашої країни.Экономический успех развитых стран, как показывает практика, достигается за счет развития образования и научных исследований, которые быстро осваиваются. Однако его долгосрочное развитие требует государственной поддержки. Опыт государственной поддержки и развития образования в передовых странах мира может быть полезен для Украины, которая нуждается в реформировании системы образования и построении инновационной экономики. Но здесь нужно четко представлять проблемы, которые возникнут, и находить пути их решения. Решение проблем образовательного пространства в настоящее время осложнено полномасштабной войной и состоянием пандемии, при котором COVID-19 получил постоянную «прописку» в современном мире. Актуальность исследования определяется ростом количества проблем в образовании, вызванных внешними и внутренними факторами, важностью обеспечения качественного образования на всех уровнях и поддержки межвузовского сотрудничества. Российская военная агрессия, частичное уничтожение образовательного фонда, большое количество мигрантов и многочасовые отключения электроэнергии делают невозможным процесс качественной инициации как вживую, так и онлайн. The experience of providing state support and development of education in advanced countries of the world can be useful for Ukraine, which needs to reform the education system and build an innovative economy. But here you need to clearly imagine the problems that will arise and find ways to solve them. Solutions to the problems of the educational space are currently complicated by a full-scale war and the pandemic state, under which COVID-19 has received a permanent "registration" in the modern world. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing number of problems in education caused by external and internal factors, the importance of ensuring quality education at all levels and supporting inter-university cooperation. Technical Competence of the Future Teacher of Labor Education and Technology as a Basis of Preparedness for Professional Activity

Сформовану технічну компетентність майбутнього вчителя трудового навчання та технології можна вважати ідеальним результатом професійної підготовки, тобто у здобувача повноцінно опановані знання про конструкційні матеріали (характеристика, критерії, добування, способи обробки), сформовані вміння конструявати вироби, ураховуячи властивості матеріалів, здійснявати економічний обрахунок під час підбору матеріалів для проюкту, вибору способу обробки конструкційних матеріалів із послідовністя технологічних операцій, використовувати вторинні матеріали та набуті творчі навички для праці під час професійної діяльності.The article is devoted to the theoretical study of the relevance of the formation of technical competence in the future teacher of labor training and technology during the first stage of higher education. The formed technical competence of the future teacher of labor training and technology can be considered as an ideal result of professional training, i.e. the applicant has fully mastered knowledge of construction materials (characteristics, criteria, extraction, processing methods), formed skills to design products taking into account the properties of materials, to make economic calculations when selecting materials for the project, choosing the method of processing construction materials with a sequence of technological operations, use secondary materials and acquired creative skills for work during professional activities. Modern higher education works in the direction of finding a solution to the problem of effective formation of competencies in the applicant. This is due to a new stage in the development of education, reviewing and amending the content of education in secondary education institutions to create a favorable educational environment for the development of secondary education, expanding the range of interests and positive interest in learning new things that will form certain life competencies. The national development of education in Ukraine is aimed at implementing the project “New Ukrainian School”, which will fully create conditions for the educational process in which children can express themselves creatively as individuals and form key competencies for dynamic integration of knowledge, skills, acquired skills to be able to evaluate other views, values and personal qualities, which will be the basis for successful further educational activities. The future teacher must be a professional in his field, have developed competencies, experience and pedagogical skills, i.e. be ready to form key competencies in the applicant for secondary education
