Finite groups whose maximal subgroups have the hall property
We study the structure of finite groups whosemaximal subgroups have the Hall property. We prove that such a group G has at most one non-Abelian composition factor, the solvable radical S(G) admits a Sylow series, the action of G on sections of this series is irreducible, the series is invariant with respect to this action, and the quotient group G/S(G) is either trivial or isomorphic to PSL2(7), PSL2(11), or PSL5(2). As a corollary, we show that every maximal subgroup of G is complemented. © 2013 Allerton Press, Inc
Coulomb singularity effects in tunnelling spectroscopy of individual impurities
Non-equilibrium Coulomb effects in resonant tunnelling processes through deep
impurity states are analyzed. It is shown that Coulomb vertex corrections to
the tunnelling transfer amplitude lead to a power-law singularity in current-
voltage characteristicsComment: 7 pages, 2 figure
Impact of Cooling Character on Structure and CTE of Cast Invar Alloy Made From Secondary Raw Materials
Metallography analysis of invar alloys made from secondary raw materials and crystallized with different cooling rates has been carried out. The study has demonstrated that velocity of crystallization has an impact on the dispersity of graphite. The higher velocity of cooling, the more dispersive graphite is. The volume percentage of graphite in alloy, crystallized with high cooling rate, is lower than compared with low cooling rate. Crystallization with low cooling rate leads to the reduction of the amount of carbon into g-phase. The coefficient of thermal expansion is basically depends on the amount of carbon into g-phase.

Влияние Лазерного Облучения на Активность Бактерий Bacillus Subtilis и Pseudomonas Fluorescens
The paper discusses the problem of increasing the activity of phytopathogen-antagonistic bacteria under the effect of laser irradiation. It has been shown that short-term treatment of cells of Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescens with coherent light can increase bacterial growth rate and improve their fungicidal activity. It ensures high efficiency of environmentally safe measures for biological monitoring of plant diseases, which is in line with the principles of organic farming.
Spiritual energy of the Russian word as a scientific challenge of humanitarian thought
The authors consider faith as a direct way to form spirituality of an individual and nation on the whole, as our main moral wealth. This problem is especially relevant in the modern world, since the most important words for national consciousness are now devaluating. The purpose of the research is to prove that the language, namely the word, has resources for creating and accumulating the spiritual potential of the native speaker. The research has been carried on the material of the Bible and the National Corpus of the Russian language (a subcorpus of literary texts published after 1950). The authors used the following research methods: the traditional general scientific methods of analysis, comparison, generalization and the new one – discourse analysis. In the course of the research two aspects of the indicated problem have been considered: the language is a spiritual essence; the word is a barometer of our understanding of the world. The study resulted in the following conclusions: the primary and the most important function of the language is the function of communication with God; the spirituality of the Russian people is formed and preserved thanks to the language, because the language contains deep transcendental meanings, almost inaccessible for rational comprehension. These meanings create and retain spirituality in the society and the individual, form the spiritual code of the nation; fulfil the sacred function of communication with God; reveals the great mystery of the world and the human soul at the same time. These provisions allow to outline the prospects for the future research within the frame- work of a new stage of the anthropocentric paradigm, which brings it closer to the theo-anthropo-cosmic paradigm as the paradigm of the future. In it, an individual begins to realize his place not above the world, but inside it
Convergence of institutes of functional representation of group interests under transformation of social processes, quality of life, and human capital
This article substantiates the influence of mechanisms, methods, and technologies of a functional representation of group interests on the strategic management of socio-economic processes in the context of geopolitical turbulenc
Areoana analysis of moss leaf cell structure of two Cyrtomnium species (Mniaceae, Bryophyta)
Two species of the moss genus Cyrtomnium were studied for the parameters of their leaf cells. The computer program AREOANA, specially designed for this kind of studies, allows involving large datasets in the analysis. In this study, it processed 81 leaves with altogether 140 000 cellsyesBelgorod State National Research Universit
Approaches to the construction of simulation model of the process optimization of rare plants microclonal propagation
The authors present approaches to constructing an imitation model for the optimization of the process of rare plants microclonal reproduction (on the example of the Belgorod region), which allow to identify the most effective ways of explants sterilization, to define the optimal composition of nutrient media for regenerants growth (tube plants) and growth regulators (phytohormones) for propagation of mini-plant
