    Latar belakang, sebagai petunjuk pelaksanaan Undang-undang nomor 28 Tahun 2009 Tentang Pajak Daerah, maka Pemerintah Kabupaten Tegal menerbitkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tegal nomor 2 Tahun 2014 sebagai petunjuk pelaksana dan Bupati Tegal menerbitkan Keputusan Bupati Tegal nomor 10 Tahun 2017 Tentang Perubahan kedua atas Peraturan Bupati Tegal nomor 33 Tahun 2012 Tentang Petunjuk pelaksana Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tegal nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Pajak yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Tegal ada 11 macam pajak sesuai Perda nomor 2 Tahun 2014, pasal 2 ayat (1). Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas, maka kami mengajukan skripsi dengan judul “ Peran Pajak Daerah Dalam Hubungannya Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Tegal berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tegal nomor 2 Tahun 2014 “. Jenis Penelitian bertujuan : (1) Untuk membuktikan bahwa ada Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tegal Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 berkaitan erat dengan Peningkatan Kenaikan Pajak Daerah. (2) Pengolahan pajak Daerah secara maksimal dan optimal akan mampu meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Tegal Nomor 2 Tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan, bahwa ternyata Peningkatan Penerimaan Pendapatan Pajak Daerah akan diikuti dengan Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang sangat signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal.     Self-Assembly of Supramolecules Consisting of Octyl Gallate Hydrogen Bonded to Polyisoprene-block-poly(vinylpyridine) Diblock Copolymers

    Synchrotron radiation was used to investigate the self-assembly in two comb-shaped supramolecules systems consisting of octyl gallate (OG), i.e., 1-octyl-3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate, hydrogen bonded to the pyridine groups of polyisoprene-block-poly(vinylpyridine) diblock copolymers. In the case of the 1,2-polyisoprene-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine)(OG)x system, self-assembly was only observed for x ≥0.5, where x denotes the number of OG molecules per pyridine group. For x = 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, and 1.2 the system self-assembled in the form of hexagonally ordered cylinders of P4VP(OG) throughout the entire temperature range of 25-200 °C investigated. For the 1,4-polyisoprene-block-poly(2-vinylpyridine)(OG)x system, on the other hand, a considerably more complex phase behavior was found, including the formation of cubic, hexagonally ordered cylinders and lamellar morphologies. In this case several order-order transitions were observed as a function of temperature, including a lamellar to lamellar transition involving a collapse of the layer thickness. The absence of hydrogen bonding between the octyl gallate molecules and the pyridine groups at elevated temperatures is argued to be a key factor for many of the phenomena observed.

    Chiral perturbation theory in a magnetic background - finite-temperature effects

    We consider chiral perturbation theory for SU(2) at finite temperature TT in a constant magnetic background BB. We compute the thermal mass of the pions and the pion decay constant to leading order in chiral perturbation theory in the presence of the magnetic field. The magnetic field gives rise to a splitting between Mπ0M_{\pi^0} and Mπ±M_{\pi^{\pm}} as well as between Fπ0F_{\pi^0} and Fπ±F_{\pi^{\pm}}. We also calculate the free energy and the quark condensate to next-to-leading order in chiral perturbation theory. Both the pion decay constants and the quark condensate are decreasing slower as a function of temperature as compared to the case with vanishing magnetic field. The latter result suggests that the critical temperature TcT_c for the chiral transition is larger in the presence of a constant magnetic field. The increase of TcT_c as a function of BB is in agreement with most model calculations but in disagreement with recent lattice calculations.Comment: 24 pages and 9 fig

    The speciation and genotyping of Cronobacter isolates from hospitalised patients

    The World Health Organization (WHO) has recognised all Cronobacter species as human pathogens. Among premature neonates and immunocompromised infants, these infections can be life-threatening, with clinical presentations of septicaemia, meningitis and necrotising enterocolitis. The neurological sequelae can be permanent and the mortality rate as high as 40 – 80 %. Despite the highlighted issues of neonatal infections, the majority of Cronobacter infections are in the elderly population suffering from serious underlying disease or malignancy and include wound and urinary tract infections, osteomyelitis, bacteraemia and septicaemia. However, no age profiling studies have speciated or genotyped the Cronobacter isolates. A clinical collection of 51 Cronobacter strains from two hospitals were speciated and genotyped using 7-loci multilocus sequence typing (MLST), rpoB gene sequence analysis, O-antigen typing and pulsed- field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). The isolates were predominated by C. sakazakii sequence type 4 (63 %, 32/51) and C. malonaticus sequence type 7 (33 %, 17/51). These had been isolated from throat and sputum samples of all age groups, as well as recal and faecal swabs. There was no apparent relatedness between the age of the patient and the Cronobacter species isolated. Despite the high clonality of Cronobacter , PFGE profiles differentiated strains across the sequence types into 15 pulsotypes. There was almost complete agreement between O-antigen typing and rpoB gene sequence analysis and MLST profiling. This study shows the value of applying MLST to bacterial population studies with strains from two patient cohorts, combined with PFGE for further discrimination of strains

    Trajectories of self-rated health in people with diabetes: Associations with functioning in a prospective community sample

Relatively little is known about changes and the trajectories of SRH in people with chronic medical conditions. The aims of the present study were to identify and describe longitudinal trajectories of self-rated health (SRH) status in people with diabetes. Methods: A prospective community study was carried out between 2008 and 2011. SRH was assessed at baseline and yearly at follow-ups (n=1288). Analysis was carried out through trajectory modeling. The trajectory groups were subsequently compared at 4 years follow-up with respect to functioning. Results: Four distinct trajectories of SRH were identified: 1) 72.2% of the participants were assigned to a persistently good SRH trajectory; 2) 10.1% were assigned to a persistently poor SRH trajectory; 3) mean SRH scores changed from good to poor for one group (7.3%); while 4) mean SRH scores changed from poor to medium/good for another group (10.4%). Those with a persistently poor perception of health status were at higher risk for poor functioning at 4 years follow-up than those whose SRH scores decreased from good to poor. Conclusions: SRH is an important predictor for poor functioning in diabetes, but the trajectory of SRH seems to be even more important.     Dimensionality, topology, energy, the cosmological constant, and signature change

