У статті сформовано авторських підхід до планування грошових потоків банків та визначення рівня якості управління ними. Автор пропонує застосовувати комбінований підхід, за якого встановлення граничних меж значень динамічного векторного показника відбувається за допомогою методів параметричної статистики (фронтірної стохастичної моделі), а його фактичного розрахунку – на основі ранжованого ряду критеріїв.В статье сформирован авторских подход по планированию денежных потоков банков и определение уровня качества управления ими. Автор предлагает применять комбинированный подход, при котором установление предельных границ значений динамического векторного показателя происходит с помощью методов параметрической статистики (фронтирной стохастической модели), а его фактического расчета - на основе ранжированных ряда критериев.The article is dedicated to the formation of the author’s approach to planning banking cash flows and the determination of their management quality level. У статті сформовано авторський підхід щодо систематизації чинників, що впливають на діяльність банків. Доцільно при формуванні авторського підходу використати наукові розробки, присвячені систематизації чинників, що впливають на діяльність банків, оскільки грошові потоки, як було досліджено є її результатом. В результаті проведеного дослідження, автором запропоновано поділяти зовнішні чинники на чинники макро- та мікросередовища і внутрішні чинники.В статье сформирован авторский подход по систематизации факторов влияния на деятельность банков. Целесообразно при формировании авторского похода использовать научные разработки, посвященные систематизации факторов, которые влияют на денежные потоки, поскольку денежные потоки, как было исследовано являються ее деятельностью. Application of the system approach in analytical support of banking cash flow management

У статті сформовано авторських підхід щодо напрямів управління грошовими потоками через вдосконалення аналітичного забезпечення управління грошовими потоками банку з використанням системного підходу на основі вивчення елементів та розвитку організаційно – структурної та функціональної підсистеми. Використовуючи системний підхід як один із методологічних напрямків наукового дослідження економічних об’єктів, та визначаючи аналіз грошових потоків банку як систему, необхідно визначити її сутність та елементи, сформулювати принципи їх функціонування та взаємозв’язки. В результаті проведеного дослідження, автором сформульовані цілі і їх досягнення які реалізується шляхом формування ефективного аналітичного забезпечення управління видами діяльності, що генерують грошові потоки банку.В статье сформирован авторских подход в направлении управления денежными потоками через совершенствование аналитического обеспечения управления денежными потоками банка с использованием системного подхода на основе изучения элементов и развития организационно - структурной и функциональной подсистем. Используя системный подход как один из методологических направлений научного исследования экономических объектов, и определяя анализ денежных потоков банка как систему, необходимо определить ее сущность и элементы, сформулировать принципы их функционирования и взаимосвязи. В результате проведенного исследования, автором сформулированы цели и их достижение, которые реализуется путем формирования эффективного аналитического обеспечения управления видами деятельности, генерирующих денежные потоки банка.The article proposes the author’s approach regarding directions of cash flow management through the improvement of the analytical support of banking cash flow management on the basis of studying elements and the development of organizational and structural and functional subsystems, using the system approach. Applying the system approach as one of the methodological approaches of scientific research of economic entities and determining banking cash flow analysis as a system, there is a need to determine its sense and elements, to formulate principles of their functioning, and to identify their interrelations. Catalytic molecularly imprinted polymer membranes: Development of the biomimetic sensor for phenols detection

Portable biomimetic sensor devices for the express control of phenols content in water were developed. The synthetic binding sites mimicking active site of the enzyme tyrosinase were formed in the structure of free-standing molecularly imprinted polymer membranes. Molecularly imprinted polymer membranes with the catalytic activity were obtained by co-polymerization of the complex Cu (II)–catechol–urocanic acid ethyl ester with (tri)ethyleneglycoldimethacrylate, and oligourethaneacrylate. Addition of the elastic component oligourethaneacrylate provided formation of the highly cross-linked polymer with the catalytic activity in a form of thin, flexible, and mechanically stable membrane. High accessibility of the artificial catalytic sites for the interaction with the analyzed phenol molecules was achieved due to addition of linear polymer (polyethyleneglycol Mw 20,000) to the initial monomer mixture before the polymerization. As a result, typical semi-interpenetrating polymer networks (semi-IPNs) were formed. The cross-linked component of the semi-IPN was represented by the highly cross-linked catalytic molecularly imprinted polymer, while the linear one was represented by polyethyleneglycol Mw 20,000. Extraction of the linear polymer from the fully formed semi-IPN resulted in formation of large pores in the membranes’ structure. Concentration of phenols in the analyzed samples was detected using universal portable device oxymeter with the oxygen electrode in a close contact with the catalytic molecularly imprinted polymer membrane as a transducer. The detection limit of phenols detection using the developed sensor system based on polymers–biomimics with the optimized composition comprised 0.063 mM, while the linear range of the sensor comprised 0.063–1 mM. The working characteristics of the portable sensor devices were investigated. Storage stability of sensor systems at room temperature comprised 12 months (87%). Phenomenological analysis of professional identity crisis experience by teachers

The topicality of the problem under research is predetermined by the need of psychology and pedagogy for the study of the process of professional identity crisis experience by teachers and development of a system of measures for support of teachers’ pedagogical activity and professional development. The objective of the study is to describe the content of the process of professional identity crisis experience by teachers. The principal method of study of this problem is the phenomenological method, which provides for exploration of the main aspects of the experience process. The results of phenomenological method application for the analysis of professional crisis experience make it possible to state that the professional crisis issue is a specific life situation for labourer where in the alteration of the teacher’s general view of life occurs. The experience of professional identity crisis manifests itself in the polarization of evaluations of the main parameters of the professional and the Self-image (the external activity evaluation, interest in the activity, the control over professional activity and professional situations, professional prospects). Transformation of the notional field of a teacher’s consciousness and reflection (the content of the activity, relation and the proper behaviour in general) are distinguished as the mechanisms of professional crisis experience.
