Perencanaan luas produksi pada Perusahaan Tahu Putra Jaya di Kota Kupang

The purpose of this study was to determine the production area planning at the Putra Jaya Tofu Company in Kupang City. The research method used is using Trend Linear forecasting method and Break Even Point analysis. Based on the sales data for the last five years, it can be determined that the production area planning is obtained from the forecasting results and the Break Even Point analysis is carried out. The results showed that the company does not have a specific method in planning the area of ​​production. This has an impact on excess inventory or product residue which results in an increase in inventory costs. For the area of ​​tofu production at the Putra Jaya Tofu Company in Kupang City in 2020-2022, it has increased by 3% per year compared to the previous period. It is recommended for the Tahu Putra Jaya company to plan production area using the Trend Linear forecasting method and perform a Break Even Point analysis so that it is known that the production area planning experiences sales profits

ANALISIS PENENTUAN LUAS PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN ROTI BANGKIT JAYA DI KOTA KUPANG

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of production volume to maximize profits.This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques are Forecasting and LinearProgramming (Simplex Method). The result of analysis concluded that the production volume usingLinear Programming simplex method obtained in 2019 should produce as many as 405,792,000molten chocolate bread per year and by 2020 should produce as many as 4,107,480 molten chocolatebread per year for earning maximum profit. Meanwhile, the Forecasting result is to produce 4 typesof bread as many as 6,308,240 breads in 2019 and 6,365,560 breads in 2020. In terms of profitoptimization then calculation using Linear Programming is better however considering the marketingaspect where consumers require a variety of bread flavors then calculation using forecasting method ismore recommended. ANALISIS TEORI ANTRIAN PADA JALUR SEPEDA MOTOR STASIUN PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR UMUM (SPBU) OEBOBO

Queuing is a waiting line of units that require services from one or more service facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of motor cycle line services and the optimal number of fuel refilling facilities at  Oebobo Gas Station (SPBU). This is a quantitative research and the analytical method used is the queuing theory analysis applied to Oebobo Gas Station. The results of the research shown that the highest average of motorcycles arrival  at 08.00-09.00 with 271 motorcycles arrival and the lowest at 16.00-17.00 with 154 motorcycles arrival and average level of service 199 motorcycles / hour. The optimal number of  facilities at the Oebobo Gas Station (SPBU) is 3 lines at 08.00-10.00 and 2 lines at 16.00-20.00. Keywords: Queuing Theory, Service Performance, Gas Statio

ANALISIS MANAJEMEN HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN DAERAH AIR MINUM (PDAM) KOTA KUPANG

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Kupang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang menjadi pelanggan pada PDAM Kota Kupang dengan menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis Importence Perfomance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan belum sesuai dengan harapan para pelanggan, oleh karena itu PDAM perlu meningkatkan hubungannya dengan pelanggan. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada PDAM Kota Kupang, item pelayanan yang termasuk dalam prioritas utama dan harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu tentang respon terhadap keluhan pelanggan, profesionalisme dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan serta pemasangan jaringan atau sambungan pada rumah pelanggan.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen hubungan pelanggan, Importence Perfomance Analysis (IPA

The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw materials management of Jati board in theproduction of furniture on Pesona Furniture Atambua. The aim in this research is to analyze rawmaterials supply management in the production of furniture. Data was analized using several toolsi.e Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, Re-Order Point (ROP) and Divination Suppliesof Raw Materials. The research suggests precise information about the number of raw materialsprocurement using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). BLUE ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA

This work is highlighting the possibilities to enhance blue economy development in Indonesia with environmentally friendly and sustainable solutions to assure successful future and growth. Literatures review and Focus Group Discussion were conducted to collect Indonesia profiles and potential factors to be developed in blue economic strategic planning. Blue economy employment opportunities would enhance gender balance also due to specialization job offers where females proved to be potentially more productive than males. Marine Spatial Planning (MSP) originates from nature conservation approach in the Great Barrier Reef. MSP has gain since then a lot of attention due to overused of marine areas. Ecosystem based approach for MSP could result in clean, healthy, safe, productive, and diverse ocean. It could influence where and when the human activities could occur. MSP normally require authority to plan the one and another to implement. Funding normally has government based but could be supported with grants, partnerships, and private sector funding. ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI PADA PERUSAHAAN MEUBEL UD. BAROKAH INDAH DI KOTA KUPANG

This research was conducted at the UD Furniture company. Beautiful Barokah in the city of Kupang. The purpose of this study was to analyze the production quality control of UD furniture. Beautiful Barokah in Kupang City. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by the author directly through interviews or company leaders at UD. Barokah Indah and secondary data are data obtained from literature documentation and books related to research. The data analysis technique used is eight steps of improvement which are the result of the method of solving problems or increasing success based on a continuous plan do check action (PDCA) cycle. The results of this study were obtained from quality control activities carried out by the UD Furniture company. Barokah Indah, namely: (a) quality control of raw materials, (b) control of the production process, (c) control of finished products. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the analysis conducted by researchers at the UD furniture company. THE EFFECT OF LIFESTYLE AND REFERENCE GROUPS ON E-CIGARETTE PURCHASING DECISIONS

This study aimed to investigate the effect of lifestyle and reference groups on e-cigarette consumer purchasing decisions in Kupang City. Convenience sampling was employed as the sampling strategy and the questionnaire was utilized to obtain the data.  Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify the changes of independent variables on the dependent variable in the data analysis. The hypothesis test was performed to test the effect of the significance of independent variables on the dependent variable. The findings of this study indicate that lifestyle has no positive and significant influence on the purchasing decision of e-cigarettes, reference groups have a positive and significant impact on e-cigarette purchasing decisions, and lifestyle and reference groups simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of e-cigarettes in Kupang city. It is suggested to study further other consumer behavior personal factors such as job and economic conditions that might moderate or mediate the relationship between lifestyle or reference groups toward consumers' purchasing decisions.