    Using the concept of real tunneling configurations (classical signature change) and nucleation energy, we explore the consequences of an alternative minimization procedure for the Euclidean action in multiple-dimensional quantum cosmology. In both standard Hartle-Hawking type as well as Coleman type wormhole-based approaches, it is suggested that the action should be minimized among configurations of equal energy. In a simplified model, allowing for arbitrary products of spheres as Euclidean solutions, the favoured space-time dimension is 4, the global topology of spacelike slices being S1×S2{\bf S}^1 \times {\bf S}^2 (hence predicting a universe of Kantowski-Sachs type). There is, however, some freedom for a Kaluza-Klein scenario, in which case the observed spacelike slices are S3{\bf S}^3. In this case, the internal space is a product of two-spheres, and the total space-time dimension is 6, 8, 10 or 12.Comment: 34 pages, LaTeX, no figure

    Fault-tolerant formation driving mechanism designed for heterogeneous MAVs-UGVs groups

    A fault-tolerant method for stabilization and navigation of 3D heterogeneous formations is proposed in this paper. The presented Model Predictive Control (MPC) based approach enables to deploy compact formations of closely cooperating autonomous aerial and ground robots in surveillance scenarios without the necessity of a precise external localization. Instead, the proposed method relies on a top-view visual relative localization provided by the micro aerial vehicles flying above the ground robots and on a simple yet stable visual based navigation using images from an onboard monocular camera. The MPC based schema together with a fault detection and recovery mechanism provide a robust solution applicable in complex environments with static and dynamic obstacles. The core of the proposed leader-follower based formation driving method consists in a representation of the entire 3D formation as a convex hull projected along a desired path that has to be followed by the group. Such an approach provides non-collision solution and respects requirements of the direct visibility between the team members. The uninterrupted visibility is crucial for the employed top-view localization and therefore for the stabilization of the group. The proposed formation driving method and the fault recovery mechanisms are verified by simulations and hardware experiments presented in the paper

    Intermediate segregation type chain length dependence of the long period of lamellar microdomain structures of supramolecular comb-coil diblocks

    A characteristic intermediate segregation type chain length dependence of the long period D of the lamellar microdomain structure of a class of comb-coil supramolecules is reported. The supramolecular comb-coil diblock copolymers studied consist of a polystyrene (PS) “coil” block and a “comb” block of poly(4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP) either hydrogen bonded to pentadecyl phenol (PDP) (i.e., P4VP(PDP)-b-PS) or first protonated with methanesulfonic acid (MSA) and then hydrogen bonded to PDP (i.e., P4VP(MSA)(PDP)-b-PS). In both cases we find a scaling D ~ Ntotδ, δ ≈ 0.8, where Ntot denotes the total number of monomers of the P4VP-b-PS backbone. In the case of diblock copolymers this would correspond to a characteristic intermediate segregation regime behavior. Pure PS-b-P4VP, on the other hand, shows the expected strong segregation behavior D ~ Ntotδ, δ ≈ 0.7.

    Correct quantum chemistry in a minimal basis from effective Hamiltonians

    We describe how to create ab-initio effective Hamiltonians that qualitatively describe correct chemistry even when used with a minimal basis. The Hamiltonians are obtained by folding correlation down from a large parent basis into a small, or minimal, target basis, using the machinery of canonical transformations. We demonstrate the quality of these effective Hamiltonians to correctly capture a wide range of excited states in water, nitrogen, and ethylene, and to describe ground and excited state bond-breaking in nitrogen and the chromium dimer, all in small or minimal basis sets

    In-situ SAXS study on the alignment of ordered systems of comb-shaped supramolecules:A shear-induced cylinder-to-cylinder transition

    A tooth rheometer, designed to investigate in-situ the influence of large-amplitude oscillatory shear on the macroscopic orientation of complex fluids, is used to study the alignment of two supramolecular systems composed of a polyisoprene-block-poly(2-vinylpyi-idine) block copolymer with octyl gallate (OG) hydrogen bonded to the vinylpyridine block. The molecular ratio x between OG and pyridine groups in these two PI-b-P2VP(OG)(x) systems is 0.50 and 0.75, respectively. In both cases, a hexagonally ordered cylindrical self-assembly was revealed by small-angle X-ray scattering in a broad temperature range. The spacing of the hexagonal structure decreases significantly on heating and reversibly increases on cooling. In in-situ SAXS experiments, performed with the tooth rheometer, a gradual macroscopic alignment of the nanoscale structure is observed on heating for both supramolecular systems. The most striking feature is a shear-induced transition from one hexagonal structure to another, more aligned, hexagonal structure observed for PI-b-P2VP(OG)0.75 in the temperature range 120-140degreesC. The transition is accompanied by an abrupt reduction of the domain spacing and additionally by a decrease of the phase angle measured by the rheometer. In the PI-b-P2V-P(OG)(0.5) system a comparable reduction in the spacing is observed at 90-95degreesC. In this case, it coincides with the most intensive macroscopic alignment of the sample, proceeding in a continuous rather than discontinuous fashion. This behavior is discussed in terms of the breaking of the hydrogen bonds between OG and P2VP being facilitated by shear
